IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE ZOOM PRO AND ASK TO ZOOM TO INVOICE AT THE CLIENT? THANK YOU FOR A REPLY

I don't understand what you are asking exactly. Invoices are sent to the billing contact entered upon subscribing to a paid plan. Please see Upgrading to a paid account for guidance.
