I have a Zoom One Pro account (one license) that I pay yearly (as of last June).   I want to add one licensed user, but that person will only work here for one month.   I don't want to change my account to monthly. I've already paid annually, and it's still active.   The Basic plan is not an option because that person needs to host meetings longer than 40 minutes, and I need to add them as a cohost to initiate current reoccurring meetings on my account as well.   How do I add a single user for one month to my plan?   There doesn't seem to be an add-on option for this.

Several of my clients and one of my teacher has had numerous issues with their cameras. The screen will randomly turn entirely green, or it will blurr completely or get snowed over like an old damaged VHS tape. The only fix that seems to work, albeit temporarily, is to turn the camera on and off. This isn't a hardware issue as it has happened to a variety of my clients all with different hardware and operating systems. Attached is a screenshot illustrating a mild form of the problem.  Any help would greatly ve appreciated.

Hi all, we asked this question to Zoom support but were given links on how to stream to either FB or YT only, not both. Can anyone please advise? Thank you!

The background is always slightly blurred, even though the "virtual background" and "blur" functions are turned off. I have tested 5 different cameras. With all of them I have the slightly blurred background.

I updated my Zoom app on my Lenova laptop on 13/1/23 and since then when I open a Zoom meeting animations are showing on the right side of my screen and my picture is distorted and jumping around. I've tried to disable animations but the instructions I got to disable: go to Team chat and then 'Sharing' don't work because 'Sharing' is not showing up as an option on Team chat. I cannot use Zoom on my Lenova laptop now. I have tried Zoom on my smartphone and it works so it's obviously something related to my Lenova. Please help

Hi, Has anyone with a Zoom Phone Appliance figured out if it is possible to make it work for Desk Phone Call Controls? We have Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliances. In the web portal under User Settings they appear as a Zoom Appliance and not as a Desk Phone, and thus don't have the option to check "Allow Call Control for Client".

I am setting up some channels in teams chat for a couple of internal groups in my organization.  They have several shared documents that they work off.  In MS Teams when they start editing a document it is saved int he cloud and everyone collaborates at the same time.  does Zoom have this capability?

I tried several times to delete a recurring meeting. After I click on "Send Cancelation" email, I get a pop-up that says 'ERROR 3190' and the meeting will not delete. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi - I was testing to check functionality and that everything recorded correctly but on the video recording the sharing of polls and then poll results did not show - is this normal or is there a setting somewhere? Thx in anticipation!

I'm new to using polling and am trying to figure out how I can see the polls I've created for an upcoming meeting before going live with the real meeting.  I am not clear on whether I can launch that meeting now (though it's not scheduled for several weeks), not ping any invitees, and see the poll, log off and then just launch it again on the right day and time? Or is there another way to test out my polls? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Good morning. I'm recording a powerpoint presentation. In my presentation is a video. I play the video and hear it but when I listen to my recording I hear myself talking and then nothing when I play the video. Does anyone know what I need to do?  Thank you!Beth

Hi everyone, I hope the subject says it all. I totally understand the limitations here, the preferred method for corporate directory or personal directory is the Zoom client or mobile app - got it. But that said, we have this peculiar need so is there anyway to display some kind of shared directory on a physical desk phones? Whether corporate, personal, doesn't matter as long as it can be centrally managed - no integrations needed, if we must upload a CSV somewhere in the back end to populate this directory - so be it. How it's accessed using the phone's menus - also doesn't matter, as long as the user can get to it; their eyes come in contact with the directory and be able to select or search an entry and initiate a call. ThanksBoyan

Hello, I forgot to activate the trial room, and I launched the webinar to make a test. Can I end the meeting and use the link again ?Thank you for your help, Chloé

Does anyone know what audio preference needs to set up so that attendees can hear the sound on the video playing from a PowerPoint being shared on a webinar?   I am having trouble figuring that out.

Our club's account is in the chair's name. He already sent the links out for tonight's meeting. Now he is ill and won't be able to attend. Is there a way that this meeting can still take place without him being present?

I've experienced nothing but problems using the white board during a live presentation. Editing is even worse!! I'm open to hearing any suggestions, or solutions.

While I am Host using a desk top computer. My participant I am interviewing is using a mobile phone in another country.I am not able to hear the participant on my side. They are not muted. When the sound does come through, the participant sounds like they are gargling. Participant says they received intermittent speech from myself.Must we both be using a phone and or desk top computer to conduct a successful interview meeting?Thank you.

I am a mediator and use breakout rooms in every mediation.  Parties may have lengthy breakout sessions while I am not in the breakout room.  The parties notify me when they are ready by asking for help.  I very much would like to have a bell or a sound when they are ready.  Otherwise, I have to keep looking at the screen or ask them to text me.  Is there a solution to this?
