My business runs on the ability for two or more participants to write on the white board at the same time. Since the update, all I get is a dysfunctional white board that I can't share with anyone. The the Bot is very dumb and can't help with any questions. In the not so distant past, I could use the share screen and click on the board, but now.. I get a one way board that won't erase or allow for any writing. I run the business exclusively on iPads and a MacBook Pro. They have worked well in the past. How do I make tis work?

I see there is new AI language in the terms & agreements. How does that impact the HIPPA compliance considerations? How does the AI ignore the PHI? I haven't been able to get int touch with actual support, but would need a legal answer on this from Zoom.

Hello, I have a Zoom Pro account and I need to do a recorded Zoom session in which I moderate a discussion between two people. How can I make sure that the recording shows all three of us in HD (i.e. 720p)? I found a page on the Zoom support menu that said that for 3 or more participants, I need ‘Group HD enabled’. How exactly do I enable Group HD? What is a group? Do I need to create one and put the two participants in it?There will be some times when I want just the speaker full screen, some times with the two participants and some times gallery view with all three of us. 

Hey community, I am a web developer and have a customer using Zoom for Webinars (so pays for the service). I am developing an private marketplace app for that customer using the Webinar API. The problem I have is the license. I need to use the customer account to create the app because I don't have a payed Zoom Webinar license account for myself. Here is my question now: Is there a way to a sort of create a sub account / additional administrator account to the main account of my customer so that I can work independently from them? Their account is secured by a secure code via email and I don't want to ask day by day. Thank you.

I need help on how to send personalized Zoom webinar links to registrants upon registration instead of sending them a generic zoom link (registration zoom link) Sample uniques link has something like this: &sessionId=2ac8e203-a4d7-4fb2-92c6-b3e983b3dccb&trigger_link=9OIbXVqNt2klBKOYuVUz#successAnd it's already embedded in the email automatically.  Can help me figure this one out? We are using Zoom's closed captioning to transcribe our meetings and the transcript is saved to our local drive. Is there any available resource which provides an overview of how the live transcription service works and the security. We are concerned on data security.

we use vmix as camera input for zoom. unfortunately, zoom then optimizes much too aggressively, so that the output quality for the webinar participants is poor. is there anything you can do to make the quality better. thank you.

Hi, can people still hear you if you are unmuted but someone else is still talking? I didn't realize I was unmuted in a meeting I had with many people, until I checked the chat and saw the mic not crossed out. Does this mean people can still hear you? I think I was connected 'using the computer audio'

Hi there,For an external livestream with around 1500 viewers, I would like to open a webinar for the questions and some contributions.There will probably be a maximum of 50 participants in this webinar. However, I would like to send the registration mail with a personal invitation link to all the 1500 people (via CSV import). My plan allows 500 participants.Is this possible?

I recorded a meeting and now when I go to view the meeting it says I can only view or download from the computer it was recorded on. I only have one computer so I am not sure why I am getting this error message. It then prompts me to log in to my account, however, I am already logged in. 

Under Windows it is easy to hide the (annoying) control bar that appears with screen sharing.  In the Linux version (V. 5.7.6, running under MX Linux ) the drop-down menu for that bar does not include the option to hide the (annoying) control bar. I found that I can put it at the bottom, which helps, but it still covers part of my slides.  The keyboard shortcut does meant for hiding the (annoying) control bar does not work.    Any idea how I could get rid of the (annoying) control bar?

Greetings.  I'm wondering if, with one paid Zoom account, I can assign users who could then host meetings while I am hosting a meeting as the admin on that same paid Zoom account (at the same time).  Is that possible?

Hello, We are facing a difficulty with the Whiteboard application. We created a whiteboard into our account with differents elements that we'd like to share with the participants to our meeting, while they are spread OUT into the different break out rooms.  The objective is for them to have access and be able to edit the whiteboard from the different break out rooms.But it seems that they can only create a new whiteboard within the break out room, the cannot use the one already created by our organisation. The participants are not part of our organisation and we cannot share our account with them.We would like to know if this is possible to share and edit a prepared whiteboard from the break out rooms ? and if so, which instructions should we follow ? Thank you so much in advance, CartONG

I would like to inquire about the necessity of purchasing a premium account for Ukrainian users. Specifically, does Zoom require users in Ukraine to pay for a premium account if their conferences extend beyond the 40-minute limit?Secondly, my colleagues and I have encountered recurring technical issues while using Zoom, particularly during conferences where we serve as organizers. At random intervals, we experience sudden disconnections from Zoom. During these occurrences, the screen darkens, and the only resolution seems to be forcibly closing Zoom tasks in Windows or rebooting our PCs and then rejoining the conference. These interruptions significantly disrupt the flow of our meetings and hamper our productivity.Could you please provide guidance on both matters? I have been providing online language lessons for years, but recently a peculiar issue occurred. One of my students is unable to show himself to me, even though his webcam functions normally in other Zoom meetings.He tried starting a Zoom session with his girlfriend, and they could both see each other just fine. He seems to be the other person I am unable to see in class even though I can see my other students without a problem.He expressed his concern saying that being able to show his face would allow us to have better interaction, with which I fully agree.What could be some steps for him and/or me to take to address the issue?Thank you.

I set up a pro version allowing for 1000 participants. When joining by computer or iphone or tablet to zoom via username and password, I’m successful.However, when trying to dial in by phone it says:“This meeting does not allow phone dial in”.Please, what am I supposed to do to allow? I went through the set up procedure with no success. Also, what number do I put in third party audio?Username. Or both username and password, or neither?

Question-If you invite invitees to start a webinar at 2pm and you want your panelists to join a practice session at 1:30pm, how do you set up the time properly in the invitation?

When I finished my meeting I got an error message to say the recording failed to convert because a previous recording was still converting. I realised that I had forgotten to select a location for the recording of my previous meeting, so that dialogue box was still open. The error message said I could go to meetings > recordings to manually convert the recording. But I can't find that. On the app, I can go to meetings > recordings, but it only shows a few old meetings.

Curious if it's possible to send the Interpretation window to its own display or a multiview in a Zoom Room.

I have a weekly meeting at the same time each Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  However, on the first Wednesday of the month this meeting is not held due to a conflicted meeting.  Does anyone know of a way to create a recurring meeting but remove just the first Wednesday of each month?  Thank you.

During a webinar there is a box of our host login that gets displayed on the screen covering the webinar content.  How do we get rid of it?  Have tried everything.
