Hello everybody.I am Alex from Portugal and I need help.I am struggling to establish a linked to the host of a meeting of a class in a course I want to attend, but after putting the ID of the recipient who sent me the invitation link to all the classes and the password, I do not know If I can call it an error, but it always appears at the top of the zoom window screen: it does not respond/trying to connect...Can someone from the Zoom community help me solve this technical problem?I take the opportunity to warn that I only have no connection on any computer for these undergraduate meetings. All other calls with other people or places were successfully established by Zoom.It's not a problem of my computer.

My zoom recording only captured audio via m4a file. Is there any way to view the video ? Perhaps convert it to an MP4?  I tried a third-party tool Zamzar - - it converted it to MP4 - but still no video.it was an announcement from my 93 year old mom.  Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

I deleted a recording and I also empty the Trash and I need to retrieve the recording now.  Is there a way to retrieve the iCloud recording six months later? Thanks for anyone's help in advance!

Hi,I'm shocked.I got my access to my option webinar cancelled (annual billing) without notice. Losing my past event archive and current planned event (next week).If I re-subscribe now, will I find back all my past and current record as I it was.Thanks for you inputs.

Apple has updated Ventura and I cannot download Zoom on my new desktop OS. Zoom had addressed this same issue in the earlier version of Ventura.

Hello!   I just finished a meeting where I was originally not the host, but was given host permissions after the host left. I recorded the meeting and selected save to cloud. However, I am unable to locate this video.   I tried to submit a help ticket, but was rejected. Any advice would be fantastic.   Thank you!

Hi,  Is it possible to pre-select which attendees of the zoom conference are permitted to take part in the poling?  In the upcoming conference of my organisation we need to make some decision making, however not all of the participants are eligible to take part in the actual voting (which would be done using polling with "yes" or "no" answers). At the same time, I don't want to put them in a break out room during the voting. Is there some alternative solution? I am using a zoom-pro plan.

I have a new laptop.  I can schedule meetings, I cannot get the meetings to launch. I have a new laptop, I can log into my account, schedule meetings, but I CANNOT get the meetings to LAUNCH!!! I do not know what to do!  My account does not allow Zoom support - a very negative.  I have tried using the Zoom messaging - I do not know if anyone from Zoom will respond - not a positive outlook for assistance from Zoom.  So, does anyone have suggestions to assist me?

Dear Community, I usually give webinars on zoom and I work with my Laptop (macbook pro 14-inch, 2021 | macOS Monterey v 12.3.1), my tablet (ipad pro 11-inch | ipadOS 15.7) and an additional screen (Philips). I use the ipad to share the notes that I handwrite during the meetings and I connect the ipad and the macbook via usb-c cable. I usually worked, but now it shows me a black screen. It puts automatically the screen sharing on pause and it's not possible to resume the screen sharing. There is no reaction as I click on the "play" icon to resume share. The screen stays black and it still shows that the screen sharing is on pause.Did someone else have this problem? How did you solve it?Can someone help me? Best wishes and thank you for your effort and help 🙂Adarsh

Hello, Since a recent Windows 10 update (related or not? I do not know), while reunions my camera freeze quite often, with a gray band of noise... And doesn't always come back alone...I have to switch off the video, and switch on to hope to solve the issue... Sometime !Another important point, it seems that this issue only emerge when I share my screen.I try all this to solve this issue :- Remove/Reinstall my camera pilote => Update inside- Remove Zoom and reinstall it completely => update inside too- Process some tests with another Camera => same results...- Another test, when I use another software with Camera =>no issue at allDoes Zoom team have another solution to provide ?Am I alone with this kind of issue (recently), does Zoom team have an idea about what's happening ?Zoom Software patch incoming ? Etc...Hope someone can help me.Regards

Im trying to add our Disclaimer in on the Webinar setup page and i keep getting this errorplease don't add any html tag except for html tag <a>" I have tried different ways to get our Disclaimer in but keep getting this message - is there anyone that can help?

I have a Zoom One Pro account (one license) that I pay yearly (as of last June).   I want to add one licensed user, but that person will only work here for one month.   I don't want to change my account to monthly. I've already paid annually, and it's still active.   The Basic plan is not an option because that person needs to host meetings longer than 40 minutes, and I need to add them as a cohost to initiate current reoccurring meetings on my account as well.   How do I add a single user for one month to my plan?   There doesn't seem to be an add-on option for this.

Several of my clients and one of my teacher has had numerous issues with their cameras. The screen will randomly turn entirely green, or it will blurr completely or get snowed over like an old damaged VHS tape. The only fix that seems to work, albeit temporarily, is to turn the camera on and off. This isn't a hardware issue as it has happened to a variety of my clients all with different hardware and operating systems. Attached is a screenshot illustrating a mild form of the problem.  Any help would greatly ve appreciated.

The background is always slightly blurred, even though the "virtual background" and "blur" functions are turned off. I have tested 5 different cameras. With all of them I have the slightly blurred background.

I updated my Zoom app on my Lenova laptop on 13/1/23 and since then when I open a Zoom meeting animations are showing on the right side of my screen and my picture is distorted and jumping around. I've tried to disable animations but the instructions I got to disable: go to Team chat and then 'Sharing' don't work because 'Sharing' is not showing up as an option on Team chat. I cannot use Zoom on my Lenova laptop now. I have tried Zoom on my smartphone and it works so it's obviously something related to my Lenova.Please help

Hi, Has anyone with a Zoom Phone Appliance figured out if it is possible to make it work for Desk Phone Call Controls? We have Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliances. In the web portal under User Settings they appear as a Zoom Appliance and not as a Desk Phone, and thus don't have the option to check "Allow Call Control for Client".

I am setting up some channels in teams chat for a couple of internal groups in my organization.  They have several shared documents that they work off.  In MS Teams when they start editing a document it is saved int he cloud and everyone collaborates at the same time.  does Zoom have this capability?

I tried several times to delete a recurring meeting. After I click on "Send Cancelation" email, I get a pop-up that says 'ERROR 3190' and the meeting will not delete. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi - I was testing to check functionality and that everything recorded correctly but on the video recording the sharing of polls and then poll results did not show - is this normal or is there a setting somewhere? Thx in anticipation!

I'm new to using polling and am trying to figure out how I can see the polls I've created for an upcoming meeting before going live with the real meeting.  I am not clear on whether I can launch that meeting now (though it's not scheduled for several weeks), not ping any invitees, and see the poll, log off and then just launch it again on the right day and time? Or is there another way to test out my polls? Thanks in advance for any advice!
