Can basic users host meetings that are 2 hours long and record them at the same time?

Stopped working distance. When I try to cancel my subscription it still say it’s active and not cancelled. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Followed the instructions. 

I have multiple users, each of whom have a paid zoom subscription, that I would like to be able to link together to collaborate including alternate host, sharing cloud recordings, sharing contacts, and meetings.    However we do not want to combine the billing of each of these accounts.   Is it possible to link multiple paid subscribers into an Organization while having them continue to pay for their own account?

Last night we hosted a Zoom Meeting. I set up breakout rooms and chose the Allow Guests to Choose Breakout Room feature. We had four breakout rooms. When I Opened All Rooms, the only people that could choose their own rooms were co-hosts. What a disaster.   Not ideal, but I made each participant a co-host and then they were able to choose their breakout rooms.   Can you help me understand what happened? I remember the time when not everyone had the most up to date Zoom and they couldn't choose. They didn't even get a pop-up window inviting them to choose a room. They had to go down to breakout rooms, and only after I made them co-hosts could they change their room.  

Host sent pdf file from his Computer on Zoom Chat, but participants can't see this pdf file? Host confirm from Zoom web portal that the settings for in-meeting file transfer are set to On.

Hello we made over intune a package of Zoom 5.7.1247, when we try to uninstall via powershell, we broke something.We had around 100 clients with this issue, could be possible to get this version to install and then uninstall it correctly?I attached some screenshot of the issue when I try to uninstall.  

I'm new to Zoom Phone.  I personally use an Android phone.  When I add my cell phone # to my call handling, my phone will pop up when someone calls me, but I get the regular Android phone face and can't access any Zoom Options. If I remove my phone number from the call handling, my Android will ring, but there is no pop up and I have to unlock my phone and go into the Zoom App to accept it.  Am I doing something wrong? My business partner uses an Iphone and it works perfect.  Any suggestions?

I downloaded the attendee report, but attendee's email address are not recorded in the report. What should I do?

Reading through the message boards, it seems like others have set up Virtual Workspaces without any issues.  I can't get past the first screen.  I have a mini Intel PC with Windows 11 Pro, and hooked up to two monitors - no tablet.  I've downloaded (and redownloaded, many times) the Zoom Rooms client.  I've setup the Virtual Workspaces in my admin panel, and created the floor plan so people can reserve the desk from their mobile phones or via the QR code.  When I login to the Zoom Rooms client, the first message is to pair with my controller (which I prefer not to have).  In testing, I've tried to connect to a tablet using the pair code, which tells me there's an error - basically the "desk" never appears in my pairing list, just my "zoom rooms".  However, I've also bypassed the controller code by entering an activation code which gives me an error that I need to upgrade Zoom Rooms and contact IT.  I've deleted and re-downloaded the client many t

We have a meeting that is used for our company every morning. Every time I join the meeting my boss gets an email. This doesn't happen with anyone else in the company. I have gone into Notifications and changed every setting back and forth but nothing stops it. It also happens when I am logged out of Zoom. This annoys my boss so I really need to find out how to fix this. Thanks!

We're mass deploying Zoom 5.12 using SCCM in a Windows environment.  I have the .msi switches to disable logging in with Facebook and Google but I can't find the switch to disable logging in with Apple ID.  I've tried noappleid=1 and noapple=1 but neither work.  Does anyone know the switch we need to use? Thank you.

I'm on the Basic plan and need to have a minimum of two hours for a video meeting. Is there an add-on rather than upgrading to a bigger plan which I don't really need. Or can I purchase just one month of one of the other plans, or is there something like a 30 day trial ?  We need to be guaranteed that we won't be disconnected after 40 minutes.

I've tried having a meeting from 2 different computers (one fresh install Fedora36 -laptop with 2 additional displays -1 xFHD, 1x 4k) and starting to share window it shows message preparing screen sharing and never goes to green, and nobody can see content of the shared app.  The other laptop with FHD display shows green bar shared screen, but still no picture is shared.  I tried enabling TCP in "Advanced Options" but result is the same.There appears the icon on the top bar (dark yellow ) screen sharing which has an option to stop it, so it seems it is sharing, but no picture goes across.  I even tried different applications (Impress - Presentation, VLC, FireFox,   Writer) but always blank screenAny clues?

