HELLO. I WOULD LIKE TO REFER TO MY SCRIPT WHEN I HOST; MY QUESTION IS- HOW DO I BALANCE LOOKKING INTO THE CAMERA ON MY LAPTOP WHILE OCCASSIONALLY REFERRING TO MY SCRIPT? IS THERE A FUNCTION THAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THAT WILL ROLL MY SCRIPT ALONG THE TOP OF MY SCREEN? TIPS ON HOW TO LOOK LIKE I AM LOOKING AT PARTICAPNTS, i.e. tips on exactly where to look on my laptop qould be GREATLY appreciated!

HiI started encountering a strange behavior just after upgrading to premium.Previously when I used to schedule a meeting from Zoom desktop (Home > Schedule > fill info > Save), Google Calendar would open automatically so I can add the meeting to the calendar.But now after upgrading to premium and scheduling a meeting in the same procedure, after hitting "Save", Microsoft Outlook opens up instead of Google Calendar. I don't use Microsoft Outlook. How can I revert back to the old behavior? Thanks in advance

Hi,  I have a Zoom Room.  Every time i start a new meeting, it opens up with a random meeting number.  I want to have the same number and passcode every time.  Where can i set this ? 

Please, I was playing around my zoom and messed up my account login details: Meeting ID & Passcode. How do i get it back the way it was?  I used it for more than 8 months and do not want to get it lost. Thanks

Hi all,  I have a 40-minute time constraint for meetings as I'm still on the basic account plan. I kind of like the 40-minute limit, as it offers a mandatory mini-break for my students for longer lessons. I understand that if I upgrade my account, this will disappear but I don't want that to happen. My question is that if I upgrade to the pro account, can I set a time limit for my meetings? I would prefer a mandatory 50-minute meeting instead of 40 minutes. 

This problem is happening on Windows 11.The microphone works in other applications, such as Sound Recorder, but not Zoom. There's only 1 microphone device (the built-in speakers in the laptop), so there isn't really the possibility of the wrong device being chosen and the privacy settings are allowing desktop apps and show Zoom accessing the microphone while the app is open. I'm at a loss for what else to try.

I would like to be able to have a record of the times of meetings I participate in (not only those I hosted).  There is a report that seems like it would do the trick -- the "Sign In/Sign Out Report."  (This is located in Admin > Account Management > Reports > User Activity Reports) Unfortunately, its name notwithstanding, this report only shows sign in time, not sign out. So two questions: (1) why no sign out, (2) is there a report that shows length of participation in meetings that are joined (as opposed to hosted)?

Hello all! I am looking to add paging to the Zoom Phone System. I have polycom VVX410's deployed and running on the zoom platform. If possible, I would like to use each endpoint as the speaker for the paging, versus installing speakers. I have read through the Zoom group paging, Algo 8301, as well as the CyberData SIP Server documentation, and none seem to be clear if it is at all possible, either as a standalone solution (using only zoom and the polycoms), or if I need the use a SIP server to assign an extension and have it pushed out to the polycoms. If anyone has had success setting up group paging or PTT, please give a shout! Cheers!

One of our offices is small and we have calls come in and route to one of two users based on whether they are on a call. They have asked if we can add an external number as a third option in that sequence. I have looked and cannot figure out how to do this. Has anyone done this?

I'm working on a Mac and saving Zoom recordings locally (as we have to).  Each folder that contains the CONVERTED recording (it automatically converts when the meeting ends) also contains 3 files named:  double_click_to_convert_01.zoomdouble_click_to_convert_02.zoomdouble_click_to_convert_03.zoom Depending on the size of the meeting, they can be HUGE! The meeting has already converted, and is saved as: zoom_0.mp4 What are those files for? Can I  somehow automatically delete them? A colleague - using Windows - says that his automatically delete once it's converted. Is this a Mac setting issue? Or a Zoom setting issue?  Can anyone shed any light for me?

Hi there,  This morning as I was hosting my regular zoom class (for teaching watercolor painting),  of my 18 students, six were not able to sign in like they normally do.  I email them the link the day before, and they are always able to click on the link to go to the waiting room, where I will click them through right before we start the class.  Today I knew I was short many students, yet I never saw them show up in the waiting room.  Somehow, these 6 people got locked out of my class. How can I prevent this from happening again? (as I teach this class every week).  These names never showed up on my end for me to click them through into class. (Yet, after class I found text messages from all of them wondering why I wasn't letting them in).   Has this ever happened to anyone else? How can I remedy this? 

As a host and a  participant in a class I would like to know how to hold a meeting showing the instructor or maybe 2 or 3 instructors to all the other participants at home. Could I use a camera and mic on my laptop showing not me but the instructors? 

Hi Everyone  My meeting is at capacity now at 100 people registered so I bought a "large meeting" licence for this month. How can I increase the capacity of the original meeting from 100 to 500?   Thank you all

I would like to know if it is mandatory for an attendee to have a ZOOM account to register in an event?

 

Our organization had a meeting recently which was not recorded. Several members participated via Zoom. There is now some question as to whether a certain individual participated in the meeting. Roll call is never taken. Is there a way to search who dialed into this meeting on August 26 to find out who our Zoom participants were? I could not find any information about this when I logged into our Zoom account. Thank you.

I never used Zoom beforeI want to set up a meeting with overseas relatives using my laptop with a speaker instead of headphones.There will be three of us sitting side by side acting as one participant (not separate participants) so we will have to shift the laptop some distance away so all three of us will be visible on overseas party's screen.Will laptop mic be able to pick up our voices from some distance away?We will be unable to reach the laptop to mute our mic when overseas party is talking. Can we just leave our mic un-muted all the time? Won't our mic pick up other party's voice on our speaker and transmit it back to him, and then back to us even louder, and then back to him even louder still, in other words setting up a vicious circle? 

I run Zoom on a Dell laptop running Windows 11. Lately, I've noticed that when I log on to Zoom, my picture (the one others see) is rolling from top to bottom and has a bright green color. When  I turn off my mail and web browser, it takes a minute or so for the picture to come to normal. During that minute, I get a "low resources " message, even though nothing else is running in the foreground. My system didn't work this way in the past; I had no trouble running my mail app and my browser along with Zoom. Has anyone else seen this (which started in the last couple of weeks)? If you have, how did you resolve it? Thanks.

I can't get rid of the Zoom web app from my launcher app on my Mac. I have installed the desktop app successfully, but the web app icon still persists. Can anyone help?Thanks

Hi on a recent zoom a warning came up saying insufficient disk space What do we need to do

I'm trying to update the message that is provided after selecting an IVR option. I created a new asset and assigned it to the AR associated with the IVR option. When I call the line and navigate to the prompt, it plays the correct asset, but then also plays the original asset that was previously assigned on the second playthrough (or perhaps a continuation of the first playthrough).  The original/previous asset was assigned by a different admin user - is this why I may not see it associated with this AR? Is it a bug that the AR is cycling through multiple assets?

How can you book one-on-one meetings using the Zoom LTI 1.3 integration for Brightspace?

The X50 has had issues recently with connecting to our video conference provider, whether it be Zoom or Teams. We've had this device up and running since mid-May and these issues just started happening. This isn't happening with any of our other X50s at our other locations though. Has anyone else experienced this?
