Solved

This morning the "/zoom"  stopped working for a few people in my workspace. Input that command and enter...nothing. No message or other feedback. We have one paid person/user account, and this command still works for them. AFAIK nothing has changed regarding paid permissions. I've tried to uninstall/resinstall, restart both zoom and slack, checked for upgrades. Have not been able to fix this.

we have a business site that has phone numbers listed but they are not coded as a clickable link just text.  our Skype for Business phone system has an addon that puts a clickable icon next to the phone number to make it clickable.  is there any sort of addon for Zoom that will do the same thing?  we have told the users about highlight to call but they feel that is too much to do.

Hello, I am with the PRO plan. Have not used Zoom in awhile and I understand there were changes to my plan. Hello,  hope you can help 🙂We are arranging an hybrid conference where there will be 70 people in the physical room and many other connected on Zoom. The people on Zoom won't be speaking, they will only listen. We need to play the presenters audio in the room (in order for everyone to hear properly) but at the same time we need the people on Zoom to hear well. I'm concerned about audio feedback/echo. Does anyone has experience with the situation? Also, how can we have both presenter voice played in the physical room and on Zoom? What should be the hardware setting? Thank you in advance

Hello all, I am trying to create a workshop on zoom and I would like the interactive features of a zoom meeting as well as the Q&A tab that is in a zoom webinar. Is there anyway that I can add the Q&A tab to a regular zoom meeting?  I've read the articles on Zoom about how to add it to my account but I can never find the Q&A button to click and they haven't been very helpful so far. Please let me know how to figure this out.

I accidentally displayed some confidential information for a brief moment during a meeting I was recording. Before sharing the video  I need to remove that portion of the recording or black out the screen for a few seconds. Is there a way to do that?

Do you have a list of devices where I can use Zoom via my home internet Wi-Fi connection only? I need something that has a camera in it, but it can't be anything that requires a monthly payment of any kind. or anything that requires it be connected to a cell service. What are things out there that I would be able to get that will work? All I would need to be able to do is add the zoom app to it. Do you have a list of all devices that have a camera in it where the Zoom app can be added to it? Something where no monthly payment is required from a cell company or where there are no monthly subscription fees to use the device/product?

We want to have incoming calls answered live.  If no one is available to take the call then it goes into the auto receptionist.  Is this possible with Zoom phone?

I am seeking advice on how to eliminate feedback during a Zoom call when two presenters are at the same table & within close proximity.  I have a MacBook Pro & am the host controlling the waiting room, answering questions verbally & via chat etc.  During a recent meeting with another presenter at an 8' table & presenting both verbally & via screen share/power point there was so much audio feedback from having the computers to close & with both audio systems working we had to stop presenting.  Suggestions on how to fix?1.  I am seeking suggestions on how to have a Zoom meeting with two people at the presenters table & not have audio feedback that disrupts the meeting.  Is there something in settings I can adjust in my MacBook Pro or other suggestions on how to correct this?2.  If I adjust the "Settings" section or audio on my computer or make other suggested changes can I still easily talk with people on the call while managing t

How do you disable the confirmation prompt when leaving/ending a meeting you're hosting? Hi. I finally have a macropad and want to build some Zoom keys. My first one should be one-click to exit a Zoom meeting. I know:ALT-Q is the standard keyboard shortcutIt can be made globalIn the General options, you can disable confirmation when leaving a meeting, but this only works if you're a guestUpon issuing an exit commandIf you're a guest, focus shifts to the red Leave Meeting button and you can press Enter (most of the time)If you're a host, focus shifts to the red End Meeting for All button and you can press Enter (most of the time) Mapping ALT-Q into a macropad key and disable confirmation when leaving a meeting, we're good if you're a guest. But I host as many (more?) meetings as I attend, and it doesn't work there. For the record/geek cred: I can simulate pressing ENTER on the confirmation prompt in AutoHotkey:WinClose, ahk_class ZPContentViewWndClass ; Close command

I am hosting a meeting from my account but wish to log in to an unrelated seminar (hosted by another party) at intervals. Can I host in one window and receive in another window simultaneously on the same device?  Can I alternately use two devices, one to host and the other to receive? Can the devices be in the same location or do I have to use two locations, one for each device?

The virtual background I have selected does not save from session to session. I want the same background for almost all my Zoom meetings but the selected background does not "save". I have to reselect it it every session.
