Greetings, This is my first post to the community.  I did a search for "Camp" to see if anyone else had posted this request.  I found nothing related.  Perhaps there is another term with which I am not familiar. We are a Zoom Phone user who migrated from an old PBX phone system.  We have been happily using Zoom Phone with few challenges we couldn't solve with documentation.  I would like to ask for a feature that allows a user to select an internal company contact to "camp-out" on their line.  This was the feature name on the PBX we used.  Here is the old scenario.  I pick up the phone to call Jane, but Jane is busy.  Rather than keep trying, I could press a feature key on the phone to tell the PBX to "camp-out on Jane's line and let me know when she hangs up."  When Jane hangs up, my phone would make a distinct sound to let me know Jane was free and it would offer to call Jane. Since we can see if a contact is on another

We want to build out 100 or so rooms with Neat Bars and replace the physical whiteboards on the other walls with DTEN D7 digital whiteboards. It's a shame to find out that Companion Whiteboards don't work with Zoom Appliances, only macOS or Windows based Zoom Rooms.  Any ideas + roadmap for this functionality?

Does anyone have a good source on this or does zoom have a library to pick from?  Surprised I can't set what the caller hears while waiting to just a normal ring tone.  I don't want to play MOH or an announcement, just good old fashioned phone rings, human answers.  Thanks in advance all

Has anyone come up with any tricks if there are multiple users on a single connection in meetings?I speak here primarily of having a poll and allowing additional responses from a single connection.But this is also relevant when tracking attendance.

I should start by saying athat a non-profit that I am involved with has a pro account and holds regular meetings, usually  with 50+ attendees - and sometimes significantly more than this but <100.In these meetings there are multiple facilitators that perform different duties within the meetingsAnd those roles rotate between different individuals. Is there somehow that those individuals can be registered as affiliated with the primary accountand in groups that have extended priviledges in the meetings examples of usage including but not limited to...co-host capabilities (without adding on a case by case or instance by instance basis)sharing the screen (but not everyone is allowed to and not case-by-case)spotlighting speakersmuting attendeesmuting all but the primary speakerrenaming attendees...

Hi. I want to break a class of 15 students into 3 groups (like in breakout rooms). However, I know you can't record to the cloud in breakout rooms. So, I was thinking of starting 3 different Zoom sessions where the students can go into one of the three rooms and the session thereby gets recorded to the cloud. I know I can't be in more than one Zoom session at a time but if I log out, can my students go into the three Zoom meetings that are listed on my college account? They would all be on at the same time. We tried this last week and managed to get 2 to work (somehow) but one group couldn't get on. I am doing this to try to avoid having to have individual students record to their computers and then upload the contents for me. I have many Zoom sessions listed on my account but not sure if they can be used simultaneously. I hope you understand what I am trying to do. Hi guys, I'm writing here to ask for help. I had audio issues the past weeks. Here are some of them:Microphone is too soft; people can't hear me; when I did the audio test; part of my speech was cut off. >> resolve this by logging in-out repeatedly till it is ok.My microphone/ voice was ok; but after I played a video; my voice became soft >> it goes to normal after a while.I would be talking; then my voice goes really soft; and suddenly goes back to normal. I've not made any changes during this time.I use a wired earphones. Thank you guys in advance.

Does anyone know how to switch from phone microphone which is not good to a USBC recording microphone while hosting Zoom meeting by mobile phone?Thank u!

How can I get rid of the waiting room feature on already scheduled meetings?  I need to disable this on some recurring meetings. Thank you for any help with this. 

The Desktop Power User popup has started appearing for some non-licensed users and there is no 'Desktop Power User' switch under settings to turn it off.

Occasionally when I am working away from my home site, I will download Zoom to a customer's machine for their use. To test a connection and to ensure that the software is working properly I will login with my own username and password and then log out once I am assured the connection is working properly. I was locked out of my account this morning because I used my account at two different locations last week. Is any way to avoid this? I

I tried the zoom test & it works fine, but when I log in using the app on my PC - it tells me that it's unable to connect to the network (even though I am online),  check your network connection & try again.  I tried uninstalling the app, restarting the computer, turning wifi off & back on again.  I also tried logging into zoom using firefox & MS Edge, but I receive the error messages:  error: http 503 service unavailable & error: http 503 error respectively.I actually used zoom for a meeting an hour ago.  Logged out & now can't get back in for my next meeting.Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you.

I canceled by mistake 2 plans, in the second that I noteced what a did, I reactivated the plan, in the same hour, I will be charger twice?

Hi all, For some days, my customer is unable to log into Zoom. Behavior is quite odd since zoom.us can not even be accessed from Chrome, Chromium or Edge. Digicert certificate is claimed to be invalid. What is even weirder is that zoom.us can be accessed with no certificate error from Firefox and Internet Explorer! Expiration date and other details are all good. Those have been tried :Disabled Firewall and antivirus (Kaspersky)Disabled all sorts of VPNMade sure no proxy was actually configuredReset TCP/IP stackTracert seems okReset modemTested many other websites on said computer, everything is fineTested zoom.us from an other network using said computers, all gooTested zoom.us from an  other computer hooked up to the same Internet provider; everything is fineRemoved every menions of zoom.us from the registryChecked host and lmhost files in system32 Im running out of imagination here; anyone up to the challenge? 🙂 Thanks you

My class recording file is 2.26 GB and it was converted only 34% and I did the same class again because I thought the file was corrupted. Again it was converted only 19% in this time. I don’t know what to do please help me out. This can be highly impact on my profession. 

Is there any way to make the chat window _not_ float above everything else and still be a separate window? To be clear, I'm not looking to disable, close, or merge the chat window, I want a separate chat window but not floating above all other windows. FYI, If anyone is experiencing issues with logitech room cameras today (like Meetup and Rally), there was a bug deployed in a recent update to the logi "sync" app, causing the exposure setting to be incorrect.  Logi support gave us the manual solution method below... We also found that uninstalling the sync app work.  VC cameras showing an over-exposed image after updating to the latest Sync version.The issue is caused by Sync having toggled off "auto exposure". At the same time the manual exposure is set to max by default.Please be advised that our engineering department is engaged and are currently working on a fix.In the meantime the issue can be solved by toggling the "auto exposure" on in the Sync app.How do we toggle auto exposure off?[In Sync app> Camera>Camera adjustments>Autoexposure] Do we have to visit each room and access the Sync app from there?
