I have a recording question. Does anyone know can I record 2 separate 4 hour meetings over zoom with my paid account? Has anyone ever recorded a 4 hour zoom meeting, how did it go? Thank you, I am a complete Zoom newbie (-: 

Please Help! I have written three times to SUPPORT about this, but all I get back are article suggestions. I have a PRO account, which has been verified by Billing/Accounting.  But when I try to create an event card, there is a message saying that I only have the Basic plan and I have to upgrade to a higher plan (like PRO).  The event card will not enable to bypass "the mistake" and set a time, etc., for an event. I've asked for a real person to look at my problem, but no response.  (I submitted a ticket).  I've attached a copy of the message I get.  Below is the message I get on the event card when I try to start an event.  Thanks very much - IleneSennuwy  

We noticed that ever since we went to CVAD 2109 for our VDA's certain devices do not show up correctly in Citrix and Zoom. They work fine in the same environment in Teams though.Before we updated to 2109 the same devices were seen correctly in Zoom and Teams. Anyone else notice this or have seen this? We tried updating zoom also the plugin on user devices and nothing changed.  Basically, just show Citrix HDX Audio in Zoom but in teams it shows the correct device name and works better as well.

I'm trying to implement a speech to text program on an entire zoom call. To do this, I need to pipe the output from the other speakers in zoom, and my own speech, into the program. The second step is doable for me. However, I'm not sure how to output the audio of the other speakers into my program. I tried using a virtual audio input but it didn't really work as zoom only has 1 audio output option. Any help on how to bypass this would be useful.

Hi We trying to set up Meeting Connector in our environment. So we create VM with provided OVF/VDMK file.  Access to *.zoom.us and *.amazonaws.com was provided for this VM. Also NAT 1:1 was configured asExternal IP - internal IP ZCExternal IP2 - internal IP MMRInside our network we can start meeting and connect another participants. But when I try to invite participant from Internet it receive a call and trying to connect to meeting. After some time I receive Error 104103.So which additional access on firewall  is required?

I have a scheduled meeting with 800+ registered attendees - if I convert this meeting to a webinar, will I lost these existing registrations?

I believe I should be able to Host two Meetings concurrently - but I do not seem able to.   When I try to start a second, it asks me to end the first meeting.   I have a Business (Not Pro) account - so I believe I meet the criteria shown at:   https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-   I do also have the "Join different meetings simultaneously" feature enabled on my account. I had to get this specifically enabled by Zoom.   https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001120743-Joining-different-meetings-simultaneously-on-desktop   Do I need to go though a similar process for Host two Meetings concurrently - or am I missing something?   Thanks,   Rupert

When I call Park using my POLY VVX250 I get an AUDIBLE notification of my parking spot. "Your call is parked at *815" for example.Is there a way to configure ZOOM so that instead of an AUDIO notification I get an ON-SCREEN notification. Similar to the SCREEN notification I get of where my call is parked when I use the ZOOM PC APP.

I'm part of a small organization with two Zoom licenses that we've cross-connected so either can be the "alternate host" for the other. During our meetings we record the sessions (works fine). Is there a way for the "alternate host" to be able to view the recording without needing the primary host to explicitly release the recording and password information to them?

We had a session earlier today that we recorded with a guest who zoomed in. The converting screen window for the download stopped at 6% of download and hasn't moved since. I am worried the valuable content we recorded is lost. Can anyone help? 

When participants in my meeting try to call in by phone, it is saying blocked and this meeting doesn’t allow it. How do I change that setting? I have a basic free account. thanks so much in advance!!

I do mediations by zoom.  I set up multiple breakout rooms and move parties into the proper rooms.  They start in the waiting room and then I admit them and move them.  Once they are in their respective breakout rooms, one of the options if they click on "leave" is to return to the main meeting room.  Once they do that I lose access to them and it shows them as not joined.  Then the only thing I can do is leave the breakout rooms myself, which sends me back to the main meeting room, but then I often cannot send them back to a breakout room, and sometimes I myself cannot even join the breakout rooms as well.  So, what I am wondering is whether there is a function that I can set that once I have moved all the parties into their respective breakout rooms, they do not have the ability to move back to the main meeting room.  I still need to have the ability to move them from one breakout room to another, such as when I need to have a private conversation w

I try to login sso using zoom meeting on my win10 laptop. When I enter the domain for sso, I only find two options: ".zoom.com" and ".zoomgov.com". But for me I need to get ".zoom.us". Does someone know how to add it?

I record my meetings and other people can't access them.  How do I fix that?

Dear Zoom Community Members, I want to play a .MP4 file (video/audio) in a Zoom meeting for participants to watch and listen to. I can share my screen to play the video...participants can see the video, but they cannot hear the audio. I suspect I need to change my audio settings in order for participants to hear the video (.MP4 file)...but I don't know what settings to change. Can anyone help? Sincerely,Robert

Hi, My team would like to have 1 reusable meeting where we can all work together online, where the meeting has predefined breakout rooms for people to go to on need-basis (similar to having virtual conference rooms). Ideally we don't need to re-setup breakout rooms every day. I'm able to create a recurring meeting that has predefined breakout rooms, but noticed that:1. The host must enter the room to open the breakout rooms. Is there a way to keep breakout rooms open by default?2. To let everyone go between any breakout room, I have to first recreate new breakout rooms to enable the setting to let people move between rooms and then reset breakout rooms again to pre-defined rooms; is there a way for my recurring meeting to default to users moving between rooms?)
