Is there some listing of compatible sound cards for zoom? I am troubleshooting a problem with an ASI 5720 sound card that has problems only with zoom, but works perfectly with every other piece of software on the PC. An HP, win10.Zoom received audio sounds fine but outgoing audio sounds bad, even though it doesn't sound bad at all on other software on the machine at the same time. Recording on adobe audition sounds fine but far end audio on zoom is broken up.Thanks.

Hi, So in the previous Zoom version I would simply follow these steps to make sure I was recording with my microphone settings and not having all of Zoom's sound artifacts gt in the way. For that I used to do the following: 1) How to enable the in-meeting option for original sound Desktop clientSign in to the Zoom desktop client.Click your profile picture, then click Settings In the navigation menu, click AudioUnder Music and Professional Audio, select the Show in-meeting option to enable "Original Sound" check box.The Original Sound setting will be displayed in in the top left corner of your meetings .2) Then I would preserve original sound during a meeting by following the below instructions.Desktop clientSign in to the Zoom desktop client.Start or join a meeting.Click Turn Original Sound On in the top-left corner. To the right of Turn Original Sound On, click the down arrow to select a microphone that automatically uses original sound when selected.  So when

How does one join a meeting an admit people without having the admin start the meeting or be present at all? I want a someone that I identify to click the zoom link, start the meeting and admit folks without me as the admin starting the meeting or being involved or present. This person is outside of the organization but has access to the zoom link to join the meeting. I have a Zoom Pro account with one license.  Thank you!

I used to share my screen all the time in meetings. Now I can't do it and I've gone through the settings in detail and can't find what it preventing it. Anyone have suggestions for this?

We are holding a webinar with a group discussion amongst our panelists. One panelist belongs to a company that prohibits the use of Zoom on computers, so he will only be able to dial in on phone. I would like to display a profile picture for him in the gallery view with the other panelists. But since he cannot login, he cannot create a profile picture for his account. I tried a test where I created a named user in my account and gave it a profile picture. I then invited that user to a webinar and dialed in with that ID. Zoom did not display the profile picture in the meeting view. Can you think of a way to show a picture for a phone-only panelist?

Hi, I just wanted to say  that, an update to allow people access  all the links shared in a Zoom meeting in their Zoom space account would be so great.It would be useful for everyone I think and spare some time.Thanks in advance and you're doing a great Job by the way.

Dear experts, We are running into an unusual case that one of the meetings was grayed out when we checked from admin dashboard, when the meeting host wanted to pull the report from her page, it was empty. Other meetings looked fine. What might be the cause behind this? I've been spending a few hours but no luck with it. Any help is really appreciated!Attached screenshot for reference.

I have been using zoom account using my school email. Suddenly school time limit removal has not been active. It was working fine Today, I accidentally failed to log in to my account many times and my account got locked so I had to reset my password. Does this somehow affect it?

I need to be able to have my learners (who are on Smartphones) annotate a slide I have shared out to  their breakout rooms (as a host). I know the share out from the main room to breakouts is new, but is the annotation option not available for that feature yet? Is it planned as part of an update?     My workaround has been to provide a link to the slide to all learners, but many struggle with sharing URLs  in their breakout rooms , so I was delighted when the option to share out came along as a timesaver in class.    

I have one large meeting to host at the end of November. If I buy the one month license, is it good for next month or only this month that we are in? 

We have  a business account, once I start a meeting / open a room.How do I start a second meeting / room?I appreciate any help. 

First of all, Good Morning, and thank you for any attention here.  Briefly, our neighborhood association is running its monthly meeting this evening.  I am the VP of the association.  I am (listed) our paid Zoom account.  But the regular leader of these meetings, and the originator of the link that everyone has (100 attendees is typical), was called away on very short notice.   I need to be able to 'run' the meeting in a way that allows me to hand off Screen Share to the several presenters we'll have.  I am loathe to create a new link and scramble to get it out to everyone.  Ownership of the meeting, that is my goal here. 

Hi all, When creating a Meeting through API there is an expiration of 90 days for the start_url (using custCreate). After that the documentation says to get a new start_url through the Retrieve A Meeting api (Create A Meeting Api) Do you know when the new link obtained from the Retrieve A Meeting api will expire? After 90 days from the previous expiration? Or After 90 days after the retrieving of the new url? Or there is another management for the expiration of regenerated url? 

When I try to select Washington DC I get a red block icon. I can't make the change. I have Admin level on console. ANy ideas?Thank you, 

I used my zoom account to record a wedding. There were already recordings on the account in excess of 1GB. The warning came afterward - is there any way this was recorded at all? Will it show up after I've deleted old files?

Hi, I'm new to this community.I use Zoom once a week for nearly 2 years now on a win10. All worked well. But I wanted to use Zoom today and it just refused to login. I got Error Code 4.After several tries, reboot, re-installation with the latest version - nothing worked. When I tried login with my credentials I got an Error 1132. I thought my account could be corrupted so I created a new one without any issues. But when trying to use it and entered those credentials into my win10 Desktop app - I got the same Error 1132.BTW, just also tried to use Zoom on my browser - and that worked nicely. Did I miss something? Is there an issue I am not aware of?Thank you for your support.
