I am planning a two day zoom class, can i pause for a 30 min lunch break, or would it be better to schedule a morning and an afternoon session, I am planning on sharing the recording with my student after the event.Thank you 

I have a Basic account and want to add a viral backgroud, but I am not able to adjust the video.  I believe it may be that I am not an administrator on my account, but I am the only person on my account.  Please advise. 

Hi! I have an iPad Pro M1 chip with iPadOs 16.2. When I connect an external monitor, the camera does NOT rotate in landscape mode (in the external monitor). I've tried all the possible settings in the iPad and the Zoom meeting app, without success.  I saw this guy's video ( https://youtu.be/dWMjpN4YILw ) where apparently the camera rotation works for him with google meet, but I've tried and also, Skype, Teams, Zoom, among other video meeting apps with the same camera rotation issue across all of them!!! Also it would be awesome that when you share the iPad screen during a Zoom meeting, you could see in the external monitor the other person in full size video, not small square in the bottom right corner! Please Zoom developers, fix and implement this!!!

I have another account that I use for work. When setting it up, I accidentally chose to have it be an educator's account. I am locked out of the account and cannot do anything until it is verified, but there is no way to verify it. I need to find a way to log into the account so that I can delete it. I'm stuck in a loop. 

I have a red exclamation point (!) on my microphone and it states to test my microphone. I'm testing the microphone in settings. According to the bars, it is being picked up but I can't hear anything. Sound is on.  Can the others on Zoom hear me despite my microphone acting up? I'm on the latest version of Zoom (Zoom 5.17.2 on Windows 11 iirc)

We switched to Zoom phone a few months ago, a few hundred users. Our onboarding/offboarding team is looking for a way to find out what auto receptionists/ivr's a user is connected to.We can see membership for Call Queues in the admin console, but we don't see a way to find out what auto receptionists they are listed in.This is a problem as when they are deleting an outgoing staff person, if that person is part of a AR/IVR, it just breaks the IVR (there is no warning to our admin, any IVR they are listed in will just now be like "Press 1 for BLANK")We know we can go through all AR/IVR's one by one looking for someone, but thats not feasible with dozens of ARs.Our old phone system had a button to show all references to the user, but we can't find an equivalent in Zoom.Are we missing something or does this just not exist? Thanks in advance. 

Hello, I have a licensed education account, and I've linked it to Calendly so students can set up meetings with me at their convenience.  It used to be that all of these one-time meetings had the same link (my personal meeting ID), but now, each new appointment has a different meeting ID. How can I return to automatically generating meetings using my personal meeting ID (on the user end, not my end)?

WE HAVE 4 LICENSE, ONLY 1 WAS ENABLED YET ZOOM KEEP ON SENDING ERROR NOTIFICATION "EXCEEDED THE LIMIT OF USERS" . WE CAN'T ASSIGN THE OTHER 3 LICENSES. WE NEED HELP ASAP!!

I am having a problem with the microphone suddenly not working on a Zoom call, it used to work fine now it doesn’t. I’ve completed all the trouble-shooting tasks that Zoom suggest, and it works if I do a test, and it also work on other applications, so I know it’s not my device (IPad pro)  but its still not working. I can use headphones to use the microphone, but I don’t want to use headphones all the time. Can anyone help?

Greetings! When joining a meeting, Zoom will not allow me to use my default microphone. It automatically wants me to use my computer audio. I have checked all settings in the "Audio" section, and everything seems to work fine. I even ran the audio check, and I got the message that everything was working correctly. Regardless, Zoom only allows me to use my computer audio and not my default microphone. I have tried every single thing: checking Microsoft audio settings, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, etc. Noh

I have a portion from an interview I need to include in my 2 minute clip. The interview was done via zoom but was not saved. I emailed clip to a friend and can access it that way, but not sure how to save back to my zoom file, edit it and use the edited portion in the clip. Thanks

I'm running a big and important meeting next week that will require me to do some things on Zoom that I haven't done before, so I set up a dry-run this afternoon.  I set up a meeting with the same set-up as the big meeting next week and surrounded myself with my iPhone (which will be used for hosting), and then a Windows 11 desktop, a Windows 11 laptop, and an iPad, which would stand in for people joining the meeting.  I used the Zoom-generated passcode for the meeting and sent myself an email with the link to the meeting.  To my surprise, when I clicked the link from the desktop, laptop, and iPad, it requested that the meeting passcode be entered before it allowed me to join the meeting.  I confirmed that in my settings, the "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" is turned on, so I'm baffled as to why that happened, but I'm willing to assume that it was some sort of user error. Here's the question:  I need to know whether the link for next wee

HD video (720p) will be activated for 2 participants or when a Zoom Room or Conference Room Connector joins a group meeting. HD video (1080p) will only be activated for selective use cases such as large-format broadcast events. " So if you have a payed account and you are more than 3 people, you wont get/send HD video? Best regardsLars

Is there a way of moving between the shared whiteboard and a shared powerpoint presentation, WITHOUT going back to the meeting (ie screen of participants) and then having to share the powerpoint presentation again?  Eg four slides into a presentation, I want to open up the whiteboard to take some points, and then return to the presentation.  But whatever I try to stop the whiteboard, it takes me out of shared screen completely.  Is there a way around this? 

We are running a two-day event (5 hours each day) via Zoom sessions, with a 500 max attendee limit. As we've set it up as a recurring webinar, is the 500 max for the two days or for each day (so 1000 people can register) - 500 each day)? Thanks!

In 'choose email service' window (after clicking Invite), the default email used to open my Mac  email service/app. It seems that after signing in with a different account, the default email service is now opening in outlook. After going back to my original account that used to open the default email on my Mac email app, it still reverts to the outlook app! How can I change/assign which email app I want the default email to open with?

Hello, I’m having a really hard time with zoom. I’m trying to have meetings on my new iPad Pro but I can’t figure out how to rotate the camera so that it doesn’t look like I’m looking in another direction. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

We've merged with another company, but are keeping the one phone number intact. I've recently ported the number to zoom and I want to create the ability to have our main number and the merged companies number with it's own extensions. I enabled multiple site and created a new site. When I try to assign the ported number the the new site, it doesn't allow me to accept the change (although it the new site shows it in the list). What am I missing or doing incorrectly here? Thanks,

Under meeting options is a control labeled "Allow registrants to join from multiple devices."  Is this setting referring to a single user connecting to a meeting from multiple devices simultaneously?
