I have three questions.  Is it possible to set the Polycom Vx250's so that an external incoming call is DND but the incoming internal calls still ring the phone? Is it possible to set a Polycom Vx250 that when it receives an internal call it answers automatically on speaker? Is it possible to intercom multiple Polycom vx250's at one time?I know an Avaya system can do that, I'm hoping this can as well. Thanks for any help Teresa

People dont seem to like leaving voicemail so we were hoping to set up the IVR to do something like Press 1 to leave voicemailPress 2 to request a callbackCallback would recite their phone number and give them the option to input a different one. That info would be emailed to all members same as voicemail does. If theres currently a way to do this can someone direct me on where to find that info. If not could we add it as a feature request?

User gets this notification every single day, despite clicking 'confirm' every day.  Running Windows with enhanced location setting on in Zoom, version 5.9.6, issue follows him on different machines. He tried clicking 'wrong' and amending it to a different address, before reverting to auto-detect, still gets asked to confirm daily. Any ideas? 

Can I begin a regular Zoom meeting, then make someone else the host (and leave) and then begin a webinar before the other meeting has ended?  

Does Zoom have any plans to allow for an Immersive view to rotate through sets of attendees?  So for example, if you have a class with 100 students, it would be great if you could view the first set of 25, then see the next set of 25, then the next, etc, instead of having to manually remove/add individual attendees to see everyone.   My apologies if it already does this but it's really hard finding people to help test, and I haven't seen this as an option on the Zoom videos I've found.

I am really struggling with setting up closed captioning for an upcoming Zoom meeting.  I want it to be automatic, not manually typed.  I have copied the token, but when I paste it in the chat, I get an error message.   "Whitelabel Error PageThis application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.Thu Oct 07 18:19:08 UTC 2021There was an unexpected error (type=Method Not Allowed, status=405)." Any advice? 

Good evening, I have a link of a Zoom chat starting with the three letters "OVB ..." and I can't enter because the pc tells me "Update Required, your app version needs to be higher to join this meeting. Please contact your IT team to update your app."Can you help me? Thanks

Her audio sounds like it's on manual at maximum volume; I asked to look at settings and she advised that the only ones that came up on selecting settings were for Video - and also that the same issue applies on her second (Windows) laptop - and that she has had three technicians look into this without success!  Others on the regular Webinar seem to have some sort of volume moderation so I didn't feel I could spend further time interrogating her during the Webinar.   If I can manage to speak to her for a while I'll suggest a re-install; allowing Audio access for Zoom and if this fails then just altering her computers microphone settings if we can find them.   Do these ideas seem exhaustive and/or does anyone have a better idea (technically that is)?

TL;DR: How can we predefine a share target and immediately start sharing it?Hi. We have a series of meetings where two presenters need to share their screen, one after the other. When Presenter 1 is finished and stops sharing their screen (say, with ALT-S), we need to minimize the awkward and inelegant time gap between then and Presenter 2 starting up. Eventually we flip back to P1, back to P2, etc. Regardless of how Presenter 2 starts the sharing dialog (Share button or ALT-S) there's still a painful process (to go through or sit through) of Presenter 2 finding the correct item to share then initiating the share. In our case, we specifically want presenters to only show the PowerPoint slide show application window, not the whole screen, so that includes the extra step of having to scroll down the list of share options. PowerPoint itself adds one more complication - if you've already started your screen share, there are many windows that all look the same at first glance, so

I've created a meeting with "Breakout Room pre-assign" enabled, with participants field is empty. My meetings is somewhat open, and it takes alot of effort to acquire email of said participants. I did this to avoid the hassle in creating in-meeting Breakout Room, because my meeting breakout room is quite alot. When my meeting started, i (host/co-host) need to manually assign every participants to certain Breakout Room, with no "Let participants choose room" setting to be found. Am i missing something or i failed to understand what "Breakout Room pre-assign" mean? Please help. English is not my first language, pardon me if what i said is hard to understand.Thank you.

When I try to run a webinar attendance report, the user's emails are missing from the report. It just started recently. Any attendance report before March 1st has emails in the report. Reports starting on March 1st don't have them. No settings been change from Zoom settings. Any idea? Thank you.

