I can not believe it is so difficult to give Zoom more money. I get invited to join a Zoom Phone Webinar which I attend, and I am trying to subscribe to the service that was advertised. I was told to fill in a sales contact form which I have done, but the so called sales consultant now is asking me what I want and all the additional info I have already given the sales contact form.Do we really need to jump through hoops and have the Spanish inquisition before we are able to subscribe to a service that Zoom invited me to attend ?

I am trying to share a second camera I do not see the option under advanced sharing.  I can switch between the cameras under video, so I know zoom recognizes the camera    All I see under advanced sharing is: Does this require a paid account.  I can't find any documentation that says it does.   My primary camera is a Polycom studio.  My secondary camera is a Jabra Panacast.  Thank you. Reference: Sharing your screen, content, or second camera – Zoom Help Center

Registration of participants. Example: we have a conference that has 10 panels (each panel is one Zoom webinar). We want to enable participants to have access to all 10 panels (Zoom webinar) with one registration so that they do not have to register more than once. In doing so, we want to have an insight into which participant was individually on which panel (Zoom webinar). As it seems to us for now, each participant would have to re-register for each webinar within the conference, even with e-mail only. Do you have any clever suggestions for solving this problem? Recently, I had encounter a problem. When am try share youtube or video . The another side, can see the video clip but the audio has problem. The audio sound make noisy.  

While I was getting my Ph.D., my school granted everyone Zoom accounts, and the PMI I was assigned was easy to remember. Many of my friends have my PMI on file. Now I'm a professor at another school. Is there any way to carry the PMI over as I work at my new school?

Hi, I have a paid account and want to give privileges to an unpaid account that would allow the account to mute or unmute attendees in my meetings.   I know how to set the mute function under Security in a meeting, so people can't mute or unmute themselves freely. I want to give the unpaid account the ability to mute and unmute people like my paid account can in my meetings.

After more than 18 months of no issues, recently, when trying to stream live on YouTube, I have had two things happen that are blocking me from streaming live.   1) For some reason, Zoom is opening the live stream browser through Microsoft Edge? Zoom never did that before. It always went through Chrome, and I see no way to change that in Zoom settings. Has there been some kind of default change Microsoft has dropped into my Zoom account?    2) I get a message in the dialogue box that YouTube won't allow Zoom streaming privileges. Since I have changed none of my Zoom settings, and it worked before, I am thinking this is an Edge issue. But I cannot find anywhere to either stop Edge from opening or change Edge's settings to allow Zoom's dialogue box to connect with my YouTube channel.   Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello!  I am hosting a zoom meeting and I will be using breakout rooms during the meeting.  Some of the participants have their own zoom account and some of them do not.  I want each breakout room to have a mixture of both (some do have accounts and some don't have accounts).  Is it possible to pre-assign those who do have a zoom account into the various rooms, and then during the meeting assign those who do not have a zoom account into the same rooms?  In other words, people who already have a zoom account need to be mixed in with the people who do not have a zoom account so each breakout room has a mixture of both. Thanks for anything you can share.

I've used Zoom for over a year now .  I didn't use as a host much this summer.  I just started classes again and I've been hit with strange artifacts wen I'm sharing a screen.  I have a MacBook Pro and a Macbook Air.  When I share a screen, my viewers get a dark shadow where the menu toolbar pops up.  Any other pop up like the video window creates the same dark shadow in the screen.  If I go to another window, the entire screen gets blacked out.  This didn't use to happen.

Most calendars can't handle events that recur according to my school's 8-day rotation, so I create them in a spreadsheet and import them to Google Calendar. I'd like to include a consistent meeting URL for one of my team meetings. Must that absolutely be my PMI, or can I create a different Meeting ID that we still could come back to consistently?

I am the only person in my office that has a webinar license. We use the report to mail out additional information after the webinar. If I am going to be out of the office when the webinar happens, is there a way for me to give access to reports to an alternate host or co-host?

Hi everyone,   I noticed recently that you cannot change chat settings during a meeting as a host. I know that this topic on enable/disable chat has been discussed before and I know where to change it, but it doesn't work recently.   When I click Security - Allow participants to: Chat, it won't check off.   When I click Chat - ... - Participant can chat with: no one / host and co-host, still participants' messages are sent and can be viewed by everyone after I changed the setting.   Any advice would be appreciated. Hi, I run a small member-based nonprofit and am trying to offer a webinar series that is free for my members and $10 for non-members. Can't figure out how to create separate registration links to send to these two different audiences. Anyone know how???

I had Zoom 5.7.4 installed on my iPad 4 (IOS 10.3.3). I reset it to give to my sister-in-law. I attempted to reinstall Zoom (now 5.7.5) and now it says I can’t install it because it requires IOS 11 or later! What’s the deal here? Apple won’t upgrade beyond IOS 10.3.3 on the iPad 4 and now I am between a rock & a hard place!

Help!  I cannot figure out why this is happening.  I synced my Office 365  and Google to Zoom, my Zoom meetings are now showing up in my Zoom client, but they are tagged as "not a Zoom meeting."  Any suggestions?

I'm getting this error code every time i sign in or try to join a meeting. All it says is an unknown error has occured, and then gives me this error code. i do not understandCan anyone help ? 

When  I  use Zoom meetings to attend a webinar, the first thing zoom takes a really long time to open, during that time it often shows a "NOT RESPONDING" message. After 2  to 3 minutes it opens up and I start to take the webinar, at that time my whole pc starts to lag and becomes unresponsive. Then I try to leave the meeting so that I can rejoin, but at that moment the leave meeting icon starts to hang. I have a windows 7 professional os, with 4GB ram and 280GB storage with intel Pentium 4 core ( the problem persisted with the i3 processor also ). I have kept my pc at its best performance, I have given it a 1GB GPU extra and I also have plenty of storage. Please suggest some solution, it will be really helpful.

We are currently trying to integrate our Zoom Webinars with Khoros ;-).Part of the issues is that only one person can approve registrants and only one person can see the registration list in Zoom.Is there a way to set up multiple responsible persons for one Webinar, to cover in case of holidays, sickness or worse?RgdsChristian

Video perfect in Skype. In Zoom -- running Zoom 5.75(939) -- the picture is washed-out color, fuzzy, and distorted. Sort of magnified with most of what usually is in the screen out of the video window. Have re-installed Zoom 64-bit on my HP ENVY v7 Notebook running Windows 10 Home Version 21H1 Build 19043.1165 on Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz with up-to-date Intel RealSense Camera SR300 Virtual Device driver. This problem appeared yesterday, video was working perfectly the day before yesterday on Zoom. Baffling.

Hi all, Hime-Tama here. I have reached an impasse, and need some advice on this matter. The situation is:I have a Zoom account running on a free plan that is logged into the latest version of the Zoom app for Windows 10. There is someone else in my organization with a paid Enterprise/Business Zoom account, who has scheduled the meeting and given me the Host Link for that meeting. Upon joining that meeting using my Free Zoom account as the host of the meeting, I assign a few Co-Hosts and spotlight both myself and them, one of whom shares their screen. The Co-Host that is sharing their screen also has a Free Zoom account on the zoom app. Then I start local recording for the meeting, from my computer in Fullscreen Side-By-Side mode. The meeting ends after 1hr30mins, and I stop the recording, which is then saved on my computer as the usual "double click to convert". My camera input to zoom comes from a HDMI to USB converter connected to a Sony HXR-MC2500 Shoulder mounted Video Camera
