Hi,I'm using Zoom when teaching and depend on breakout rooms for group work. The feature is excellent for my purposes but I lack the opportunity to monitor all groups at once, like a tradisjonell classroom situation.My idea is that when breakout rooms have been activated, they should pop-up as live footage together on my screen and sound from a specific room would only be activated when hoovering over the live image with the cursor.This would enable me to navigate smoothly between group discussions and enter swiftly when I see students need guidance.This would make Zoom almost unbeatable!BR Peter

I have created a HUB and now I'm a licensed user of my hub(HUB OWNER). As per my plan, I can add upto 4 HUB HOSTS but everytime when I try to add a HUB HOST, I get an error stating "1 users could not be added. To view or copy a list of these users". What can be the issue here?

Hello zoom team. We need your help. We've been running a global challenge event out of click funnels through Zoom and we are recording the session for replays for those who signed up or are in other parts of the world so they can watch them later.  We are putting them onto YouTube once we are done.  The issue we are having is that the quality and size that is coming from Zoom is small and the quality is not the best.   The Frame Size you are sending us is 1280 x 720 at a Frame Rate of 25.00.  We are downloading them to our external hard drive.   We would like the Frame Rate to be 30.00, and the size to be 1920 x 1280.  Where do we go to change that or how do we change that?

Did something change recently with the Team Chat 'Screenshot' button?  For users with one monitor, there doesn't seem to be a way to send a screenshot of what you're working on that isn't Zoom. Instead, when you click the screenshot button in Zoom the app remains up and the only thing you can clip is Zoom, rather than what's behind Zoom, if that make sense. And you can't minimize because the computer is in clipping mode.

Hi - I am seeking 🤔 🤔 best practices for testing our registration/ticketing before launching to the public.  If anyone has a way to do this with your internal teams I would so appreciate the guidance (also note to @608130  - please make a best practice for testing in your support hub? )  Also - I thought there was now a way to have attendees register without having to login to their zoom accounts first?  As far as I can tell I have checked all the boxes  - please advise as I am still getting sent to sign in when I am attempting to test with my testing email (not my ZE email)

Is there a way to upgrade temporarily to 300 participants twice a year?  I'm on the 'Pro' plan and restricted to 100 participants but we hold a larger meeting 2x per year that would go to 150-200 attendees.  I don't see the advantage to upgrading to the next level - not cost effective.

How do I enable breakout rooms in our current Webinar license?

Hello. Does a Zoom Events attendee need to have a Zoom account? 

Our upcoming scheduled meeting requires registration approval. If an approved registrant shares their confirmation email with others, would they be able to join our meeting? We did not require authentication to join. (Would that have made a difference in the answer?) Thanks for your help.

Hasta ahora las reuniones han funcionado bien. pero requiero otras habilidades como por ejemplo:dejar solo a 2 en la pantalla principal y el resto pequeños y en negrouna sala donde poder reunir al equipo relatorque se vea el curso completo en la pantalla (50 personas aprox.Será que debo contratar seminario web? hello , any help about that issue , a month ago I could export meeting usage report with attendance details and including join time leave time and recording consent however, I can't find this option right now in my dashboard of my pro plan any help or advice 

We had a meeting where people had to register beforehand.  Those that registered, when they clicked the link to join, were sent to the registration page again but with a blue button underneath their information that said 'Join Meeting' Why did this happen? thank you 

I created a Zoom account as an Educator because I will be teaching students ages 12-18 accounting, budgeting, business accounting, etc. I am still being shown that my Zoom Meetings can only be 40min long, even as an educator. Do educators not receive longer Zoom Meetings?

Does changing a live webinar to a simulative webinar change the Zoom registration link and/or webinar ID?  

I've always been able to record my meetings without a problem, but since the most recent update, when I click the record button, it just opens up settings to the recordings tab. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

hi folks, I'm getting error codes when trying to install Zoom updates on my Mac (desktop). I know others have posted about this. It seems simple to uninstall and reinstall Zoom. The problem is the first step which says to: "click on Zoom.us upper left and then click uninstall." None of that exists anywhere on my screen. Thoughts? Thanks so much.   Jane

Hi everyone, These are few DIDs that we need to port out. The other company is asking for CSR (Customer Service Record) and BTN (Billing Telephone Number)? Do these things exist in Zoom and if yes how can I obtain this info from my Zoom account so I can provide it to the other party?ThanksBoyan

Tenía instalado Zoom client en mi Mac, pero me decía que había una actualización, así que intenté actualizarlo, pero me mandaba a error, así que decidí desistalar la aplicación para volver a instalarla, pero ahora no me deja instalar la aplicación, me manda un mensaje diciendo que tengo que contactar directamente al proveedor del software. Ya habilité, en la sección de seguridad, que el instalador tuviera permiso para ingresar a mi carpeta de descargas y ya seguí todos los pasos que mandan los tutoriales, pero nada ha servido. En mi mac tengo el sistema operativo Ventura 13.2Alguien que me pueda ayudar ??

Hello! I am trying to share my screen (to show a "starting soon" slide 15 minutes before my zoom) AND share my audio so participants can hear music while they are viewing my powerpoint slide and countdown clock.How can I "share" both so they can hear the audio? Whenever I share my screen to show the powerpoint slide the audio goes almost quiet. Thanks!Angie 

Hello, I upgraded my Zoom account. I got an E-Mail that my payment is in progress. 20 minutes later I got another E-Mail, that the payment is rejected from Zoom.In my bank account I saw that the amount was charged but my Zoom account does not upgraded.I thought, that the payment will be paid back from Zoom so I payed again with Paypal to get the upgrade.How can I solve the double payment?Is a possibility to contact someone from Zoom? Best regards from BerlinThank you!Dennis