Hi. I've tried looking for a solution to this online, but have found none. I use Zoom for Gsuite add-on to schedule zoom meetings in Google Calendar - this is working fine. However, all my google calendar events are showing up in the Zoom app. ie. they say "Not a zoom meeting". Some of these events are private and I do not want them displayed in the Zoom app. Is there a setting which turns off syncing all calendar events? I just want the actual Zoom meetings displayed. Thank you!

It’s been about a month now and we still haven’t gotten an update on our application. When will we have the approval? Every other app marketplace (Google, Microsoft, etc.) has given us the approvals that we needed. We’ve been in the Zoom review process for 4 months at this point. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long, especially if our app has been submitted and there weren’t any issues with the app itself. Anyone have any suggestions on how to move this along? Any contacts at Zoom I could speak to?

Hello I have a pro account - I will be recording a meeting which will be approx 90 minutes long.  I will record it locally to my mac, will I have enough storage?  

As a basic user 'Recording notification' play voice prompt to 'no-one' is not an option.  Zoom say this voice prompt can be disabled for all accounts as per the Zoom notes: Under Play voice prompt for, choose if you want All participants, Guest only, or No One to hear the audio recording notification.so why is the option not there?

I have a Pro account and I have a virtual meeting later this week, I scheduled the session today.  I have put a start time 30 minutes before the real start time to prepare.  If nobody joins the session for 30 minutes or more will the session be deleted automatically?   Second question:  If a participant joins late, will the link still work?  Is there a time limit on when they can join a session from the start time?   Thanks        

I have a problem with a Virtual Background Image for Zoom meetings. Although I activate the green background, the virtual Background activates on the face and not on the green background.   Configuration: MacBook Pro 13 Mid 2012 2,5 Ghz Intel Core i5 4GB Zoom Client Versión:5.7.6   How to fix it ?   Thx for your help.

Like many people (I assume), I have both a Zoom and a Google (Gmail etc) account. I never used to get any Google calendar popups or notifications when I scheduled a Zoom meeting (on my older 2015 MacBook, with somewhat out-of-date OS). But suddenly, as soon as I upgraded days ago to a 2021 MacBook Pro (Monterey OS), every time I schedule a zoom meeting, it activates my Google Calendar app, and I am immediately prompted to add it to a Google Calender. I have to click "cancel" to make the pop-up box go away, and then I must separately quit Google Calendar (which I find annoying and never choose to activate myself). I cannot figure out whether some setting in Zoom, or Google Calendar itself, is automatically turning on this app and prompting me to add the meeting to some calendar, but it's extremely annoying. The only thing I can find in Zoom settings is an option to link to Google, Microsoft Exchange, or Microsoft 365, and as far as I can tell I have never activated them t

In a Zoom meeting I suddenly became a host, there were recordings running.At the end of the meeting I stopped the recordings.. I was using my android phone, where is the recording saved?

Hi, I cut off the last minute of our recording, as we forgot to stop the recording and were having a personal exchange that we don't want sent out. That worked well, and the video stops where I want it. However, when I send out the link, there's an option to download/open the original file in the upper right hand corner. We don't want that option. How can I make that go away and just have the cut version sent? Thanks!

It has a pro grade. And,I applied for 500 webiner. If you click User Management, there ares another zoom room account(B) besides A, and B's user account is given a "webinar". For A's account, clicking the webinar does not bring up the schedule setting screen. If I click on the webinar in B's account,I will see access restricted (200). Please tell me how you can hold a webinar.

There are always periodic noises from my audio output (my mic) in every meetings I attend. The audio noise will always appear for every certain period (let's say 18 minutes).  The audio noise will stay for certain period too (e.g. 3 minutes). But these periods number will change for different occasion when I join another meeting on another day. It could be 20 minutes clear - 5 minutes noise or 17 minutes clear - 2 minutes noise. All these clear-noise-clear-noise audio sequence happen throughout the meeting.  The noises are heard by my all zoom audiences but it could not be heard from room speakers or Youtube streamed video (through OBS). Thus I think this problem is zoom related. I don't know what causes this problem. Please help me. Below are my computer configurations when I use zoom:- Zoom video input is from OBS virtual cam- Zoom audio input is from external sound card connected to my computer. The external sound card get its audio input from audio mixer.-
