Solved

I had a recurring meeting scheduled to the end of 2021.  It  disappeared in January from the schedule but the meetings will continue into 2022 and I want the same link information.  How can I restore this meeting to my schedule with the same link info?

Hello, We recently hosted a webinar and had about 40 attendees from the 70 who registered for the event. We used a separate registration process, so I don't have any systematic way of distinguishing who among the registrants logged in. Now that the event is over, I'd like to see if there is a record of the names of those people who did log in as attendees. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks, Duncan

Dear Zoom, we plan to organize a large meeting, but limited bandwith is available for the host. Nevertheless, we intend to record the meeting. From bandwith point of view, which is more favorable - recording to the computer of to the cloud? What I'm asking is basically a technical question: if we choose to record the meeting to the cloud, as a first step the software downloads all the data to the computer then uploads to the cloud (2x data transfer), or sends it directly to the cloud (leading to no extra data transfer to the host)?Thank You for Your answer in advance!

Hello,   I am having an extra picture frame showing one participant in addition to my gallery view.   I cannot seem to turn this off anywhere.  I also cannot figure out what to search to fix this issue.  When I hover over my desktop applications three screens show up as opposed to my usual two (zoom application and meeting) It is an extra single video showing.  For example, I just started a meeting with myself.  There were two frames of me.  I am just confused as to why this is happening.   I do have a laptop and another monitor set up for two screen use.   Thank you for any help.

Hi,  is it possible to forbid the meeting schedule in contemporary with another one fixed yet ?? Thank you so much Best

Hi All Is there a way when opening the zoom APP to have only phone options and disable the meeting options? My organization exclusively wants to use zoom as a VOIP system and not for any meetings. So want to remove the below from the app... Any ideas great appreciated

Hello all, We have two small businesses running from home and are moving those lines to Zoom Phone.  We purchased an extra phone number license for routing personal calls coming to the house, via an auto receptionist.   Is that going to be a problem?  Zoom says Phone is for "business use only" so I don't want to run into some kind of issue down the road. Many thanks.

Soon we will switch over to the Zoom phone and I am testing this now for our company. But it seems like I have run into a problem. We will use both the (iOs) app and the windows client but it seems like there is no way to set "Do not disturb" for only the (iOs) app.  Is there a way to disable receiving calls/meetings on our mobile devices whilst still receiving them on the windows client?Because now I receive a lot of notifications on my phone while I am not working.

What doesn't mean of healthcare in zoom  meeting community.

I have been running our groups meetings from my laptop. Someone else is now taking that responsibility. I have removed the zoom ap from my computer and cleared my browser history. When I try to  log into the meeting, hosted by someone else, zoom still recognizes me as the host. How do I stop this from happening so I can just log in with the link? Thank you. Al

Hi.I bought a zoom.I need a receipt to charge from the company. However, it is displayed in USD.My company is in Korea. That's why I need a receipt in KRW.Does anyone know what to do?

Look for link in the Microsoft Store." Trying to host meeting on Laptop with Windows 10.When I click 'Launch' a pop up comes up with the message above.  I click on the microsoft store icon and it says no  zoommtg found. Please help, I'm new to zoom so not sure what to do

We don't have zoom rooms , just meetings to run our yoga classes, however all of a sudden it is saying can't pair with controller, and we get the blue screen. Any idea how to stop this?

Does Zoom release their updates a specific time either Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Pacific Standard time (PST)?

Hi there,  I realize a common area phone itself cannot have voicemail.  I'd like the main receptionist to route to the CAP when '1' is pressed.  However, if there's no answer, is there any work-around to route the caller directly to the receptionist's voicemail, rather than make them route back to the receptionist extension and (hence) through the IVR menu again?   Much appreciated.

I finished a zoom call, and it was converting to my computer. The window of saving the recording was still open,  and I've started a new call.At the end of the second call I got a notice that the converting of this recording failed .How can I find the lost recording of the second conversation? Thanks

With an unpaid basic account, where do I find zoom recordings that are not in the local recordings? The meeting was set to record to Local but it is not there. Will I need to upgrade in order to access a recording or should I assume the meeting has not been recorded?

I recorded a Zoom meeting and while it was being processed the computer entered the hibernation mode.    Now it has completely disappeared.  All there is is an Excel file with the title.

How can I disable a past meeting link? Some kids crashed my last meeting a few days ago, and I removed them from my meeting. Last night I got an email that another one joined my meeting from 2 days prior.  I tried the link this morning and it still seems to be active. I don't want kids using my account. How can I disable the past meeting link? I do not have access to that meeting in my settings in order to go back and change the settings.

I just recorded an interview and forgot to change the view to Gallery. I left it on speaker view by mistake. Now the recording only shows my guest's image and not mine. We can only hear my voice but not see me. Is there anyway to retrieve my image or is it gone?

I have 2 users that I gave access to my account's voicemail. I want one of the users to receive email notifications of the voicemail transcription. However, I don't want the second user to get emails when I receive a voicemail. The only solution that I have found only allows me to turn on or off email notifications for both (in the Company Info account settings notifications section). Is there a way to give both users access to my voicemail, but only allow one to receive email notifications? Thanks!

Hello - We have a Zoom room w/ a Logitech Console connected to a camera w/ two big screens and would like to run Microsoft Teams meetings using the same system. We did everything in the following articles -  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057044571- Enabling-or-disabling-Microsoft-Teams-Direct-Guest-Join  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847179,But we are stuck trying to understand next steps.   I know we are supposed to invite the Zoom Room which is a licensed Microsoft 365 user to the Zoom Room and the link should show up on the Logitech console but that is not the case. Does anyone have a clear and easy step-by-step guide for connecting to a Microsoft Teams meeting in a Zoom room? Thanks!

Hello, I currently use Grasshopper.com for my desk phone and would like to port it over to Zoom.   1) Should I purchase the Zoom phone service first before doing the port, or do I need to call Zoom and indicate that I'd like to port the number before I place my order?  2) Has anyone done this before?  Any tips for avoiding downtime with this process?  Thank you!Chris
