I'm hosting a meeting but do not want to be on call -- is there a setting to change so that participants can be on call without host being on? 

Hi, We are looking to enable Zoom Companion for the whole company, but we don't manage to figure out our way to govern it. Is there a way to export the companion data that was sent to the AI providers and the one that is brought back by the models to any type of SIEM solution?  Thanks, Os 

We have a Webinar account but low registration for an event so I want to convert the Webinar to a Meeting just before start time. Will Waiting Room be enabled? (It is in my Meeting Settings.) Anything else I should be concerned about? (other cautions?) Thank you!

Hi All, I'm hoping someone can share some guidance and best practices that I can share with meeting attendees who are experiencing low bandwidth/poor video & audio quality. When hosting virtual events on Zoom, I will occasionally receive inquiries from attendees that the video/audio is cutting out. These appear to be isolated cases on the attendees' side, not a more widespread issue (e.g., low bandwidth on the side of the host). We suspect this is the case because these are meetings with large numbers of attendees with only 1 or 2 people occasionally raising concerns about low audio quality (e.g., sound cutting out). Generally, the guidance that we give in these situations is to recommend that meeting attendees leave and then rejoin the meeting; or ensure that they have the most up-to-date version of Zoom downloaded. Are there other best practices that you would advise users on how to improve audio/video quality on their end?  Other than recommending t

I inadvertently deleted a user without transferring data to another in the process (we were short on licenses so I had to delete them before adding the new ones staff wanted, plus I wasn't asked to keep anything...). I've lodged several tickets (they just get closed) and tried the online web chat - apparently our $1000s we spend per year are not enough to get any support from a human being, other than self-help. No wonder Teams is taking market share! Anyway, does anyone know how to undelete a user, or at least change the ownership on all their previously created meetings, without the user existing any longer & therefore not being able to log in as them...? Can I override the ownership as an admin somehow to allocate to a new user/owner? Thank you!

Hi is there a way to change the term "Busy" to 'Occupied" on the Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display ? Image 

This is very strange.  When I try to join a meeting, Zoom enters full-screen mode and tells me to "pair with a controller".  But I'm just on my desktop (Mac) at home, and I don't have Rooms at all (not that I know of). I can join from the browser, but that has its own issues.  Any idea how to avoid this?

Hi, When I record meetings (local recording), Zoom creats a file named "Recording.conf" in the meeting folder.It seems like a JSON file containing some info about the meeting, but what is it for? Is this something I can delete once I confirm all necessary recording files are fine?Thanks,Rie

I did a short test record for an interview. I then check the file to transcode it. it worked. I then on the same call started recording a longer 45 miniute interview and at the end I went through the usual steps, but now in the folder, even though the xzoom file is timestamped with the time i finsihed the interview, and the .zoom file is the right data size for the whole interview, when i click on it it only shows me that short section from the test. Has this happened to anyone? I'm very desperate to see how to fix this, I feel like the data is there but its only opening the portion from when i did the short test record.

Earlier versions of Zoom it was easy to make changes.  All I want to do is change the location of my local saves.  Everything online is years old. Can you put me out of my misery?  Lord they make things hard. 

I recently switched from Calendly to Zoom Scheduler.  I really LOVE how on Calendly I can include my Company logo.  I can't seem to find how to included my logo so when the customer receives the text they see our LOGO on the text instead of the very LOOOOONGGGGG URL.  I am a small business - by the way - and branding goes a very long way with our prospects and customers.  I switched because I wanted to streamline all the Apps I'm using for the business.  It just makes sense.

In Zoom Web, the time in meetings are correct. But when I check it in Zoom App, meeting from March to Novemner shows 1 hour early (Maybe because of DST). Computer local time is correct and set to Eastern Time.

Hello everyone! I am having a problem with the option "Lock Settings" on a Zoom Room. I need to disable the passcode to access System Settings, Reboot and Sign Out options. I already disabled the "Lock Settings" option, but when the system is restarted, the option enables itself back again. Is there a way to completely disable the necessity to use the Room Passcode to access these options?

I remember during Zoomtopia seeing slides cycle through for a Zoom Learning Center (I think??) coming later in 2021.  Is there anymore information on that anyplace?  How do we sign up, what courses/tracks/programs are offered, etc.  I did the 5 Zoom Learning Academy tracks already, this sounded like something different. Thank You.

Greetings. Need to know if there's a way to show a zoom meeting using the Yealink Meetbar A30 in portrait mode without having to connect a PC. Using 2 TCL 55" screen TV's (with Roku TV) in our meeting room. If anyone has any idea on how to make this work. TV's are a bit too big for the area so I was planning on rotating them 90 degrees to be in portrait, thus, I want the system to recognize the orientation when we do our zoom meetings.  Thanks for any and all alternatives/options you may provide

We currently use an answering service to take calls whenever our main reception is unable to answer. At the moment, we are having the issue where internal calls to reception that don't get answered are then being forwarded to this answering service, which is then charging us for these calls. Is there any way to setup different overflow handling for internal vs external calls, so that say any internal calls go to voicemail or disconnect when not answered, and external calls can overflow to the answering service?

Is there a way to play "waiting room music", ideally using the integrated Zoom music app? It would be great to set the tone for a meeting this way.

Meeting Summary was turned on automatically for my meeting.  Recording was turned on manually a few minutes after the meeting started.  I've received an email telling me how to access the video, audio and chat for the meeting.  AI Companion "catch up" did work during the meeting.  It is now more than an hour since the meeting ended.  I see where to access the summary, https://us02web.zoom.us/user/meeting/summary#/list, but it is grayed out.   Is a delay in generating the summary normal?  Should I expect it to show up eventually?

It will be great to have the option to send "schedule message" when the participant is "available".

I want to stop synchronizing my Google Calendar with Zoom to stop receiving calendar notifications through the Zoom app. But on the web portal, when I access Settings > Calendar, it shows a blank page. I already reloaded it, but it never works. Can you help me?   PS: I am the admin, and calendar integration is not active. See attached images.

I have moved to a new position in the marketing department. We had zoom integration for webinars and it did not work for our needs. We have since moved to Zoom Event meetings and the sync is not working within Salesforce to integrate Zoom meetings. I am really struggling and would like some help.
