I plan to sign up to Zoom pro for the size of my group and the benefitsDo my invitees share the benefits or do they have to download Pro too?Sorry if this is such a basic Q, I am a newbie!

I wanna start and build the zoom meetings to another language that helps a lot of people in my country. I would like to translate to Greek language because we making meetings two times per week and will help us with old people in ur meetings. Can you help me out to find a way how to start and from where to start doing it? or even better if you approve it firstly. Thanks for your time!

When using a T5i as a camera to record by Sharing a screen it would seem that there is no need to record on the camera can anyone confirm that this is true? Thanks

Hi After 3 hrs it's time to ask the experts! 2 x small businesses at the same location, each with its own phone number. Basically for branding purposes. Each one is answered by a receptionist (one of 3 staff) using the business name (This doesn't work with auto receptionist because we don't know which phone no. is being rung into) When the phone is not anwered, it goes to voicemail audio that includes the name of the business. So far I've set up: Shared line for both phone numbers - this lets us see which number is being called into and therefore how to answer the phone .... but can't seem to set audio message for one of the two businesses. Thanks Richard  

Liebe Community,ich benötige Eure Hilfe.Seit heute sind seltsamerweise meine Cloudaufzeichnungen weg, die ich gespeichert hatte.  Unter dem Menüpunkt "Aufzeichnungen" ist nichts mehr zu finden. Der Speicher war nicht überschritten und die letzte Aufzeichnung erst 4 Tage her. Um das zu testen, wollte ich eine neue Aufzeichnung machen, doch wenn ich auf Aufnahme drücke, kann ich nur noch lokal speichern. Die Auswahl "auf Cloud aufzeichnen" ist nicht mehr möglich.Woran kann das liegen ?Hatte jemand schon mal ein ähnliches Problem ?Leider konnte ich im Internet über dieses Problem nichts finden. Über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen. Grüße Dear Community,I need your help.As of today, strangely enough, my cloud records that I had saved are gone.  There is nothing left under the menu item "Recordings". We're a new user to zoom.  I have signed up for 10 user licenses with unlimited canada/us calling.I've created my 10 users and assigned a number to each user. All working fine.When I try and setup my main company number, and try and get a "toll" number, i get a message "you need more phone number licenses".I'm trying to explain to my zoom rep, but i don't know if my account is setup with the correct user licenses.is a phone license in zoom (main company number) different than a user license?on my main phone number, i will have 3 toll free numbers attached to it. my rep sent me a docusign to add 3 toll free numbers, but nothing in regards to adding a phone license to the main company number.i hope i've explained my issue. I need a PHONE LICENSE to add a number to my main company number and than start porting my numbers over. (10 users + 1 company number). 

I have upgraded to Zoom Pro principally to get break out rooms and polls. I can't see either on my tool bar. Anyone know how I can find or activate them??

The organization I am with will be hosting a all day Zoom conference in the coming months. We need to gather information from registrants (we need to know what type of continuing education credits they need) AND offer different payment tiers. We had originally decided to go with ZoomEvents so that we could set different ticket prices and utilize other perks, but then learned that you cannot ask any registration questions using ZoomEvents. I am now try to create the event in Zoom Webinar, but I cannot figure out if I can set multiple registration prices . Is this a possibility at all or am I back at square 1?

Hi, I'm a university of Guelph student, I've been trying to watch the recording for a live lecture that I missed. When I click on the link that my professor posted on the course website it takes me to a page that says  "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)", the professor suggested that it might be an issue with my cookies and permission setting, but the links that she posted for other lectures work fine so I don't no what to do here. 

Hi. I've been recording Zoom meetings for my podcast, but every now and then, I get logged off the meeting (and I'm the host who's recording). Luckily I can log back on, my guests are still there, and I can start the recording again, but it's embarrassing as the host, and it always worries me that my footage will get lost. Thus far, nothing has been lost, but I do need to retrieve the footage in different folders. Help? 

I have two USB cameras attached to my Mac Mini. In Zoom, they are both listed as "Full HD webcam" and when I switch from one to the other, the camera selected is still the same. I can only get it to use the other camera by temporarily unplugging the first. It appears to be impossible to rename cameras. I make this swap multiple times a week so it'd be nice to do with more easily.

For the last week or so updates to the Zoom Add In for Outlook crash as the installer can't find 5.8.0.110.msi. I've tried removing the Add In and reinstalling but with no joy - same problem. I can't seem to find any site I can download 5.8.0.110.msi so that the installer finds it. Any ideas, suggestions would be most welcome. Be safe.

I am curious to know if any other Zoom customer out there is seeing what I am seeing in the enterprise account I manage...Zoom account size" 45K+We started "monitoring" all meetings that have more than 300 participant connections (not unique user connections, instead the participant count Zoom reports in the API QoS/Call Detail records). On some of those 300+ meetings, we have massive spikes in participant reconnections due to network disconnection errors. To quantify "massive" - sometimes we see 80-100 disconnections in a matter of 1-5 seconds. Disconnects happen for users both working from home and on a corporate managed network... both wired and Wi-Fi. We have a Zoom support case open, and Zoom has investigated their MMRs - stating there is no issue on the Zoom side. Are there other large enterprise customers out there who 1) monitor their meetings for network errors, and 2) see massive spikes at times in disconnections due to network errors? I know we can't control t

Is there a way to adjust the speed of a recording that I am watching? I think I would be able to follow the meeting better if it was speeded up since the people were speaking slowly. I know YouTube has this capability.

Hi everyone, I have a premium Zoom account, which allows me to have 9 unlicensed users. This is fine for now, but I need a way to record their meetings automatically to the cloud. in a way that cannot be disabled. I have tried to do this under "User Management" and "Groups", but any time I start a test meeting as a user, it does not record to the cloud.  I worked for a company that did the same thing, so there must be a way.

Is it possible to download the time in session for those who watch the On Demand version of a recorded webinar?

While hosting a webinar when the panelist shares their screen and selects optimize video and share sound it then shows two gray boxes over what is being shared.  How do we fix this?

Hello, I would like to ask support people in ZOOM company  if they can insert in reminder email some textbox, where I can explain in Slovak language what people should do. I am sending reminder but people (in Slovakia) don't understand english text. I have a big problem with it.  For example in webinarjam you can put your text in reminder.  Could you do some changes for countries in eastern Europe? Thank in advance for answer. ***********

I'm considering upgrading to Pro to help with homeowner's association meetings. If I have the Pro account and schedule/invite to the meeting, do attendees also need to be Pro users to eliminate the 40 minute time constraint?

Hello, yesterday I renamed 30 breakout rooms for a zoom session. When I  opened the rooms, participants could not see the breakout room names I had given each room, they only say Room 1, Room 2, etc. How do I ensure that participants can see the breakout room names once they have been renamed?

Hey, folks. I am using a macbook air connected to a  tv monitor with a usb webcam parked on top. I am a therapist and use zoom primarily for one on one zooms. I never had problems with echoing but ever since I updated a few days ago everyone on the other side of my calls is hearing bad echoing. I even had a new Logitech webcam overnighted last night to see if it was just a hardware issue and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I have echo cancellation set to aggressive. In my one on one sessions my clients say it only echoes if I am too close to the webcam, but I just had to mute myself in a small group meeting bc of the echoing. Any ideas? I can't really move my webcam further away from the tv speakers and wearing headphones all day is too painful. Thanks!

We don't have the ability to 'Join' a private meeting in a Zoom Room from the controller as we do with a public one. We've recently setup a new environment and our users indicate they were able to do so before. Is this an issue with permissions somewhere that I'm missing?
