I do not have a webcam. When I join a meeting, a really strange logo is displayed, which is unnerving to me and participants, see attached.  How do I remove or change it?I have tried changing the background but it still remains.

Hi... when starting a recurring meeting as host, the buttons for breakout rooms & polls have disppeared from the bottom of the screen.   -Both functions are "enabled" in my settings -Both functions work when I activate older, saved recurring meetings (2 months+), where I'm also host.   Any ideas? - Thanks!

We have upgraded the zoom host to 2 hosts on July 6, 2021-5 August 2021, and have paid the zoom admin, but there are still 2 bills on zoom on July 7th.Then on August 3, we have downgraded to 1 host but the bill for the period 6 August-September is still for 2 hosts? Explanation please ?

Tell me, please, if I need to create sub-accounts for start a couple of meetings in same time, I need to become a zoom partner, then I will have access to the master account api, is there any other option?

I am trying to complete the steps in the following support article: Scheduling-privilege-and-alternative-host-between-linked-master-sub-accounts  At step 5, I do not see the either one of the settings listed. Background info: I have successfully linked 3 Pro accounts following the steps from: Linking-accounts-to-an-organization  Any help? Which step or settings am I skipping? Suggestions?

Thanks folks Problem solved Hi. Hoping someone can tell me why my Registration Form is showing a 'Registration is Closed' message. I have a Basic Meeting plan with a 100 participant limit - is there a max limit on the number of registrations?The form , which is for a recurring meeting, has been working fine up until today (or at least very very recently). Also how can I cancel/remove registrations  without email the registrant? (Many of them are months and months old  and no longer attend the meeting) Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you, Mark

I have paid for a large meeting add on to my pro membership - is this automatically applied to every meeting I set up? It says under settings that my capacity is 100 but I've paid and activated the add-on, do I need to do anything else?

Hello Zoom Community,I've been testing a webinar that is synched between Marketo/SFDC.In QA'ing I, as Host, got a registration error when I updated my lead record's campaign membership satus to "Registered" on the SFDC side of the campaign. This resulted in a registration error in Marketo and SFDC.The same thing happened to the Alternative Host.I am assuming that Zoom does not "like" when the Host (and associated email address) tries to register as an attendee to the webinar that they created, but wanted to confirm this. Can anyone from Zoom or any users confirm this is the case? It would make sense that you can't be both a Host and a registered attendee to your own webinar, but again, wanting to validate this is to be expected, and not some error that I am running into.Thank you!

Hey Folks! I'm planning a paid webinar, but many of the attendees probably won't have access to a credit card or Paypal. For example a company sending 5 employees may want to just write one cheque and send the details for people attending. If someone pays outside zoom (cash, cheque, direct bank transfer etc) is there a way for the host  to register them directly on the back end? Thanks for any help!  

Are there any plans to allow co-hosts to manage polls? Creating and editing questions? This is a problem during sessions that the person creating the meetings isn't in. 

Hi,I have about 80 students in my classroom, using Zoom in live lectures. I want to reward those who maintain their camera on during these lectures. Is there a Zoom report or any way to have a register about the use (on/off) of participant's cameras during a meeting?Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or suggest something... 

Good afternoon,   We have an organization with about 500 users.  We use the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 Series headset. Our users are using Zoom meetings to coordinate calls, and then using a SIP phone to make the calls.When they make the calls with the SIP phone, they mute themselves in zoom to make the call. When they mute themselves in zoom, it also mutes the headset across all other applications.  If you press the unmute button on the headset, it also unmutes zoom.  The only way we have found to fix this is by disabling the "sync buttons on headset" option within the audio options.We are trying to figure out a solution to roll this out to all computeres in an automated fashion.  Any help would be apprecated.  Is it possible to do this through the registry or through group policy?  Ive searched alot of articles and haven't found any luck on this, I have found out how to configure almost every other option through the registry but not this one.Thanks

For some time now I have been testing Zoom APIs using Insomnia and the JWTs generated on this Zoom supplied page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/auth/jwtOnce I know I have the right API (or have simply got the data I want) I then write code to call the APIs as needed.This has worked well until this week.  My existing programs still work but using Insomnia with the JWT supplied by the Zoom page to test out new APIs produces {"code": 124,"message": "Invalid access token."}The key and secret are identical.  Also previously stored test calls in Insomnia also fail to work with the new JWTs. Left with the ole ones they (correctly) respond that the JWT has expired.Anyone got any ideas on what could cause this?

I am a library manager at a secondary school.We are hosting an author via Zoom this Friday but our students have just returned to remote learning. Just wanting advice on whether the Zoom session on Friday should be via meeting or webinar.There will be about 50 students in the session. The author will do most of the talking and the students will be asking questions towards the end of the session. 

Hi everyone, I am planning to host an event, for around 20-100 people,  and would like them to join just as a participant, such that no one sees the number of participants, and can only chat publicly in the chat section. Do I have to use Zoom webinar for this purpose, or can I do this using Zoom Meeting? Or is there any other mode I am not aware of? Thank you for your help,Maria
