オンライン会議をするために発行したZoomのリンクについて、リンクを受け取った参加者から、『入室時に「商用Zoomのアカウントでログインしてください」という表示が出てミーティングに参加できない」と連絡がありました。どうしてですか？また、そのような表示を出さないでZoomのミーティングを開催したい場合は、リンク発行時にどのような点を直したらよいですか？

Hi all, During a Zoom session today we used break-out rooms. In these break-out rooms annotate was used to collect input from our participants. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to manually save the whiteboard. Is there anyway we can recover the given input on the whiteboards? Kind regards,Amber

We currently have 3 licenses under our business account.  We want to know if there is a way for recordings to be moved to the main owner account rather than only be stored on the account which recorded it?  

I accidentally swiped some shortcut key and now zoom is showing up on laptop and moniter. Can't seem to get it clear, and go back to default setting.

My organization records a lot of conversations with Zoom Phone, and we want to make sure these recordings are being deleted every so often off of everyone's PCs. Ideally, we'd like to have everyone save their Zoom recordings to an easy-to-access place so that this deletion process is fairly straightforward. When I go to recorded calls in the Zoom Client (three dots to the right of the call in the call log, and selecting "open file location"), they're currently being saved to an obscure, hidden folder for all members of my team that I've spoken with. Is there any way to change it so that these files save to a more easily accessed location?  I've found information in the Zoom help documentation for changing where Zoom Meetings recordings save to, but not Zoom Phone recordings. Hello.  We are desperately searching for a recording.  The original host was a paid member (Business member). During the meeting he transferred the host privilege to a non-paid member. This non-paid member then started the recording.  All participants remember seeing the notification that the meeting had started recording. The non-paid host has 2 zoom accounts and is not sure which one was signed in for the meeting.     We have searched:  Paid member (original host): cloud recordings, folders on his Macbook (documents and zoom folder) non-paid member (new host): cloud recordings for both accounts, folders on PC  (documents and zoom folder)   We had the paid member create a support ticket, but we still have not heard back. We have the meeting ID, date and time.    Any suggestions or ideas? 

if im in a breakout room and I type something in the chat while in there and it was set " to: everyone" can everyone in the whole session see it or just the people in the breakout room

We presently have users with private accounts within our organization. We, as a company, are currently transitioning to Zoom as a whole. If users with private accounts transition to the company account, will their previous recordings, etc., be transferred with them?

can anybody help me how to enable zoom recording. i have deleted old zoom meeting record and yet and it foes not record recent zoom meeting. at still appeard zoom recording disbale and need to upgrade storageregardless of deleting old records

I have one of my users who's second call to her Poly VVX350 is not ringing thru when she is on the first line talking. The second calling party gets a message "Sorry, there is no one to answer your call" and I can't seem to find where or what I need to set, to allow the second call to ring thru. Appreciate any help/input.

Hi, I have applied a trial version of Zoom One Business Plus, which in theory can use translated captions.I have set according to the Support and enabled "Translated Captions".However, there is no "Translating to" under the "Show Captions".Does this mean that my license cannot use the translated captions? If so, how can I set "enable the translated captions" in my accounting settings?  @Jing @ZOT

Hi to everyone, i just had a zoom call with the link starting with "us02web.zoom.us". when i opened it i got the "join call" page, but ihad to download the client. the file had "zoom_###spgfpwfèaf+apds+vèg.exe (a lot of weird numbers and symbols).i didn't pay so much attention and i opened it and did the call. now there is my doubt: could it be a virus link? because the .exe installer file disappeared after installing (then i downloaded zoom from "zoom.us" site and it hada normal name and .exe file did't disappear. i hope someone can clear me because im afraid i got scammed

Hello, I recorded a meeting but didn't realize my settings were on audio-only. Is there any chance that a video recording was made and is there some way for me to retrieve it? 

We have not made the jump to VOIP yet but considering Zoom Phone. When the office is open, we answer the calls live (No auto attendant). After x rings, if no one picks up it will go to voice mail. Non-Biz "Night ring" / "Auto Attendant" is activated and calls go to the auto attendant, where they can leave message in general mailbox, go to a particular extension etc.  1) Is there a way to do live answering vs. auto attendant Menu answering all calls, when open?  2) Is there a manual way to set when the business is open? Like via a programmed button on phone? I am thinking of times when office closed for weather or someone gets in late and no one avail to answer call(s) yet.  3) Is there a way to set a special closed message in the event of an outage, snowstorm, etc to let people know? How is that set? 

The meetings concerned involve screen-sharing of PP 'slides', a proportion of which embody a music element.  Habitually, in those instances that occur early in the sequence during the meetings, the music starts with no problem (via the 'Advanced' tab, 'Portion of Screen' , 'Share Sound' and 'Share', buttons, followed by loudspeaker image and clicking on the black triangle on the 'slide').  However, in subsequent instances during the meetings, and for no reason that has so far been determined, clicking on the black triangle fails to start the music.   On all slides, the functioning of the music-start function will have been tested in advance, and found to operate as intended.Testing, after meetings, of the music-starts for those. slides where the problem occurred, finds no evidence of the problem - the music then starts fine in each case.  Has this problem been encountered by others, and can a way of avoiding it be suggested?Host's Device:  MacBook Pro (202

O, great power of the common brain, please help me! Today I was invited to the meeting, and then appointed as an administrator. I clicked on the "Record to Cloud" button. And everything was great. Then I pressed finish recording. And left the conference. Now I can't find that recording. When I log into my free account, they tell me that there are no cloud recordings, that they are only available with a paid subscription ... what should I do? We have a set up a webinar with required registration. When someone clicks on the invitation link, they land on the reg page, but they are taken directly to the first registration field, skipping the webinar description and other information above. They have to scroll up to read the description, date/time, etc. Is there a way to have them go to the top of the page rather than skipping to the first registration field? Thanks!

I recently update my laptop (Asus Vivobook S15) to Windows 11 and I am encountering an issue. I keep getting all the meeting the following error ”Failed to detect microphone and speaker. please make sure your devices are properly connected.” that disconnects my microphone (built in, plug in ) and my speakers. 95% of the meeting I have to go to settings and select over and over between” Speakers (Realtek (R) Audio)” and ”Same as system”. Sometimes still doesn't work if I choose Speakers (Realtek (R) Audio) so I have to select Same as Audio. It's driving me insane. I didn't had any problem on Windows 10. Thank you!

Hello! I have two businesses, one my own and one am doing work for.  both with extensive zoom chat as primary means of communication.  I need to have 2 zoom apps on my desktop, logged into 2 separate accounts for the notifications.   I cannot seem to figure out how this is possible, but hoping that it is.   any assistance greatly appreciated!
