I have integrated zoom into salesforce for our company and when I set up a "zoom" meeting through the google salesforce extension, and when I send the invite it changes to google meets. We are trying to transition to zoom so please help me out.

When I record a Zoom call and paste the link to a website, will it be available to listen to even after it is purged or expires on the zoom site?

Hi Everyone. I've recently had trouble with using Zoom on my macbook. I can access my account just fine online, and join meetings on my phone. However, each time I try to join a meeting using my laptops Zoom application the error code 1132 comes up. And whenever, I try to log in it tells me to check my network settings, even though I have several times and used several different Wi-Fi connections while trying to log in. Does anyone have any advice on how to get through this?

I just had a zoom meeting and was on my iPad. Two members commented that they had sent attachments to the chat. I could not see them. Thoughts? Also, we use breakout rooms in our meetings. When we return from breakout rooms, all previous chats are gone. Solution? 

Hi. I have a Logitech Spotlight Presenter, which has a laser pointer, highlighter and magnifying functions. It works fine on my screen during screen sharing but the effects are not seen in participants' screens. Is it a question of settings? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Im trying out a scenario, where my root account has mulitple sub accounts. If I create a Oauth app and add a feature for event subscription. This will result in events being notified for events from all the subaccounts. Is there a way I can control which subaccounts im interested to listen to ?

I know how to toggle from attendees/panelists viewing the headcount during a webinar to just PANELISTS, but is there a way to turn off the headcount entirely so that no one can see it or just the host can see how many people are on? Thanks.

I somehow turned off "Allow users to login using their work email."Now no one (including me) can login to our Zoom accounts.

I would have a need to develop a functionnality where the host can have multiple participants in the room. The host can see and hear the participants but the participants can't see or hear each other. Does that exist or can that be developped? Thanks!

I upgraded my Apple iMac to Monterey and it wouldn't open Zoom.us. I uninstalled it and put it in trash. I then reinstalled it. I purchased the plan I had. Is this what I needed to do?

If I share a webinar URL link with a group and then add additional panelists or make edits regarding how I’m scheduling the webinar, will it generate a new and different URL link after the modifications or can I still have the attendees use the original link it generated without any difficulty?Also how do I have the live transcript appear during the webinar?  I don’t see the live transcript button on the bar to enable it.thanks for your help!

A strange issue started happening out of nowhere yesterday. When I try to connect to any Zoom meeting from my desktop app (or do anything with the app, for that matter, such as logging in), I get the message "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." Nothing seems to get around this. Things I've tried: - Connecting from 3 different routers/locations (all of which could connect to Zoom from my phone- Uninstalling Zoom from the app's menu bar, restarting my computer, redownloading and reinstalling When I look into the system console, I can see that the Zoom app logged a few errors. Not sure if these are important:  error 09:56:23.519929-0700 zoom.us LAUNCH: Launch failure with -10652/ <private>error 09:56:37.360683-0700 zoom.us Error loading remote view controller. Error Domain=com.apple.ViewBridge Code=14 "(null)" I'm on Zoom app version 5.8.4 (2421), and Mac OS 12.0.1. Any ideas? Has anyone else seen this issu

What should I do if I want to have interpretation for a language that is not available in the dropdown menu.  I don't see a way to type in my language.  Should I just pick one of the available choices and tell people to use that one even though it isn't correct?

What I've observed is that the time is limited according to certain meetings. I'm on the latest update on zoom and still can't seem to get enough time to host my meetings, now I'm not sure if it's something that I need to change, check or whatever. So, I'm kindly asking for someone's assistance on this matter please.

As the topic says ...It would be very helpful to have all reactions as shortcut.Hand up is good, but at least the 5 reactions should be assignable to shortcuts.That is something which really has to be available quick in a meeting.

Hi,I am unable to use the blurred background for my video during Zoom calls. I understand my system (which is pretty old) does not meet the system requirements for this effect. I have an Intel G2030 dual core 3GHz processor. However, I would like to point out that the blur background effect works perfectly for me on other platforms, namely Discord, Microsoft Teams, etc. My query is, will we be seeing support for such older generation cpu's for the blurred background effect in Zoom, in the coming future, please? If it's working on other platforms then I believe it won't be an issue to implement this in Zoom as well! Would love to know your thoughts.RegardsAgni

I've been trying for over an hour to connect to Zoom meetings through my Mac's Zoom app. I cannot even log in, it states there is no connection. However, my friend is able to start, login, and connect to meetings on the same wifi. I don't have a VPN, I've disabled the firewall, I've restarted my computer and the app, I've re-downloaded the app, I've done absolutely everything. Zoom's live customer service isn't allowed to me, and I'm panicking because today is the first day of the semester. Please help.

Hi,Since a couple of weeks my Option for Breakout Rooms disappeared when I schedule a new meeting or open a direct meeting.Interestingly, my personal meeting room or older recurrent meetings still have the Breakout Sessions.Any idea what the reason might be?I use the latest version. Tried already to logout and login again. Deactivated and reactivated Breakouts in the settings. Nothing changed anything.I appreciate any help. Thanks!Jan

Hi I have created an Oauth app at account level. Is there a way I can install or Uninstall this app from the sub accounts managed under the root account? If not manual install, Can I at least uninstall already subscribed users from that app.

Hi. I'm planning to install ZoomPhone on a large number of Windows Computers. I would like to configure the URL start-up setting for incoming calls in the MSI installer, but I could not find the item. (This URL -> https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054844551-Launching-an-app-or-URL-during-inbound-calls ) Is there any other way to set it manually one by one after installing the Zoom Meeting Client?

I have been asked to give a talk to a group of people on zoom. I will NOT be the host. It will be a regular meeting, not a webinar.What I would liked to be able to do is display the file containing my talk on my screen, so that it is visible only to me. For everyone else, I would like them to be able to see only me giving the talk (not the text).If this is possible, would you please tell me how to do it.Thank you in advance for your help.

We frequently use recurring meetings, and would like to start using the post-meeting survey function. (We're aiming for surveys rather than polls - we like the function and timing of an exit survey vs. a during-meeting poll)   Is there a way to set up a survey so that it only asks after the attendee leaves the last date of a recurring meeting?   Currently, it looks like the survey pops up at the end of every session.   We really only want to capture the last session, and don't want to survey the attendees every week  through the series.   Thanks!

I happened upon this by accident. When I register a participant for a meeting and then register another participant with the same email address, Zoom is not allowing the second registration.Is anyone having a similar issue?  Does each participant need to have a different email address? 

This is my first time creating a Zoom Event. I am creating an "Event" (single session) meeting with recurrence over two days. I need an attendee to complete a form with some fields at the time of registration. Watching this video (https://youtu.be/3yKWUOcJsF8?t=18), it seems that it is possible to have fields such as Position and Organization in the registration form. However, I am not able see anywhere in the settings how to enable such fields in the registration. I will appreciate any help.
