We are a theatre company that's using Zoom in order to rehearse scenes from a play. There are times when two actors will be speaking at the same time and are supposed to overlap one another. The default audio settings in Zoom will prioritize one person's audio so that the second, overlapping person's audio can not be heard. Is there a setting in Audio Settings that enables overlapping audio? Is it "Original sound for musicians"? Or is it "Live performance audio"? The various actors will be in their homes, which are sometimes a little noisy, so it'd be ideal if the default automatic noise cancellation tools that are part of Zoom are not affected.

Our default calendar is configured for Google Calendar since the majority of our users utilize it. However, as we've onboarded a subset of users from our partner organization, it's worth noting that they primarily utilize Office 365 Calendar. Considering this, we're exploring options to enable certain users to configure Calendar Synchronization with calendars other than the default - any advice 

I often host Zoom meetings with attendees where the attendees are not tech-savvy at all. They can click and join a Zoom link but that's about it. Sometimes the attendees's microphone options are not set right (too low, for example). With the attendees permission/approval, I want to be able to adjust their Zoom microphone options. I have tried using the "Support --> Request desktop control" of that person's computer (with their permission/approval). When they have given approval for me to do Desktop Support, the Desktop of their computer appears, but I can't access the Zoom client itself. I tried clicking on the Zoom client at the bottom of the screen but it does not bring up the Zoom client itself. anyone know if this is even possible, to be able to access the Zoom client to modify the microphone setting (increasing input level), even while the Zoom meeting is running?

Hello--I'm trying to find the total participants for  a past meeting. I have a licensed account. I've found these directions:1. Sign in to Zoom from your web browser.2. Click on “Reports” from the left menu.3. Click “Usage.” I don't see 'usage' after step 2. I see: Usage Reports or User Activity reports.If I click for 'daily' reports, it gives me the total number of participants for all meetings. How do I specify one particular meeting? Thanks in advance for any help!

When looking at my meeting, I can click “view” under Manage Registrants see that I have 8 registrants. However, it only lists their Name, Email, and registration date. In the registration form, I have asked for more information. So, how do I generate Report that shows the 8 registrants, First name, Last name, Organization, Job title, and answers to the custom question I created?I have already tried going through Account Management > Reports > Generate Report. Still, the CSV file only comes up with “First Name, Last Name, Email, Registration Time, Approval Status, City, Organization, Job Title,” but it doesn’t include the custom question I created. It doesn’t actually list the 8 people registered.What am I doing wrong?

If I am hosting a zoom meeting, can I allow two or more remote attendees simultaneous remote control of my desktop?  I realize only one would be able to move the mouse at once, but can two alternate control of my desktop?  Other vendors support this capability, does Zoom?

I have a question about the Zoom Dashboard.I would like to view a bar chart in the Zoom Dashboard in JST(Japan Standard Time) instead of UTC.Could I change timezone of the Zoom Dashboard?

Is there any way to disable the upgrade prompt in the Linux client? When a new release is available directly from the Zoom website a prompt is displayed in the client saying "A new version is available! Update" Our users all use Ubuntu 22.04 and have Zoom installed from the Ubuntu repository through the package manager. If users click on the prompt within Zoom they can select their Linux type and download the new release from the Zoom website. When they install the .deb file they have downloaded from the Zoom website a second version of Zoom is installed alongside the existing one. Is there any way to disable the upgrade prompt from within our account settings?

I have just drawn out a Zoom Webinar report but the numbers are confusing and we could not find any info. regarding it across Zoom. QNS:1) What is the difference between max concurrent views, total user, and unique viewers per webinar? 2) Are audio-dial in users included in the total count of Max users set for the zoom? (example 500.) 3) What happens to people who cannot join the call as the call is maxed out? Are they placed in the zoom lobby? Thank you.

Hi Everyone, I created a shared line group on my account. I want to add members to the account but whenever I try to add the members, this error shows up "Extension 809 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan." Although the user has a pro license and a Zoom phone license, any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

Afternoon all, We are looking into solutions for screen sharing, and are considering zoom. Our agents often call the clients, and use programs to share the screen, the problem is that it gives too much access (either to the client, or the agent). We want that the host can only share specific applications, or some restriction here. We don't want them to connect to a clients computer, and see their browser, in case their emails are open for security reasons. If we could limit them connecting to our application, then it would solve a lot of security problems. Is this something that is possible with zoom? Can an admin restrict the things hosts can share? Thanks, 

How does one obtain a post-meeting participant list?  I am a licensed user and was the meeting host. 

I use paid Zoom so that it is HIPAA compliant. However, despite repeated e-mails for the last month, I cannot get in touch with the Sales team to sign a BAA (which I was told is who I need to contact after first trying a Support ticket).  Has anyone ever just not heard back from Zoom about something so important?  Do I need to cancel my account and start a new one to get the attention of the sales team? Any ideas or help here?

Is it possible to start pre-produced videos at certain times without me being at the PC at the same time? For example if I go on vacation and every day during this time I would like to have a video run automatically in the morning, at noon and in the evening?

I had apparently started a message within a channel, but never finished it.  Now the Channel name shows [Draft] after it.  However, I can't find the draft message to delete or send it.  How can I find this message and remove the Draft notation?

I have had a basic Zoom account for years.  Recently, a Zoom One Pro plan for a non-profit I work with was transferred to my email account.  I thought I had followed all the steps.  When I log into Zoom I see that the One Pro plan is there with correct billing information.  However, when I go to schedule a meeting it is only using the basic 40 minute session. Help please

I have not using zoom for a while, I have the free account. Is there a way I can make sure I have the updated version? I already clicked on my profile picture as it says... but I don't have the options *updating my account.I just have -plans and billing -add account -sign out... that's all I also read that it upgrades on it's own, but is there a way I could check that it has been done? thank you!

I recently got a new laptop running Windows 11 rather than Windows 10 on my old laptop. Now I am getting complaints from others that, for the first time, my sound is slightly behind my video on Zoom Meetings. My guess is that it's probably a Windows 11 setting but there are so many to choose from. Has anyone had a similar problem and, if so, how do I fix this? (I tried getting a separate microphone but that made no difference so the mic is being returned tomorrow.) I am on a fast broadband connection so I don't think that's the issue either and all my drivers (mic, and camera) are the latest available (as is my version of Zoom).

Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started.  Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all.  What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started.  Has this feature been removed?  I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature.  Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room!  Thank you!

HiToday when I enter my email (at gmail.com) and my password trying to sing in with my Apple ID, I can see that the web page accept my password, but then, it redirects me to the sing in page again (instead of my account page). What's going on?
