Hello, Community Members I am setting a meeting for a non-profit event, with registration. The registration includes "role" as one registration parameter. And a registrant, with the same email address, can hold more than one role. Ex Mr A can be officer and VP. The problem that I have is, when Mr A registers first as officer, and then re-registers as VP, it seems that the last registration overwrites the first one, in the registration report.Is there a way I can set up meeting registration, and allow a registrant, with more than one role, to register more than once? FYI, event is for a non-profit election event, and we are looking to identify count of officers in attendance via the Zoom report, for election purpose.  And as mentioned above, one registrant is holding more than one role. Thank you for your help.

I'm sending a post-webinar email to attendees and absentees, but the Preview Email is not registering the recipient name. Instead, it says, "Hi User Name."  What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to keep a poll available to individuals who are not available to attend the Zoom meeting?  

The zoom meeting  I was invited to is over 2 hours and has over 200 participants. Do I need a Pro or Free account to attend the full meeting?My questions are:1. If I am on a free account will I be timed out at 40 minutes?2. If I have a Pro account will I still be able to attend the meeting with over 200 participants?To be clear, I will be an attendee. I have uninstalled the app and rebooted but get the same error message on my mac.  5003 error I am logged in on my iphone, and signed out and in to check that the google account is correct and it is.I can log into zoom admin in chrome with the same google account It was working previously and stopped when i did the last zoom update Any ideas?

I'm trying to enable Peer to Peer (P2P) connection with my personal account, but I don't see the "Peer to Peer connection while only 2 people in a meeting" option. This website says the option is under Account Management -> Account Settings, but I don't even see Account Settings in the first place.I also searched for the option under Settings -> Meeting (Advanced) but didn't find the option either. Q1. Is the function available for a personal account owner?Q2. If available, how can I enable the P2P connection? Thank you so much for your support in advance!

Hi there, I recently hosted a meeting of 60 participants.  All participants were automatically muted on entry.  At the beginning I could see the names of all participants and their mute/unmute icons. When our teacher started his power point presentation I lost that panel to the shared screen we all saw.  Someone unmuted himself and there was a lot of background noise. The only way I could fix the situation was to unmute myself and interrupt the teacher, asking everyone to make sure they had their microphones muted. Even when the teacher finished his power point I did not get the participant panel back. Would greatly appreciate tips about how to continue viewing the host's view and control panel during someone elses' shared screen power point. When I set up a Zoom meeting with registration, I understand that the attendee clicks on the unique link to get into the meeting. Shouldn't that open the meeting for the attendee without being prompted to download the app, or have the app open automatically if the app is already downloaded? Please help me understand this. The other area of confusion: From where should I START the meeting - from zoom.us and click on start for the meeting, or...open the app? Thanks!

How to stop my profile image from defaulting to first place when I am not the meeting host? This very disrespectful to the meeting host.

Hi community!I cannot seem to figure out how to disable the auto recording. In  my settings, it is turned off but as soon as I begin a meeting, it automatically records and I would like to be able to start the recording when  I am ready.  I am planning to use this for short (4-5 minute) recordings of myself and information I'm providing to email to clients. Also, is there a way to change where the option drop down is (like make it be at the bottom of the screen?) It is nearly impossible to toggle between tabs without hitting the dang options bar and waiting for it to go back up. It's annoying and wastes time in my opinion. Thanks for assistance!!🤗 

Hello, I'm trying to sign up with a Personal Pro account but it doesn't seem to be applying the discount. See attached screen shot - it applies the discount and then charges the non-discount fee anyway.   Any thoughts please?    

Hello!  I'm the owner for my agency's zoom account and although I am most often the host for staff trainings, I am not always the one sharing my screen.  What instructions do I need to share share with staff so the person who is sharing their screen uses the view that will make sure the speaker(s), ASL interpreters and transcript are visible in the playback? Should they pin the interpreters and use speaker view? Thanks!    

Working on my pilot location for desk phones.  Phone type is Poly VVX2501st setup phone in Phone & Devices, Powered up phone and allowed it to go through the provisioning processAfter many reboots it came up and displays and operates the way it should. Now I am wanting to a change the phone to a static IP, so Home>Settings > Advanced, tried both 456 & 789 as passwords and says it is wrong.Factory reset phone, change password to 789 during setup, After provisioning completes, the phone comes online operates correctly but will not take the 789 password. What am I missing?

Can an alt host be signed into a webinar via laptop and mobile app? Does the mobile app have the capability to run a webinar? 

I help teach classes that are done in person and also support zoom for those that are too far away or not able to get there in person.  We have limited seating in person, but zoom attendance is not a problem.   We have people register for the class, but I have no way of knowing if they plan to attend in person or on zoom.  Is there a way to include a poll question in the registration invitation?  ie   Poll Question "How do you plan to attend? " Option 1 In person,  Option 2- Using zoom It would be extremely helpful to have this feedback come with the registration information prior to class without having to follow up and ask after they are registered. Is it possible, or can it be added as a new feature?

Wonder if somebody can shed some light on my question please. We've setup the system to email us each morning the previous days call totals for each user. What are the totals under completed calls made up from as we having issues with some users numbers not balancing up.  Outgoing and Received = Total. But the other columns doesn't add to completed. Please see picture below:

If a Basic Zoom account user schedules a Zoom meeting within Canvas LTI, but a Pro Zoom account starts that meeting within Canvas, will it affect the timings? is it capped at 40mins? Thanks in advance

I did a webinar last Sat and it was originally set to record. having retrieved the recording, it stopped after two minutes. The webinar went on for a few hours successfully. Any idea why the recording may have just stopped or how I can retrieve the missing part ? Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm new to the community so I apologise if this topic has been covered before. I had a problem this week when I was presenting  a set of PowerPoint slides at a presentation. There was slide morphing in the presentation so it was slightly but not overly complicated. During set up everything worked perfectly but as soon as I went to screen sharing on Zoom it all went haywire. I could only advance slides via the arrow key on the keyboard and the morphing didn't work at all. This happened before too.  I was using a MacBook, the previous time was a PC. I would welcome any suggestions to avoid this recurring. Thanks from Bonnie Scotland.

I just updated from v5.11.1 to v5.11.3 this morning. Any time I would turn on my camera during the meeting, Zoom would report that it has crashed and wanted to send a crash report. After three times, the video would freeze. This would occur both on Windows and Mac OS.

Hi,  We would like to pre-record our webinar and play it to an audience at a set time so it looks like a live webinar. However, at the end of the webinar we want to go live and do a live Q&A? I have a couple of questions Will participants be able to post questions on chat during the pre-recorded part of the webinar?Will I be able to record the pre-corded webinar and the live Q&A as one video so that I can make it available on demand and it looks like one video?Thank you very much in advance for your help?  Josephine