While trying to share videos or pictures on a 2nd monitor I've run into an issue.   When I have the video or picture displayed full screen on a 2nd monitor I have no option in shared screen to share "2nd monitor" in fact no option at all to share anything displayed on the second monitor if its full screen.    I use to be able to share the 2nd monitor and everyone would be able to even see my desktop icons and or everything I displayed on that monitor.  I can share a picture or video as long as it ss not full screen.I want to be able to share the entire 2nd monitor not just specific things being displayed.  AND I want to be able to share anything I display full screen on the 2nd monitor.Help How do I fix this?

Wir haben einen User, in unserem Firmenaccount, der bei Anmeldung sofort von ZOOM wieder ausgeloggt wird.  Ein Login ist mit den Benutzerdaten möglich, es erfolgt jedoch ein sofortiges Logout mit dieser Meldung: AbgemeldetIhre Sitzung ist beendet und Sie müssen sich erneut anmeldenOK Am selben Laptop mit selbigem Windows-Benutzeraccount funktioniert der Login mit einem anderen ZOOM-Konto problemlos. Auf anderen Geräten mit dem selben ZOOM-Konto ist dasselbe Problem.Welche Ursache könnte vorliegen? Neuinstallation haben wir bereits versucht. Es ist Zoom. 12.2.8 installiert. Vielen Dank für eure Hinweise.

One of our accounts has scheduling privileges for our CEO. However, because it is our admin account, when you go to schedule, it default to "my meeting", meaning the admin account and then you have to use the drop down to select the CEO. We've already had a few occurrences where the meeting gets scheduled incorrectly because we forget to toggle to CEO when scheduling. Is there a way to default it to the CEO when scheduling?  Thank you! 

Hi I recorded a webinar and neglected to show my branding on my shared screen before ending the recording of my shared screen.  Is there any way I can add an image to the very end after the fact?Thanks!

Please i would like to know if it's possible for a participant to join a Zoom Events without having to create a zoom account.I create a a conference test in zoom event, I invited some participants and share the registration link with others. But they couldn't join because they were asked to create a zoom account before joining the conference. Thanks

Howdy! We regularly host webinars for our clients. We typically ask for an email address for each panelist so we can generate a unique individual link for them, but at times speakers have joined another panelist link, or they only ask for one panelist link and then have multiple panelists click the same link the day of the call. Other than, um, being annoying, is there anything technically wrong with just giving them one panelist link? Like could it affect audio quality or connection? It seems like at times the audio quality has suffered when they do that but don't know if that's real or just a superstition of mine. Thanks! 

I have been using zoom to make personal video calls for a while now. I have a basic plan and the call only have two participants including me. But since a few days I am getting the 40 minute limits on the similar calls.  Please help me resolve it.

I can't copy chat text in any meeting, even when other people can (including people with identical accounts using the same SSO at my institution) when I use my institution's account (iu-baa.zoom.us). I can copy chat text if I switch to personal (e.g., Google) account.   When I search for answers to this problem, I only find solutions like this one suggesting the inability to copy chat text is caused by a host disabling the "Allow users to save chats from the meeting" setting, which is not the case for me. My inability to copy chat text appears to be linked to my individual institutional account (not the call or host). When I select text in a Zoom call's chat and "right-click" (control-click), I only get a "Select All" option. I've been on Zoom calls with other people with identical accounts in the same institution and they can copy chat text during the call while I cannot. I can also host my own calls with my institutional account with saving chat ena

Hello.  We have the following situation: We have a call queue set up of our receptionist phone.  Most of the time our receptionist is the only person logged into this queue answering calls. I would like to set it up so that when the receptionist is out that we can have it to roll to another sub-set of users and ring them all simultaneously. Would like to do this without having to have anyone other than the receptionist login/out of the call queue.  Any ideas of how to make it normally go to the receptionist and then in the event she is not logged into the queue have it simultaneously ring another group?  Is there a way to do this with group rotating?
