Permission to update a Marketplace app

There is a Marketplace App called LTI Pro that has been updated. Someone that no longer works here set it up. Even though I am also an Admin, when I go to the LTI Pro page to update it, the "update" button is not active.  I've dug through settings and the Admin console looking for a way to gain permission to update it with no luck. Any ideas what I need to do to be able to update this app? Thanks!

Hello,

It's  tied to the person who set it up in the Zoom Marketplace. I think you will need to remove the service and set it up again if you don't have the original person's credentials that set it up.

 

We set up a generic admin user account so that it is not tied to any one human user in case they quit or are not available.
