Hello, I would like to ask if the email alerts regarding cloud recording capacity can be delivered also to Admin Roles. If not, can you please advise if I can add more users as Account Owners, so they can monitor also the email alerts?

 I noticed that Apple Mail's "search" feature can find the Beginning (or Entirety) of a string of non-punctuation characters within a zoom link in an email.  It cannot find the Middles or Ends.   E.g. if the link (in this made-up example) is:…..zoom.us/j/83359956229?pwd=aXMpN0X6M6EvL2tUH1B5V2lvMkh2KF09 THEN: It can find “83359956229” and “8335” but not “9956” or “6229” Likewise it can find “aXMpN0X6M6EvL2tUH1B5V2lvMkh2KF09”    and “aXMp”  but not “UH1B” or “KF09” Why would this be? 

There seems to be a problem with attendees showing up in the "managed attendees" dashboard. I am aware of registrations and have print screens...need urgent support 

 I've just noticed that when I close the Zoom app (i.e. close the window) it doesn't stop the app.  Instead it minimises the app so it's still running in the background.   You have to additionally right-click the icon to close the app.  How can I change the default setting so that when I close Zoom, it stops the app altogether?  I see an option to 'Start Zoom when I start Windows' (which is unchecked) and 'When closed, minimise window to the notification area'. I can't find an option to say that I don't want Zoom running in the background.   Is this a change they made recently?  

Whenever I've video recorded my one-on-one meetings in the past, it recorded the person talking and then switched over when someone else spoke. This time, it kept the video on both screens the whole time and never went close up to the person talking. Did I accidentally change something in settings/preferences?

I am using a Mac Mini.  OS Ventura 13.0.  This problem started 3 days ago.   When I share a screen, the "floating controls" no longer appear on the shared screen.  I assume I accidentally hit a series of buttons to uncheck something but I cannot find it.  I turned on the keyboard shortcut for "show floating controls" and tried to do that but no love.  

Hi, I'm registered to my employer's Licensed account and use it for personal/family Zoom meetings.  My employers would prefer employees use the account for work-related meetings only. Does the Account Owner (i.e. my employer) have access to my meeting history? If so, how much?Many thanks in advance. 

I have the Pro Plan that is billed yearly. It shows the amount due as $149 but my invoice says $172 and i cant seem to find out why or how to change it. Why is the price different?

Is there a way to preset the "share sound" and "optimize video clips" in screen sharing so they stay set permanently to avoid having to remember to do it for each webinar?

Hello, is one week, with Pro Account , that I make 2 Meetings every day, one Morning ( 1 hour ) and the second in the Evening ( 1 hour ) , after finish the first Meeting I make the link of the second Meeting, and when I send the link appear on the link in any app also WhatsApp : You are being rate limied , try again later .....Why ?An account Pro have limitation to make 2 Meeting in one day in different time of the day ?Thanks in advance for any suggestion ....

Is it possible to forward extensions for people who left the company to other users or to just add additional extensions to a user?I don't want to have an extension just dropping calls when someone leaves or moves departments.

Breakout Rooms: can I pre-assign participants if they do not have the Zoom client? If I put in their email address, will that work even if they do not have a Zoom account? If not, is there another way to pre-assign or will I have to assign them to rooms once the meeting starts? If so, what is the best way to do that? There will only be about 10 participants.@BBLVCY

Hi, as of 2 weeks ago, something weird is happening when I share a recording of my meeting where I changed the setting NOT to allow "Viewers can download" in the share setting.  It still allows viewers to download my video, even though I de-selected that option. Anyone else experiencing this bug? Any way to fix it?  Thanks. (It worked flawlessly until 2 weeks ago).

I'm running historical call queue reports. For a couple of the months, a team member is not showing any stats at all?  If a member does not turn their queue on, would that be expected? That they would not display on the report at all? I would think it would still show the user, but with 0's across the board. Can anyone provide any insight? TIA!

Is there a way to have all webinars include a Practice Session by default instead of having to make that selection for each individual webinar?

If an attendee tries to join the meeting a month early, could he/she still be in the Waiting Room on the correct day?Also, if an attendee registers twice, does he/she count as two participants if the host does not notice the duplication?Thank you!Linda

Hi, So I normally record meetings locally and its no problem getting separate audio for each person and it just shows up on the audio folder on computer but for an upcoming meeting i need to record to the cloud not locally. I have confirmed all my video and audio recording settings including record audio for each participant separately are correct. I did a test meeting and the cloud shows 7 files but only downloads 3 and only one audio file of everyone together. I get this heads up when I download that it wont automatically download each participant audio but I can choose that in the list but there is no option in the dropdown - so where is the list that they speak of, how do i get the remaining file? Please help!!!

Hi. I'm looking for some help regarding pre-assigned breakout rooms. My company has a SSO Zoom accounts. AKA -- When I create breakout rooms during meeting set up, I use the pre-populated employee email addresses to assign about 30 people to 5 rooms. However, once I start a meeting and open the breakout rooms, only a handful of people are assigned while the rest are "unassigned." However, when I go back to my meeting settings, everyone is assigned to a room. This is stressful and I need to be able to get people into specific rooms as quickly as possible. In other words, I don't want to assign folks 1 by 1 to their room because we have a limited amount of time to accomplish what we need to in these meetings. What am I doing wrong? Please help!  

Hi, I'm new here and I have a challenge. I hosted a webinar in April, 2022 and recorded it in the cloud account. I desperately need access to this webinar but I'm getting the message that it's expired. How do I recover it? Thank you.  Notes - I'm not on the Pro Plan presently, neither do I have the Webinar Add-on purchased.

I'm using Microsoft Powerpoint that has embedded videos. It plays fine on the desktop but when using Zoom and screen sharing the attendees only get the audio with a black screen. The video will share and play in a window outside of Powerpoint just fine. Do you know if this can be done with Zoom? Or should I just plan to play the videos in a separate shared window.  All replies are greatly appreciated, thank you. 

How do I change my initials that appear in Chat. At the moment they appear as "SC" but how would I change it to just "S"?
