Hi,I am new to Zoom. I would greatly appreciate your help and advice as to the best plan for the following requirements:- I intend to ask a tutor to teach a group of up to 12 students on Zoom.- Each lesson lasts about one hour.- The assignment consists of 12 hours, one hour a day, spread over 3 weeks.- There will be up to 5 tutors, each teaching a separate group (details as above)- Both tutors and students are on Zoom Basic.- Tutors will need Screen Sharing, Breakout Rooms, Team Chat and Whiteboarding- I will upgrade to Zoom PRO. Questions:1. Am I right in assuming that I need to buy a PRO license for each tutor?2. What about participants (students), do they need to have Zoom PRO each as well?3- Tutors will also need to speak with students, even in their "Breakout Rooms". Is that possible?4. When a tutor completes his/her assignment after 3 weeks, and they are not available for a while, can I cancel their license, and request it again if and when needed? Thank you in advance!

I had a Zoom Pro subscription. But then I canceled it and expected to revert to the basic plan. However, I am receiving emails by Zoom team that an invoice is due. How do I stop getting these emails?

I need to have 2 different groups within a meeting.  Can I create 2 different Meeting ID's for the same meeting? Thanks 

Audio problems , I get this message, what does it mean? THE MEETING DOES NOT SUPPORT DIAL IN OR CALL ME. YOU CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE AUDIO.PLEASE HELP! Hi, Several months ago, I deleted Andrew's Zoom account. Now that he is working with us again, I have re-added his Zoom account (same First name, Last name, Email)to our admin site. However he still hasn't received an activation email. In spite of adding several users, he is the only one with this problem. I tested re-adding accounts that were deleted from our portal a couple months ago, but they didn't receive an activation email.How can I fix this issue? or would it be possible to add this user to our Zoom site without sending him an activation account?Thanks for you help.

Hello, today we experienced a problem during a networking event. After a while (1h to 1h30 after the start of the meeting) people coming back to the main room were not able to join a room by themselves (this was the function activated) or even if the host invited them to join a room, nothing happened. Zoom told us that maybe it was a version problem, but we had the latest one.

Hi, I'm having problems that the Zoom Phone Appliance (ZPA) does not resolve the caller phone number to the external contact list.- Seen both on the Poly CCX 400 and Yealink MP56, both with version 5.12.2 - External Contacts have been imported into Zoom Phone->Company Info->External Contacts If an external call comes in we only see the phone number on the ZPA (see below) but in the desktop client the number gets resolved to the external contact.  Poly CCX 400 Desktop While on call you only see the country the caller is from, pressing the country gives you the calling number but not much else:  Poly CCX 400 But if  you go to the More->Lines you can see the phone number gets resolved to a contact name The Yealnk with its bigger screen  which shows the Line screen beside it is a bit better, so after you answer the call it will display the name. And the History Log doesn't show it as well, you have to press the number and then

When attempting to share  Powerpoint slides on Zoom, the slides open up but I don't see any green border. And there is a notification, " Please move this window away from the shared application." Clearly the slides are being shared to my participants. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this problem? Thanks very much

One of our employees is unable to connect to Zoom using the desktop app and keeps getting the 5003 error on an M1 Mac. The user does not have a firewall, VPN, anti-virus or proxy. Here's what we've tried: 1. Restarting Zoom.2. Restarting the Mac.3. Uninstalling via Zoom uninstall and reinstalling with proper M1 version of Zoom.4. Reset Network settings.5. Changed DNS.6. Confirm no proxy interfering. 7.  Confirmed correct permissions set via System Preferences.8. Full modem reboot. They are able to use Zoom via browser, just not the desktop app, so we know their account is working. They are able to use it on other devices as well. Short of doing a full OS reinstall (which seems extreme and unnecessary), I'm stuck. Are there any other fixes we've missed?   

Can basic users host meetings that are 2 hours long and record them at the same time?

Stopped working distance. When I try to cancel my subscription it still say it’s active and not cancelled. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Followed the instructions. 

I have multiple users, each of whom have a paid zoom subscription, that I would like to be able to link together to collaborate including alternate host, sharing cloud recordings, sharing contacts, and meetings.    However we do not want to combine the billing of each of these accounts.   Is it possible to link multiple paid subscribers into an Organization while having them continue to pay for their own account?

Last night we hosted a Zoom Meeting. I set up breakout rooms and chose the Allow Guests to Choose Breakout Room feature. We had four breakout rooms. When I Opened All Rooms, the only people that could choose their own rooms were co-hosts. What a disaster.   Not ideal, but I made each participant a co-host and then they were able to choose their breakout rooms.   Can you help me understand what happened? I remember the time when not everyone had the most up to date Zoom and they couldn't choose. They didn't even get a pop-up window inviting them to choose a room. They had to go down to breakout rooms, and only after I made them co-hosts could they change their room.  

Host sent pdf file from his Computer on Zoom Chat, but participants can't see this pdf file? Host confirm from Zoom web portal that the settings for in-meeting file transfer are set to On.

Hello we made over intune a package of Zoom 5.7.1247, when we try to uninstall via powershell, we broke something.We had around 100 clients with this issue, could be possible to get this version to install and then uninstall it correctly?I attached some screenshot of the issue when I try to uninstall.  

I'm new to Zoom Phone.  I personally use an Android phone.  When I add my cell phone # to my call handling, my phone will pop up when someone calls me, but I get the regular Android phone face and can't access any Zoom Options. If I remove my phone number from the call handling, my Android will ring, but there is no pop up and I have to unlock my phone and go into the Zoom App to accept it.  Am I doing something wrong? My business partner uses an Iphone and it works perfect.  Any suggestions?

I downloaded the attendee report, but attendee's email address are not recorded in the report. What should I do?
