Hello! We are hosting our first Zoom Webinar and I want to be sure the recording settings are correct. First off, is it best to record a webinar to the cloud or locally? I will need an MP4 of the recording in order to distribute the recording to registrants. Also, I am the host and we have 3 panelists joining with video on and some slide share. I need to play the role of the host but also want to be sure the attendee's view is gallery mode to show all panelists at once (not spotlighting a single speaker) and that is the view that gets recorded. Which layout I should I select?    Thank you in advance! 

Hi there, I have a paid subscription to Zoom and I used to automatically get an email after my meeting with a link to the recording. This enabled me to open the email on my phone and choose only to upload the voice part of the recording on my phone, easy. Now after the meeting it prompts me to save to my Hard Drive, the meetings do not appear in Zoom and it makes the process harder to get on my phone.    I have looked in the settings but can't seem to fix it.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  cheers Annie 

Hi, I'm trying to set up some call routing but am struggling to find the perfect option to suit our needs. We are a small single location office with 6 users.2x admin team2x production2x other team members We are wanting incoming calls to:- ring on the 2x admin phones in the first instance, IF not picked up in X second- ring on both the 2x admin phones & 3x production phones We would also like the 2x other team members to be able to pick up the queue if they can hear it ring. We can see the call pick up codes - however it appears they need to be part of the call queue to make this work. What's the best setup to achieve this?

Hi! I found that free subscribers that were passed HOST controls can retrieve cloud recordings from the original host's account. What if I was only a CO-HOST - can my cloud recording still be found on the host's account? Thanks!

Hello. I was assigned as an alternative host for a weekly scheduled zoom meeting.  I was just added on the account. Do I use the same log in as the host or my own email? Also, do I need to use a desktop or laptop or can I use my iphone or ipad? Please help. Thanks

Our equipment is the the logitec IP Tap (OS ver. 5.12.6) (APP ver. 5.9.4 (685))  and the appliance is the roommate (OS ver.  1.5.333) (APP ver. 5.9.4 (685))  Everything is upgraded and successfully connected but im still receiving the error message on the screen of the IP TAP "some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting..."   Any thoughts on how to rectify this other than to do a factory reset?

Hi!I am hosting a webinar with a group of panelists and would like to be hidden for most of the webinar. I can't find a way to hide myself. "Hide non-video participant" only affects my personal view and other panelists/attendees can still see my name in a black box. "Stop my video" also does not work as others still see my name in a black box. Any ideas on how to stay hidden during a webinar? Thank you for your help!Kathleen

The host is sharing a video, but the video was lagging so we couldn't even hear it or watch it. Me and my friends' WIFI are all fine. The host's WIFI is fine too, his video is as smooth as ever. He tried turning off his video and all our videos, but it's still really lagging. Is there any solution to solve this problem?   

I upgraded user VB from Basic to Licensed.  She tried to host her first meeting as a Licensed user but couldn't use audio. We seem to be forced to call in a phone number, even the Host. We can't use computer audio. A few seconds after VB starts a meeting, the Join Audio window pops up. She is not calling in, she is hosting. She closes that window but nobody can join the audio portion. After a participant connects, we see the message saying that they cannot hear us, that they are connecting to audio. But we, the hosts, are not connecting to any audio.  Why can't we use computer audio as default? When I sign in with my user VK, it starts by default with computer audio.  The settings for both users are the same: User Settings -> Schedule a Meeting -> Audio Type -> Telephone and Computer Audio. The audio in the computer works fine, tests and all.

If you are using a phone, and don't redirect to store in the cloud, does it still claim that it is recording the meeting?

I have one "Zoom One Pro" subscription. And managing three users including myself.When I'm changing one user from Basic to Licensed, I fail to change. Before this attempt, all three users are Basic. Zoom says "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." Currently, no users can be activated. So I cannot host a professional meeting that exceeds 40 minutes. I'm happy if zoom gurus give suggestions!Zoom client version: 5.13.11 (13434) Windows

Earlier when I used to join a meeting having Passcode & Waiting Room options enabled it wouldn't ask me to enter the passcode instead it would route me to the waiting room (if I'm not provided the co-host access). But recently I came across a situation where when I was trying to access the zoom meeting link instead of routing me to the waiting room, it's asking me to key-in the passcode. Can someone let me know why that might be the reason ? Is it a new update ? 

I am trying to cancel a meeting I setup, but Zoom will not let me.I created the meeting under a previous email address, but my company was acquired by a new company and I now have a new email address.I believe what is happening is that I set up the meeting with my old address and trying to cancel it with my new email address.How can I cancel meetings I set up under my old email address?Thanks,

Hello community after installing the Outlook Plugin and set Outlook to Autostart the user receives every day the same PopUp and we are not able to solve the issues.Tried to uninstall and reinstall the Plugin, Outlook and Zoom Client does not solve the issues, are there anyone who knows how to solve this issue?Please note thet there are other Plugins for Outlook installed that needs access but we do not have any issues with those.Thanks in advance! 

Can someone help me figure out why our phone line does not use the auto attendant and IVR for call queues like sales and support?

We have a video conference room for Webex. But we were told that we could join a Zoom meeting if the person creating the meeting could give us a sip number. How would they find that number to allow us to join?

Hello everyone. Is the Zoom interpretation service now available for all pro-users during the meetings? Earlier we have to pay for a webinar add-on to get this service. 

can multiple participants speak simultaneously and not be automatically muted?  

Please bare with me (my first time doing this). In this program I was going to make the settings in speaker view so who ever is speaking will be in wide view.  I have multiple kids, that will be in different locations, but singing together.  What is the best way to handle this.

I'm trying to setup some laptops in kiosk mode (Windows 10 Enterprise) to allow users to get on a Zoom meeting (Zoom client, not Zoom Room). I know there will be a requirement to share the screen, but when I attempt to do it in kiosk mode, I get "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 105035" My guess is there is a permission that needs to be set, but I'm unclear on which setting(s) and where/how to do that. Any help here would be appreciated! Aaron

The host of my meeting often divides us into breakout rooms.  While in the rooms, the host occasionally broadcasts a verbal message to the group.  Everyone else in my room can hear his voice, but I cannot hear it.  I have no other microphone or speaker issues.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed on my end?

Zoom pricing is "per host" - what does this mean? My local camera club is moving to Zoom from another videoconferencing system and we are confused about the pricing for the Pro account. When it says pricing is "per host", under what circumstances would we need more than one "host"? Can anyone in the club be the host if they log in using the club's account? Does having a single host licence just mean we can't run more than one meeting at a time? I can't find clarity on this on the community or support pages. I hope someone can help. Thanks
