Zoom Phone doesn't work on my cell phone

My Zoom phone works perfectly on my computer, but on my cell phone (Galaxy A71) the app is still "hors ligne" and it is impossible to change any settings.

    Hello,

     

    Welcome to Zoom Community. Are you saying that you are not seeing the Zoom phone tab on your Zoom App on your cellphone ?

    Thanks for your reply.

    No. I see the phone tab, SMS and history. I can see the list of my calls done from my computer.

    But I cannot select the keypad to compose a phone call and I can write a SMS but the blue arrow at the right of the texte box doesn't work.

    And when I select "Lignes" I see my account with "Hors ligne" (see picture)

    Please ensure with your Zoom phone administrator that the following setting is not disabled under Phone System Management:

    C'est bien curieux.

     

    1 ) Est-ce que vous avez essayé avec le portable uniquement sur le réseau mobile de SFR et la connexion WiFi désactivé ? 

    2 ) Est-ce que vous vous êtes déconnecté et reconnecté la session dans l'appli Zoom ( Onglet : ... Plus > Votre Nom > Déconnexion ) ?
