Hello Zoom community! Just a quick question regarding SSO-logins!If the host of a meeting is logged in using SSO credentials, would the participants need to login with SSO as well. Or phrased differently; would it make a difference for the quality/functionality in the meeting if the host has SSO credentials, but participants have not? Thanks!Thomas

Hi! I've participated in several zoom calls recently where the closed captioning transcript feature (button) appears at bottom of screen. I can click on it and see the text in real time.  In the call I was on today I wanted to save the transcript, but I didn't see an option I could click on that allowed me to do so. The host wrote, "If you have transcripts on, it should automatically save when you leave the zoom call. You'd have to revisit the settings of your Zoom account to enable saving the transcripts automatically." I looked through my account settings (Zoom Pro account) and searched the Resources forum. I didn't find anything which explains how to select such an option. How can I, as a Zoom call participant, save the CC transcripts [not the chat transcripts] (I am assuming I can do so if I can see the CC transcript button at bottom of screen) and where would they be saved to - my computer? I will be recording a program to present later, but want to play music videos in between presenters, what the best way to do this in addition to eliminating the commericials in the video.  How do you post the program to YouTube?

When I log in to Zoom.us I have the new virtual background pics I have uploaded.BUT when I set up a meeting, a different set of virtual backgrounds (ie old ones) are all that I can choose. How do I get this to update or match please?

Hello I have been able to successfully create.CSV file, upload it into zoom and run a meeting using breakout rooms. this is a recurring meeting and I had some changes to the file so I updated the file but I’m no longer able to re-upload it to zoom. It doesn’t give me an option to import from.CSV, instead it shows the option to export to.CSV. Please help!

What are folks using Zoom Phone doing for those instances when calls must be received outside the commonly set business hours?   There will always be a case when calls must be answered outside the hours of a standard workday. Are users forced to reset the hours set on their account to accommodate this?  I'm not seeing any other way but hope I'm missing something simple.Thanks!

Hello - I have a business Zoom account and am trying to access the written transcript of the closed captions. I can download the closed caption file but when I open it it comes up to say I dont have an app associated to perform the function. Any ideas?

I'm trying to create a deployment package for Zoom, with some customisation using the specified parameters.What I want to do is:Enable autoupdatesStop the MSI running if a meeting is in progressNo Desktop iconset the SSO host to our domainSet Zoom to auto start, and be in the System tray (ideally have these user changeable after install) I believe I can use ZRecommend for the last line, but it doesn't seem to work as expected. How do I blur my background in a meeting?

I was at a Zoom meeting this weekend where polling was done to about half the members.  I was not in charge in anyway with the running of the meeting but I am familiar with Zoom.   The non voting members had to be manually moved to another room and then the remaining members were poled and then they voted.  Then the non-voters had to be returned to the meeting.  This was very time consuming.  Could a group be created with in a room called "Voters" and then have the polling sent to the "Voters" group only?    Another way might be to join two rooms, "voters" and "non-voters" and allow the meeting host to send to one of the groups a pole.

We are using zoom for the first time as a webinar solution. We will have several panelists and are wondering if the panelists actually have a view to the questions submitted by the audience or is it up to the host to field and ask live?  

I am running an interview in Nigeria and we are viewing it from afar.  When I push record I get all the people that are watching on the screen.  I only want the actual interview recorded.  How do I do that?

Hey all - I'm a long time Zoom host and consider myself competent for the standard end user solutions.  Issue:  USB wireless Corsair Headphones fails sound test in Zoom client. Troubleshooting:All other apps recognize Corsair headphones and provide output without issue.Speakers pass output test in zoom client.Same headphones pass sound test in Zoom app on alternate devices.Headphones provide audio output through Chrome browser - zoom meeting.Checked for PC updatesCompleted uninstall of all zoom download/install files using CleanZoom.zip provided by Zoom.Rebooted PC 

On my Zoom Events hub, any In-Progress events do not show up...One event in the attached image that is currently in progress, and does not show up under the upcoming, or the Past buttons... maybe Zoom could add an "In-Progress" button to hub as mocked-up in the attached image?

I am managing a Canvas page for a university and linked a Zoom tab. When setting up the Zoom meetings, I checked the auto-record to cloud option. Now, when I go to the Cloud Recordings section, I see 7 different recordings:-5 identical recordings with different file sizes-1 audio-only recording-1 chat file Is there any way to reduce the number of identical recordings? I don't know what is causing this.

I am trying to test the process for assigning phone numbers to users via API, but I am not having success. When I try using postman "200 OK" response with nothing in the body.  Attached are screen shots of what I am sending. Anyone able to spot what I am doing wrong or can send an example of a successful post? Note: other API calls are working as expected.  

Hi, looking for advice....i have a group and wish to give them exercises to complete in breakout rooms...ideally this would be a slide with instructions.....seperate instructions per breakout room....alternatively, i could send instructions via broadcast...but the time that the broadcast is visable is too short....can i share presentations with breakout rooms or extend broadcast duration somehow......or is there any other alternative...   thanks
