So, my meeting was getting big, so I purchased a one-time $50 large-meeting add-on, to go to 500.  How can I tell if this was applied to my meeting, prior to folks trying to sign up and hitting a 100 person ceiling?

I will be attending a Zoom meeting for the first time. I have downloaded the Desktop Client, registered, browsed through a few tutorials and videos, attended a "Back to Basics" live training, and tried a test meeting. I know how to join a meeting,  but still have a few questions about attending one. The meeting is an informal family meeting, with several speakers, including myself. I will turn off mic and video at the start of the meeting, and turn them on before my turn comes. After speaking, I will turn them off again. Questions: - Is it possible to chat with just the host, and not with everyone? In case I have a technical issue. - I would like to view only what the host presents, and the other speakers, but not all the attendees. Can this be done by selecting the "Speaker View" option in "Gallery View"? Or is there another way? - I would like to continue to attend the meeting after my speech. How do I let the host know that I have finished my speec

I have met the requirements, i.e. having a Zoom version of 5.7.6. and a MacOS greater than 10.13. I am using the M1 chip. Still, I could not uncheck the option for I have a green screen. Please help!

If I change meeting settings for a new meeting, will the new settings affect a previously scheduled re-occurring meeting?

I'm currently running Zoom Client 5.8.3 (145). During a meeting when searching through participants the cursor focus constantly switches to the list itself rather than staying in the search box. This makes finding specific participants very difficult when spotlighting or verifying attendance. The search box loses focus when a new participant enters the meeting and appears to happen once I have entered a few letters in the search box. The issue has been present on Manjaro 21.1.6 (Arch Based) and MX Linux-21 (Debian Based). Hi All, We have a scenario. A User connected 2 times for the same zoom meeting session ( First time joined for 4 mins and dropped from the session then connected and available in the session for 5 minutes )  but SAP is receiving only one record ( Latest record with 5 mins ) . Is this possible to ZOOM to combine both records and send to SAP as single record( 9 minutes which 4 +5 ) if user join multiple times for the same session.Thanks,Hari

What if I closed a conference before saving a cloud recording? I can't find it in the cloud nor on my local storage. Can you restore it?

Does anyone else have a single line zoom number? I have so many questions. All the training and videos is geared toward multiline/users. I would love to connect with someone and figure out how this all works. Thanks in advance.

I un-clicked the passcode function for a big meeting and the link shortened. I had already sent the invitation with the longer link to some of the guests. If I now send out the shortened link will those with the shorter link and those with the longer link (which I believe contained the passcode?) both work? Or do I need to resend the shorter link to the original group as well? I'm hoping they will both work, but I need to be certain! Please help!! Thank you.

I'm now using a Zoom PRO plan and I would like to recheck on these points:PRO plan can host up to 100 participants onlyIf I want to host more, I have to purchase an add-on which is 300, 500 or 1000 participants type with different pricesFor the add-on, would it be automatically applied to all the existing scheduled meeting I created BEFORE buying the add-on? For example, I created a scheduled meeting "A" last week, for end of November. I purchase an add-on for 300 participants this week. Then for this meeting "A" will it be able to host 300 participants automatically after the purchase and all the access link and passcode set remains the same?Thank you in advance!

Hello, I purchased a license for Zoom Events and I don't know how to start editing the event, which is a 2 seats Conference. I do not see any new tab on my profile but what I already had: meetings and webinars. I don't need to sell tickets, just to set up the event technically.The "support" is not helping me.Anyone can help me, please?  

Hi, We received an auto-generated email shortly after our conference submission saying that our conference was suspended as we had violated some terms of service + community standards.  Unfortunately we've had no correspondence from zoom to say exactly what the issue is.  We've been waiting more than 3 days for a response to our appeal.  Tried multiple times to contact customer service online without any luck - only have been told to wait for the relevant team.  We have  a conference to run but zoom don't seem to interested in providing any customer service to us despite us being on a premium plan. I have gone through all the videos and then some. I cannot get my zoom number to ring. It goes to the auto answer and then to voicemail. I've tried setting it to forward to my phone. I've tried turning the assistant off. No matter what I do nothing rings.

Newby here.  I can start a Zoom meeting, but I see myself in the big picture, and the other guy in the little window.  How do I swap those?

How to downgrade zoom version?

Never had issues with assigning captions to an attendee outside my organization before, but something seems to have changed.   I've used a live captioner who joins the webinar using their own email ID, I promote them to panelist and assign captions.  When testing captioning in a webinar practice session, realized I am no longer able to assign captioning to someone outside my organization's zoom account.   I can only assign it to panelists within my org. Has there been an update or change I've missed?

In the Dashboard, you can only see all the live meetings and the past meetings. Add a view for a business admin to be able to see all scheduled meeting in a timeframe.

I've noticed when I join a live meeting with recording in progress that my audio setting defaults to being muted but my camera defaults to be turned on. If I do not wish to be recorded, I then have to remember to turn the camera off. Until that point though, I'm being recorded. Is there a way to make the camera default match the audio setting so it defaults to being turned off unless I choose to have my camera on when joining a meeting with recording in progress? At present, it seems like a privacy breach that I have to opt out of being recorded, rather than getting to opt in if I so choose. Hope someone can advise.
