I last Friday paid for PRO status, yet four days later I am still waiting for my status to change on Zoom. Will can I expect this to change?

I am using a Jabra Link 370 Bluetooth adapter with a Jabra Elite 75t earbuds.  Up until a few weeks ago, tapping the left earbud muted not just the headset, but toggled mute within Zoom itself.  After a Zoom upgrade and an upgrade to the Jabra Direct software, it has stopped working consistently.   That is, most of the time it does NOT sync the button action.  Note that the syncing of button action is working in Skype for Business and MS Teams. Details:Current Zoom version is 5.9.6 (3799)Current Jabra Direct version is 5.11.01302Jabra Link 370 firmware is 1.87.0  (this is the 370 UC version)Jabra Elite 75t firmware is 2.0.0"Sync buttons on headset" is checked within the Zoom Audio SettingsIn a call, tapping the left earbud button will mute the earbuds, but the mute is not reflected in Zoom. Over the past few weeks it has worked intermittently, but I have been unable to reproduce.I uninstalled the Jabra Direct app, with no changes in the above.I a

The question is : Does all free user which host 1-1 meeting now will be limited up to 40 mins ?if more than 40 mins we need to upgrade to pro?I ask this question cuz many of my colleagues did not have this problem as a free user.Just questioning that this is only me?Thank you

I teach online at a university and during our meeting we got a type of zoom bombing I've not seen before. Seemed to be free floating window with abusive content, not associated with any particular user. The offensive messages on screen appearing to come from a single person ... seems that someone was able to create a chat "from" someone else. I am attaching screen shot....

Hi,   Is it possible to schedule multiple meetings which each need their own ID, URL and passcode? Because the meeting details are emailed to hundreds of different clients, I don't think the recurring meeting function would work even though the meetings happen regularly, i.e. daily at 11.00, 13.00 and 15.00, are all an hour long and even all have the same name.   At the moment we have a meeting template that we reuse when scheduling, but have to do the date and time selection manually for each meeting and then copy/paste the ID, URL and passcode into a spreadsheet ready for staff to share the meeting details with clients. It feels like there must be some trick I'm not seeing which could cut down on the administrative time taken to do this, as well as the potential human error when copy/pasting.   Any help appreciated!   Ed

I've set up a webinar via Zoom Events for next week. I would like to do a practice of the webinar without having to set up a whole new webinar to do it. In my Upcoming Events list next to the webinar I have a button that just says JOIN. Does it allow me to do a practice without starting the real webinar? I can see no reference to a practice session in my Event webinar settings, only in my Personal webinar settings where I can't set up a webinar. The ability to easily do practices is one reason we have recently switched to Zoom, however it is proving to be far more complicated than our previous system.

What settings do I need to select at all levels of my account so that my speakers and attendees on an Events Webinar don't have to log in? I thought I had it set correctly but my speakers have all struggled to join the practice - being asked to log in and 2FA not working.Also, the speaker invite to someone not in my company won't send. The email address is correct and I've added the domain to my allowed list. How do I get that to work?

Hi everybody,I'm sorry if this problem was discussed before.I'm pro user of zoom, but meetings that I need participants list happened two months ago when I had a free acoount.When I try to generate report, I see the number of participants (blue color link) and when I click it, there is no list.Kind regards,nino 

Are there any plans to allow uploading a poll/quiz via csv file?  That option is only available in the LTI, not in the web portal or desktop client.  I have users who present continuing education, they don't use the LMS. I did see the suggestion to create a meeting template to save poll questions, which might help a little, but I don't think these folks are re-using questions, they just need a way to collaborate on quiz creation, prior to starting a meeting, and an easier way to upload the questions.

Good day,I have been trying to update my company's logo, but I keep getting this error below. The new logo isn't showing properly. I was able to update this yesterday and the new logo was showing but now nothing. I have tried multiple sizes but no difference. I am only updating the branding within Images. Do I also need to update elsewhere so my landing page and headers are showing correctly?Can anyone help?

My microphone work fine on other apps however on zoom it shows that theres no input audio and doesnt recognize my input decive. It was working fine for a year but i just uodated my zoom and it stopped working

During a meeting, screen share option won't let me choose between three different PowerPoint Windows--It only shows one PowerPoint screen (displayed as "Microsoft Office") with a number 3 under it. I need to see Presenter View while the audience sees Slide Show view. I can't differentiate between the three, and when I click on the "Microsoft Office" box, it is random which of the three PowerPoint windows shows up. How do I expand the option to select the correct PowerPoint screen? I am on a desktop, and only have one screen.

We had a meeting in progress with local recording when the zoom app (on MacOS) of the host froze and aborted. The computer restarted. However, the meeting continued and the host was able to re-enter the meeting.Now we have a double_click_to_convert_01.zoom file on the computer, but are unable to convert it to video. The suggestion Transcode.app does not work: the transcode app does not seem to start, not with double clicking, not with open with, and even not when started manually. How can we recuperate the video?   

I have a BLACK Video screen!!  None of the suggested solutions are working.  My camera is built-in and is on while in zoom but NOTHING!  My background filters show but no viewing of me.  I'm on windows 11, desktop. I am beyond frustrated!!  I see that several others are experiencing the same issue.  I have also submitted a ticket!!  What is happening????

When I attempted to log into a meeting, the format of the meeting ID was not correct. Instead of displaying as "879 xxxx xxx", it displayed as "879 xxx xxxx" and gave me an "Invalid meeting ID" error.  Is there something about that number series which reverts to an older display format? JohnPD

Hi All,i couldn't reach zoom email for now, seems they have changed the support email or turned it downI don't know where can I get help.I purchase Zoom one yesterday and the next invoice should be one month from now which is 11 July 23, but on my screen, it still shows that my next invoice is 18 June 23 which is 6 days from now. I don't know how to fix this error and show this error since the support email is not available anymore  could someone help me? thank you in advance

When I'm sharing my PPT screen on full screen, I often use the "pause share" feature and make edits to future slides. I then go back to full screen mode, but I when I hit "resume share" it always exits of full screen mode. Anyone know why it's doing that? Or what do I need to do?
