My organization is hosting an in-person conference in April.  We have a handful of presenters that still cannot travel but still want to participate in their sessions.  We would like to have them present virtually to the audience that is in-person.  Since the audience will not be dialing into zoom (since it will be shared on the screen in the room) I am wondering if there is any difference between the Meeting and Webinar platforms that I need to consider.  From looking over the product specs there does not seem to be a difference that would impact this setup but I am wondering if I am missing anything.  Has anyone else used a setup similar to this... and if so, what are some best practices you would like to share?  Or technology hurdles you had to overcome (if any)?  Also, is there a difference between meeting and webinar that impacts this type of delivery?  More details about our use case:These sessions will have presenters "in the roo

Hello Zoom Community!We recently upgraded one of our Zoom Rooms and iPad controller to 5.7.5 (300) and 5.7.3 (68.0726) respectfully to begin testing with the new NDI capabilities. I am fairly experienced with NDI workflow and have been utilizing NewTeks NDI 4/5 Tools alongside Wirecast NDI capabilities for our previous Company Meetings with little to no issues.However, I can not for the  life of me get a working NDI feed out of the Zoom Room, yes we enabled it in settings. I've tried, specific call participants, Active Speaker, etc. with no luck. When I select and NDI Output from the controller I do receive the 'NDI disclaimer' on the other participants windows to which I accept.All I am receiving is a black screen even  in NewTek 'Studio Monitor'  with no actual data transfer (Newtek NDI 5  'NDI Analysis' tool shows immediate connection established -> connection close loop) and network traffic does not reflect normal NDI traffic.  I've tried connecting to t

I would like to know if it is possible to move a participant’s name on their video screen when it appears in the gallery. Currently it is in the lower left corner but is it possible to move it to another corner.Thank you

I found the setting options to let Zoom automatically update .. However it seems that Zoom always decides to update when I am in the middle of a meeting ?  Then my screen freezes , I have to leave meeting, then come back later ..   //    If i turn off automatic updates, then will I get  any updates ?  I would like a way to instruct Zoom to update , or search for updates, on my command, in my timing..     Is there a set of menu options to achieve that ?  

Hi experts our office hrs are usually 8am to 5pm but is 8.30am to 3.30pm on 2 variable days per week. Our out of hrs voicemail would then ideally acknowledge the shorter day. solutions might be: AR has ‘holidays’ pre-set with the reduced office hrs …. But with two ARs this would involve 4 x fiddly data entry per day we have the reduced hrs (date and time from 8am to 8.30am, and 3.30pm to 5pm … for each AR).(entering date and time just to cover half hr in morning and 1.5 hrs in afternoon is fiddly). OR we simply come up with a voicemail greeting that is a bit vague …. Eg someone rings at 3.40pm expecting the office to be open. Any suggestions appreciated. Is it practical for a user to set voicemail greeting for overflow the day before?? is there a way to upload data from a spreadsheet? kind regards  Richard  

I have a strange problem with my camera. I reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows 10. I reinstalled the zoom app. When I use my camera on zoom, the picture appears not to be pointing at me and the image is too big and the resolution is poor. I can use the camera properly with every other programme and app on my computer - in face I took a picture using it for my Windows 10 profile. Oddly, if I use the same camera on my backup computer it wotks fine in zoom. I have reinstalled Zoom twice and checked that no other apps are sharing the camera. Any thoughts? Images@ FB, Zoom and Widnows 10.

Hi all Does anyone know how early can I set my breakout rooms?I have about 200 users and 15 rooms, all prepared in a csv required for upload to zoom.Today is 3 March. My meeting is 18 March.I read somewhere I should only set them up within 24 hours of actual meeting. If so, can I schedule a meeting first without uploading the csv, obtain the meeting ID and password first,then do up the breakout rooms in the web portal later? thank you!

