Dear everyone, recently I had some issues with our zoom meetings. we are a yoga studio in berlin and we use zoom for our online classes. Recently I had the information from different teachers, that there were people regesitered for the class, but once the opened the zoom link, there was nobody.  We use for every class a different zoom link, i checked them and it looks everything fine. How can I solve this problem?! we please need an urgent solution !thank you in advance, Veronica

Is support still ignoring this issue and refusing to let us revert back to a version of Zoom that actually works? Why am I paying a monthly fee for software that breaks with the latest updates? The device works in literally every other piece of software except Zoom. This isn't the first time this has happened.I've attached a screen shot to show how badly Zoom is broken.

Can anyone advise if AI Companion features work when participants are in breakout rooms?  I've tried searching this question in support with no success.Thanks

I currently have a Zoom Pro account  with meetings scheduled - if I upgrade to a webinar account are my existing meeting links still going to work? (one is a public meeting that I already noticed - that link needs to remain in tact)

Maybe once in two, three years, agenda's collide and we need someone other to schedule/host our monthly meeting. Yes, I have read about extra licence and 'member of the account', but I don't have a clear picture of the possibility of having another host for such a rare occasion. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get a replacement to start and end a club meeting, without having to purchase a separate license for him/her for the occasion? And does the stand-in have the rights of the licensed user he/she replaces, if the replacement only has a basic license?

Is there a way to temporarily hide my profile picture?  Sometimes I want it to show and other times i do not.  I would like to be able to hide it as opposed to deleting it completely 

I have 2 licences, I want my other user to be able to  access / run meetings I have set up. I can do so by giving them my login details, and they can then host any of my meetings, they just need to change their name. But  can I give my second user access to my meetings from their own login details Thanks

As simple as this: I've been trying to change some account settings, but every time I try to enter https://zoom.us/profile/setting I get a message back stating: "System error please try again later. (2)" This was workign a couple of days ago....is down for the last 24 hours. Any idea? support? help!

Hi, I have been using Active Host Reports for 2 years to track meeting attendance.  The last report I ran was 4/30/23.  When I went to follow the same steps today and generate a detail report, after reviewing it, a large number of the participants are not showing.  For example, it will show 8 participants as the count in the meeting and then only 2 names, one being the host name.  I was running it for all of May 2023, which I have run twice, and I also tried just running it for 2 weeks with the same result.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there another way around it?   @Bri Is this something you can help me with?

No background blur option!Zoom Desktop Client version 5.16.5 (24269).Operating system Windows 10.Processor AMD A6-3650 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.60 GHz, 64-bit operating system.If I access Zoom through a browser, there is a background blur function, but the video quality and speed are very poor, so it is impossible to hold a conference through a browser.

Hello,I am having trouble converting a meeting recording that is locally stored. When I click "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom", the conversion starts and gets as far as 90% finished, but then it crashes. I've looked through other posts here for help, but most of them are about failure to start the conversion process, whereas I can get it started, but it won't finish. I have restarted my computer, closed and re-opened Zoom ... Thank you for any suggestions,Susan

Hi there,I would like to share my screen and audio with a group. The screen sharing works fine and my audio works fine. However I would like to share the audio from a video that I'm showing. I can hear the audio in my headphones but not the participants on the other end.My usual fix is to unplug the headphones and have the audio play out loudly so the mic picks it up and sends it. Surely there must be a better way...I have tried all audio settings in the Zoom window. None, enable me to transmit the audio track from the video playing.I'm on a MacBook Pro 11.5.2. I've tried to root the audio via the Audio/Midi Setup w/o success.Thanks for your help,Harry

We will organize a webinar for our customers in India. A while ago, India was automatically on geo-blocking list in Zoom Events. Now I can't see any countries blocked, but I still want to be sure if my clients from India can attend or not.   Many thanks for your answers in advance.    

I am attempting to build a Macro within my Cisco Room Systems and am not sure how to get the information I need and hoping this community can help.We will be using Zoom with the Hybrid Calendar OBTP to join meetings.The issue I am facing is when joining a meeting, currently you must hitShow/Hide Non Video ParticipantsShow/ Hide Name LabelsManually enter the passcode from the invite. I would like to bake all of this in so that when a user joins the call, all of this happens suppressed and there is no extra user interaction on the system.Question:What are the DTMF commands for these items? All the articles I am finding do not have the first 2 on my list.

Regarding Zoom AI CompanionI have checked and it is my understanding that this feature can be turned on or off for the entire plan, but is it possible to turn it on or off for each individual account?Also, is it possible to separate the accounts as if they were multiple tenants within the plan?(e.g., 50, 30, and 20 accounts within one contract for 100 people).Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Hey, I've been having issue creating Zoom meeting in Outlook Calendar via the Zoom add-in. Whenever i click on the Meeting i get a 500 Internal Server Error.If i click on the Addon Settings, and from there create a meeting, it works. Let me know if you have a solution for this. Thanks

Following the instructions while also on hold waiting for an agent.  I have turned on the Breakout Rooms at the account level, but I am unable to enable it at the User level, so she is unable to create the rooms in her webinar.

Hello everybody, i want to record a video in zoom during the meeting with other people. So i will be the host of the video. I would like to have on the video only my face and not showing the faces of the others. The voices of the others can be heard in the video. If i pin my screen, in the recording i can still see other faces… and this i don’t want. Can somebody help me? Thank you very much in advance :))))Best regards, Oksana

Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is the possibility to record a meeting that the camera is on and the participant is sharing his screen, and when i'll download the recording i get access to the camera and the screen share files separately.

Last night I was a guest speaker in a meeting.   When I clicked on the Share button, Zoom displayed a list of my running apps, but the list did not include the 3 screens that I am running on my Win10 machine.  I rebooted and logged into the meeting. I still could not share screens, just apps.  I've attended as a guest and hosted hundreds of meetings, and never encountered this before. Does anyone have any ideas why this happened and how to avoid it in the future?

Is there a way for a parked call to ring back to the call queue instead of the person that placed the call on park if the call isn't picked up after a certain amount of time? The customer's old system was able to do this and they are requesting it.
