Email used registration in meeting but host deny , I can use same email again is it right ?How to setting participant use same email registration again

I synced the calendar and contacts from office 365 to zoom portal. On the zoom windows desktop app a box appears on the side for  cloud contacts which are my outlook contacts synching. Now on the zoom app on my ios device or on my yealink vp59 running appliance mode no section appears and my office 365 contacts do not show on that device... my calendar appointments do not my contacts. 

Our meeting was hacked recently by an intruder with obscene utterances. The intruder when deleted returned under a different name several times and the meeting had to be terminated. He used IDs which looked legitimate.Is it possible that intruder has hacked into  legitimate partipants  or used  multiple accounts which he has set up?Please advice what action to implement if occurs in future 

I am the Host and when I remove a participant, what do they see. Do they just get dropped off of Zoom with no explanation or do they get a message like "The Host has removed you from the Zoom meeting."?  If they try to get back into the meeting, what do they see? Do they see nothing but are still unable to get in the meeting or do they get a message that they have been removed by the Host. I want to get rid of some people quietly, but I do NOT want to start any fights.

Hi,we are currently organizing some webinars and would like to share registration and attendance data within the team.Currently only the host is able to see how many people registered for his / her webinar.Is there any way to change that? 

I'm trying to set Outbound Caller ID for our new Zoom Phone account. Firstly, why is there no default setting for all accounts to use one number, I can't seem to find anything. Anyone who doesn't have Outbound Called ID set cannot make outbound calls.Secondly, when I got into each user and look at the Outbound Caller ID dropdown, there is nothing I can select. In our Phone Numbers section there is the initial number we got on Zoom Phone sign up, and 2 pending numbers which are porting in. the initial Zoom Phone number is working fine. To set the Outbound Caller ID, I have to add it in as a Custom number. Then after that the  Outbound Caller ID dropdown is populated and I can now select that number, and then remove the custom number. seems too round about. Where do I set the dropdown selection?

I need to add Vietnamese as a language option for a langauge channel on zoom. It is not an option when adding interpreters. Has anybody been able to figure this out? 

Hi,  Participants are muted when they enter the meeting, which is great. Except not when they return from their BO rooms back to the main room. Does anyone know a fix besides reminding people to mute before rooms are closed? Thanks, Diana 

when i open the PC app, if i'm signed into my personal gmail and I want to use my work gmail, 'switch users' doesnt work.  I'm not given the option of which of my accounts to pick.  It just opens firefox and even if i sign out, on FF, the zoom app still uses whatever account is currently logged in, via ff.  Even if I sign out, zoom still logs in with one gmail and i cant switch.

Is OnZoom considered a Subscription? Like an add-on to Zoom Pro and is there a charge to add OnZoom to your (paid) Pro subscription? I have searched the site and can't seem to find if this is a no-cost tool allowed to be used in addition to my paid subscription.

Hello We have a user who is licensed with the "Large 500" add-on, who has scheduled a meeting where we expect up to 500 attendees. That user has designated an alternative host, who is licensed but does not have a large meetings add-on. If the alternative host starts the meeting, will the participants be limited to 100 since the alternative host does not have the add-on?

I generate link zoom 100 participants. After I buy license Zoom 500 participants , link zoom 100 participants upgrade to 500 participants is it right ?

do I see it right that I pay a monthly fee to use zoom of nearly 17 Euro, whereas MS Teams gives me the same but for 4 Euros?thanks for your opinion 

Lately, when I hold a meeting I get a repetition during a conversation of a person. I've checked with all in the meeting to be sure no external speakers are too loud or too close to a mic and still it occurs. I have my echo setting to aggressive to no avail...any suggestions?

Is everyone on my team required to get a user license? Or do I just get a license for myself and then assign additional phone lines to my team? I don't understand if each person needs a license and extension first before we can add an additional direct phone line for them.

My colleague started a meeting, transferred hosting duties to another participant and left the meeting. She then attempted to start another scheduled meeting but kept getting the message that the Host has another meeting in progress. I'm sure I've transferred hosting duties in the past, left the meeting and started another one, but maybe I'm not remembering correctly.Can one start meeting #1, transfer hosting duties to another participate, leave meeting #1, and then start meeting #2?

We don't want our Co-Hosts or Panelists to ever be on camera or mic, nor do we want their profile boxes to be visible to attendees. We only want the Host's box to be visible. Can this be done? 

Hello All,I would like to make the chat window visible when I share a presentation. The goal is to ask a question and allow all of the participants to see the responses together on screen. I have seen online tutorials that show a Chat selection when you click more (...)  but I do not see that on my version.

I have a webinar license for 1,000 attendees. I would like to set up an alternative host, so they can host the webinar in case I'm not able to. Will this work, even if they don't have a webinar license? Any caveats, or things to keep in mind? Will things like the practice session work for just them? I assume alternative hosts aren't able to edit the webinar? Thank you!

Recently Zoom calling my phone for audio results in "accepted", but the phone never rings. So who is accepting the Zoom connection if my phone is not? This ALWAYS fails on first call, and works on second call. How to get Zoom to fix?

I have recently come across an issue using my zoom phone. I will enter a phone number ex. 415-555-1234Zoom will automatically enter a (1) at the beginning of the number but it is not visible and, therefore, you cannot remove it. I am having issues because sometimes I get an automated msg that says "the number you have dialed is not long distance. You do not need to add a 1 in front of the number" and then the call won't go through.Just now, I had a voicemail automated attendant that said "in order to leave a message for the client, please enter their phone number and area code" - this is to cut back on spam messages I assume. When I entered the number, the auto attendant said " 1 415 555 1234" is not a valid number. I didn't enter the 1.  Zoom did this on it's own. help.

Can the host change a participant's profile picture?