I have had several requests for a silent ringtone option. Users want to see the call coming in, just not hear it. The other thing is that when they pick up the physical phone, the app will continue to ring which is bothering them. I went into Notifications and turned off sounds, but that didn't work. 

I edited, renamed and saved two meeting recordings in the Zoom cloud  on March 3 but now can't find them. I copied the link before saving but the link shows that the "recording does not exist (3,301)". Any suggestions????

Good day. May I know is it only sharing screen is available in laptop? Because when I used tablet, it only appears slide without the cam of myself & respondent like desktop do. 

We are getting the message "Exceeded the maximum allowed number of concurrent calls" when calling one of our extensions  that's being 'Hot Desked'  She logged into a phone upstairs and now no one can call her extension without getting the, 'Exceeded the maximum allowed number of concurrent calls' message.  

I have 3 separate professional accounts for Zoom and can't use them interchangeably. The invite won't send and goes into my outbox.  How can I manage 3 separate accounts on a Mac 

Hi. I'm new to Zoom Events and am currently setting up my first conference. Where do I add ticket tracks in the conference setup, as I can't add a session without it. Zoom support chat was unable to help. When I create a new ticket type, it tells me there are No Options, and when I try to add a session, there are no options either. Hopefully, someone can help! Will the video be truncated at 1GB?Will it continue recording past 1GB then start charging for more storage?

Since the last update for the controller app on the iPad in one of our Zoom rooms the look is completely different.Which means we have to recreate the quick start guides we have in all the rooms. Would anyone know where to find some good quality pictures of the new layout? Google is not been my friend so far and making a foto with my phone has too much glare.All I found is this one but that is a bit different. I get a developer error when I use the add to Webinar button on a Lead or Contact in Salesforce. The error is due to the character limit for the participants field in the Zoom External Meeting object.  When I press “Invite”  error says:  Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: STRING_TOO_LONG, External Key: data value too large: *********** (max length=50): [zoom_app__External_key__c] When I press “Register” the error says: Argument cannot be null. Do you know how I could solve this issue?

When I find an ATA that allegedly works with Zoom Phone, I look to purchase and cannot find them anywhere, even on ebay. Anyone have some that are still available to purchase somewhere for Zoom Phone? Thanks!

Hi, I work for an IT company and one of our clients reported an issue about a "delayed notification".She received an email saying that her iPhone had joined the meeting. The issue being that the meeting was more than a week ago.I'm not entirely sure if she did join the meeting, she says she might've joined on her phone then switched to her laptop. So it's possible it's just notifying her that she joined. Although I don't understand why it would be delayed?The email didn't look like a spam email that slipped through the antispam system. But I just wanted to check on here if anyone else has had this issue.I personally just believe it's a bug, but I want to be sure.Thanks Noah

how many panelists can you fit on one zoom webinar page?? I have 10 finalists and 3 emcees.. and want to have all of them for a moment on one screen for the attendees.. will they fit, or would attendees need to scroll to page 2?

Good Day, I need help. I am new to zoom's operating.  I was invited to speak on another zoom hosts event at 7 pm which is the exact time I had a zoom event taking place. Will my event still take place even if I am on another person's zoom event at the same time? In other words will the people using my account still be able to zoom even though I am on 

Hi everyone, we have a conference with 100 people coming. The conference has discussion group of 5 people who will have an open dialogue for an hour. Is there a way to have just the 5 people on the screen for the hour. If this is not possible what would be the best solution please? 

Is there a (Windows 11) folder that I need to copy and paste to sync the Zoom Apps that I have installed on my laptop with my work PC? Or is there a simpler setting somewhere which mirrors profiles between instances?

Several of my students are having this issue. I've sent them the link, session ID and password for the scheduled session every Wednesday yet, they're taken to a different session, scheduled for Thursday, which is not the one corresponding to them and the app shows a message stating "The host has another session". Why is this happening? they're getting pretty annoyed thinking it is my fault! Can you please help on this matter? I'm sending you a screen capture of my session settings on this matter.
