I need to know if is possible to limit the entryt of webinar participants to the schedule time and not based on if the meeting is running or not. I want to have 10 min prior the start of the webinar to check camara and audio but without participants in the meeting. I can´t find a solution so far.
Hi @Santiago21 thanks for the question. Yes this is a common scenario, you can enable the setting "Before webinar starts, hosts and panelists can access = Practice session".
Then you can start the webinar early and decide when you wish to begin the webinar from within Zoom. The attendees will see a message as they join waiting for the host to start the session.
