This is my first time creating a Zoom Event. I am creating an "Event" (single session) meeting with recurrence over two days. I need an attendee to complete a form with some fields at the time of registration. Watching this video (https://youtu.be/3yKWUOcJsF8?t=18), it seems that it is possible to have fields such as Position and Organization in the registration form. However, I am not able see anywhere in the settings how to enable such fields in the registration. I will appreciate any help.

Hi, do you know if there will be two recordings on one Zoom meeting if I start / stop and then start / stop recording or will it be one recording?Thanks for any help.Cheers

I created a link and sent it out to 300 people already.I did not realize I only had capacity to host 100 people.I have not purchased 500+ add on for 1 month for this meeting.Can I use the old link I sent out already? Please advise I host the meeting tomorrow.Jennifer

Question.   I want to extend an invitation to 125 potential participants, knowing that less than 100 (my max) will attend.  Am I restricted on the number of invitations I can send?  

HiI've just bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Book and downloaded the Zoom app. But everytime I have joined a Zoom meeting it crashes. The meeting is with 2-4 participants including the host. It usually works for a couple of minutes before it freezes. On my screen the other freezes but my picture is still in motion, but I can hear them saying "Are you there? Where did Noah go?" I try logging on again, but same thing happens, it crashes after a little while. Then I log on from my Chromebook, which is older and it works. But I bought the new computer to have better Zoom experience. I use a cabled ethernet-connection.I have tried to re-download and re-install the Zoom app.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Thanks

Does anyone know why in my settings I don’t even have a live streaming option in the advanced meeting section? There isn’t even a button for it. It’s not just grayed out

Can someone help me answer this question.  I have recently increased the limit of people who can attend my zoom meetings from 300 to 1000.  If I am hosting a zoom meeting and I give someone else the right to be host for the meeting, who has let's say a limit of 200 people, does that shift in host now change the limit to the other hosts' limit of people?

Can we mute participants and not see their video? FYI this is when we are participants, not host.

Using external camera and microphone. Have uninstalled/reinstalled zoom client, checked for all updates on zoom and Mac, turned on/off hardware acceleration on video settings. 

I'm using a windows laptop and have a basic zoom account. Is there a way to upload a photo that will show when my video is turned off during a meeting?

Hi!I am using iPad - when I am on a meeting (my camera on) and I want to switch to another app, the camera automatically turn off. Can I change the settings so the camera won’t turn off when I switch the app?  

I recorded a recent Zoom meeting that I hosted ...but accidentally saved it to my computer instead of iCloud.  Is there any way to share this file with the other participants?   Thanks!

I received an invitation to add my Zoom account to someone's paid account. I want to know how to decline the invitation.There isn't an option to decline in the email; only a button to accept. (If I click on the accept button will I be taken to a web page where I still have the option to decline?) (I want to decline because I would rather start a new Zoom account under a different email.) I mentioned to the pro account holder that I wanted to merge my new account with them. They agreed, but asked me to decline the original request to my original account. How should we proceed? 

How to record in video all the participants in a meetingIt records 1 participant at a time and it's the one who speaks. I would like all 8 people all the time.

Hi, I have a meeting but couldn't attend it at the last minute. Is it possible for the meeting to continue without me without having to assign a new host? 

We are starting to use DTEN units with Zoom Rooms. Question is what is the correct way of a user joining/starting a scheduled Zoom meeting on a Zoom Rooms display AND then wanting to share a powerpoint with audio/video off your laptop? I see that you'd first join the zoom meeting from the Zoom Room via the meeting ID and passcode. Then I see that you would then open zoom on your laptop, click share screen and input the meeting ID to start sharing your laptop screen. Issue is the audio. Say I start playing a video in a powerpoint im sharing from my laptop, since both mics (mic on Zoom Room unit and my laptop) and speakers (speakers on zoom room unit and laptop) are active, obviously there is huge feedback. And if you mute your laptop's mic/speakers, no playback audio from the laptop will go through the Zoom meeting then. I feel there is a correct way of doing this because people share their desktops and on occasions have audio/video to play.

Hello.I am in the Admin dashboard and clicked on a live meeting in progress to try and determine the participants who have attended.  The list has multiple entries of either "Name Unavailable" or "Name Unavailable (Guest)" and when I click on one of the entries the name is still "unavailable" under the participant field. I have attached a screen grab showing what I mean.How can I change settings or enable ability to see the participants or "Display Name" of the participants attending?  Wish to use this to help audit attendance for group sessions.Thanks.Alex 

Hello, I would like to understand how to interpret the differences between sending and receiving video statistics. For example, if I see a lot of packet loss on "Receive" but not on "Send" and/or low Frame Per Second on "Receive" but not on "Send" does that tell me anything about whether there might be a problem on the other person's side (in a 2 way meeting) rather than my side? If not, does the difference between Send and Receive statistics suggest anything about where problems might be originating? Thank you.

Sometimes when my boss and I get off our Zoom calls (using his personal Zoom Link) the recording saves to my local drive. He has it set up to save to his and I'm not sure if they are saving on both mine and his when this happens. I have delegate access to his account and am able to schedule meetings for him, so I'm not sure if this is why some of the recordings are saving on my drive?

Hello-We are rolling out an app that launches Zoom meetings via the Zoom API. With this launch, we will have some Zoom users that will be hosts in that app, but those same users will also be hosts of other Zoom meetings outside of the app. My question is will the Zoom settings applied to the users be overridden while they are hosting meetings in our app via the Zoom API? Thanks!
