Hey people! I've been using zoom since 2019, and I have been looking for something, but I'm not able to find a way. Me and my team always use the same 3 zoom links, depending on what we are doing. We have 3 different subscriptions (all paid)If I am meeting with a client, I (or any of my employee) will use link 1. If we are doing a training, we are using Link 2 (on account #2)If we are doing a conformity meeting, we are using Link 3 (on account #3) ** ALL THE LINKS ARE PERSONNAL MEETING ID ** Is there a way to have permanent Co-Host. For example, Account 2 is always the Host on Link # 2. But If I want to connect to the zoom link #3, is there a way I can put account #2 and # 1 and #4-5-6 (If I want) as automatic Co Host when they connect?Thank you

I host webinars daily and I had an incident that I need clarification. I had to remove a panelist from the meeting due to joining during an executive session. Once webinar went live then the panelist was needed. I wasn’t able to re-admit this person and they was told unable to join. I did went ahead and turned on the “enable participants to rejoin “ but that was during. I even provided panelist with a different panelist link and couldn’t attend. How should’ve this been handled?

Hello We are a Home Owners Association with approx 400 homes and several very active committees. We are trying to schedule committee meetings that can start without the host having to be there. While we want Board/Community meetings to be somewhat restricted, we would like Committee meetings to be more open.  No need for waiting room  etc. We have one license and wonder if we can schedule monthly meetings for about 10 committees without our host/admin person having to start all the meetings. We thought adding a user who would schedule Committee meetings would help but it seems like license restrictions are getting in the way. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated  Thank you

We're considering the video greetings and video mail options but can't find information on our account' storage limits for these options. I see a table for voicemail, but not videomail. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity can someone help me understand what the limits are, and if there are limits less than unlimited, how many videomails in a Gb, etc., to get a sense of how often we'd have to clear space. thanks,Chris

I can't log in to my normal e-mail adress and I don't know why. I changed now in the settings to another mail adress but I have to submit in my old account, what doesn't work. What Can I do?

One of my users is experiencing an issue where his screen share appears faded or washed out to the other people on the meeting.  The color will flicker to the proper levels occasionally, but most of the time it looks faded.  Everything appears normal to the user who is having this issue though.  This issue only occurs in Zoom and not Slack huddles or Google Hangouts.  The user is on a MacBook Air M1(2020) running macOS 12.6.2 and Zoom v 5.13.11 and isn't using an external monitor or anything. This has been happening across multiple Zoom versions though.  We have tried the following steps to resolve:1. Shut down and restart the computer.2. Uninstall and reinstall Zoom3. Upgrade Zoom to the latest version4. Disable Hardware Acceleration under Preferences > Screen Share > Advanced. Reinstalling Zoom seems to help for a short time, but the issue starts again within a couple hours. Does anyone else know what else we can try to resolve this issue?

Hey, I'm a bit lost. I want to do a webinar and bought a webinar plan to do this.Now I've done some testing. But no matter what I'm trying the video resolution that I'm sending is just 640x360. Of course I activated "HD" in the Client Video Settings and I also activated Group HD in my Zoom Settings.How can I achieve a better video resolution?  640x360 is totally unacceptable for me. Thought a webinar would always be in at least 1280x720? I've already seen Zoom webinars that have definitely been in HD and had a much better quality than my attempts. 😞Looking forward for a solution or some hints. Kind regards

Hi community! How much bandwidth is necessary to host a webinar for about 100 viewers? Is a fiber optic cable with 50 Mbit/s enough? How do you calculate that? I don't need video feed or audio from the participants, only chat. And how does it work exactly? Do the participants connect directly to my internet connection, or are they hosted by Zoom? So, do the users get their video feed directly from me, or from the Zoom servers? Thanks in advance, Chris

Is there a way to know when someone has tried to connect to my Personal Meeting ID?   Almost like a ringtone - where I'd get a notification when someone had tried to contact me on my PMI, but when I did not have the meeting started?   So I could just give my link as a way for people to contact me.   Thanks,   Rupert

ミーティングを初めてすぐに明滅・フリーズしてしまいます。一旦カメラをオフにすれば治るのですが、数秒でまた同じ状態になってしまいます。同じような症状が出る方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか。
