I would like to cancel a payment that was charged this month.I want a one-month payment to use it for only one month but it was automatically paid.So I am requesting to cancel the charged payment. 

On January 6, 2024, our credit card ended – 5812 was charged USD 172.85 for a Zoom license. We can't find the person who placed this order and ask you to help us in our search, i.e. the user's name or email address.  Thank you in advance for your help.

I have had a basic Zoom account for years.  Recently, a Zoom One Pro plan for a non-profit I work with was transferred to my email account.  I thought I had followed all the steps.  When I log into Zoom I see that the One Pro plan is there with correct billing information.  However, when I go to schedule a meeting it is only using the basic 40 minute session. Help please

I have not using zoom for a while, I have the free account. Is there a way I can make sure I have the updated version? I already clicked on my profile picture as it says... but I don't have the options *updating my account.I just have -plans and billing -add account -sign out... that's all I also read that it upgrades on it's own, but is there a way I could check that it has been done? thank you!

I recently got a new laptop running Windows 11 rather than Windows 10 on my old laptop. Now I am getting complaints from others that, for the first time, my sound is slightly behind my video on Zoom Meetings. My guess is that it's probably a Windows 11 setting but there are so many to choose from. Has anyone had a similar problem and, if so, how do I fix this? (I tried getting a separate microphone but that made no difference so the mic is being returned tomorrow.) I am on a fast broadband connection so I don't think that's the issue either and all my drivers (mic, and camera) are the latest available (as is my version of Zoom).

Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started.  Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all.  What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started.  Has this feature been removed?  I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature.  Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room!  Thank you!

HiToday when I enter my email (at gmail.com) and my password trying to sing in with my Apple ID, I can see that the web page accept my password, but then, it redirects me to the sing in page again (instead of my account page). What's going on?

I just added a license and a new admin user to my account.  Do I have to set up their meetings as owner or can they do their own?

I have never heard of this / seen this one before.  A board member is using a plug-in camera with a desktop, Logitech brand (I do not know the model # yet).  It was working for him until about November (and this being for other platforms too - not just Zoom). At some point, he explains, it stopped sending his video to others in a call. It is not covered, and he can see himself in his square, but they can't see him!  Testing using zoom.us/test to check his mic, speaker and camera, everything looks right. But join a meeting, his video square is just blank/black.  Permissions are in place to allow apps to use the camera. But then weirdest thing - today with some testing, he discovers that when in White Board mode, or in Screen Sharing mode (someone else sharing), suddenly, they can see him! I walked him through removing the device drivers entirely, then plugging it back in to auto-detect. I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

Hi all, \has anyone encountered no video on zoom lately? I am pretty tech savvy and I cant figure out why there is no host video on my zoom when I am the host. I teach online and it annoying the student s cant see you.my Czur document share I working fine, and I checked my Mac camera and its working fine too.any help will be appreciated.  

For the last few weeks, nobody else in my Zoom meetings has been able to edit the whiteboards that I share. The toolbar doesn't show up for them, so they can view the whiteboard, but they can't make marks or changes on it. I see this setting in my Zoom account for "access level" is grayed out for some reason and can't be changed to allow everyone to  be an editor. How do I fix this? 

I currently use Zoom as my remote platform when hosting podcast guests. I am in my studio with multiple local cameras and I record (and save) the Zoom feed of the guest. When I "pin" the guest on my monitor, and then go full screen, I only "see" the guest. But my recording changes to whomever the active speaker is or it will do gallery, or side by side. I want to PIN the camera to a single person - and no matter who is speaking, I want the recording to remain on that PINNED person. I can get a dedicated audio file from each person but I cannot figure out how to get a dedicated video file. Thank you in advance

Every time I start a meeting lately a dialogue box saying "installing updates" appears.  The little progress green light at the bottom of the box stalls and does not complete even if I wait a long time.  I have had to simply move this box to the bottom of my screen and go on with the meeting.  But now I have a dozen or more of these boxes at the bottom of my screen even when I'm not on zoom and can't delete them and they keep coming every new meeting.  What to do?????Thanks 🙂Andrew

Every time I open Zoom, an up installing updates window pops up and there is no way to remove it. It does not update my Zoom. It stays at the same spot for days, and I can only remove it by restarting my Mac. I tried to update my Zoom through the homepage (through the check for updates) and the same exact problem occurred. How do I update my Zoom without this problem coming up?

I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839  However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.

When I try to upload a .mov video file created by my iPhone, I get a "Unsupported format. Please upload a different file." message with the option to "Choose Another Video." Surely iPhone videos are supported. Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

Can anyone help me out here? I can't seem to record my meetings in gallery view. Even though I'm doing them in gallery view te whole time, it records in speaker view 😞 I looked in the settings for recording, but I can't find it anywhere. 

My beats fit pro doesn't work with zoom. I can only choose Beats Stereo audio OR the beats microphone. Otherwise one works and the other doesn't work.  Is this as intended?

Just updated to the newest version of Zoom. When I attempt to start the software, it quickly pegs one of my CPU cores and one of the Zoom processes proceeds to fill my entire available RAM with 20+ GB of random data, before the program crashes without ever starting. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling; I tried uninstalling the client from the website and instead downloading the flatpack version from the Mint software store; both do the same thing.

I am the Admin on an account and we have two available Zoom One licenses. I do not have an Add user button on the USer screen.  I have the Export option on the right, but no Import nor Add User.  

I wish to schedule a 'family' Zoom meeting, with 8 participants, but it will last longer than the 40 minutes allowed by the basic membership.In selecting the number of 'Users' in the Zoom One Pro package, must I enter 8 when selecting the number of users? Or, do I only select 1 for myself as the admin for the meeting? (All other participants are Basic Zoom members.)Thank you for your guidance!

Hi I can't unlock the companion. I'm logged in as the owner but all I see if 'locked by admin'. I've tried everything suggested in the thread I found on this topic (another browser, incognito window, restart) but I get the same thing every time.What am i missing?
