Reinstalling the program may fix this problem''  What can I do to fix this I really need Zoom I have meetings I have to attend as soon as possible. Please advise. Thank you

When I make a call to my friend in another country, I hear well and with complete clarity, but my voice is not consistent. Sometimes it is clear and sometimes it is not, but my friend’s voice is always very clear. Is there a solution to this problem? my phone is oppo reno 5zoom version .. last version on googel play

Discussion group will take place with 10 or more members being in person as a group all together and 5 or more will be  joining the zoom from all different locations.  Can all this be done successfully? If so, please provide the steps needed  to get the best experience for all involved? My concerns are audio feedback from the group in 1 location on their own devices and the capability of zoom transmission from same location.

Hello, I have 3 different professional accounts from  2 different organizations and I get very frustrated as my Zoom client won't save my credentials (emails and passwords). I use strong passwords that are too difficult and long to type. That's really frustrating and I am loosing time. Why Zoom isn't proposing the different emails accounts and pw as other apps do ? Hi,I have a Zoom One Pro plan and saw the add-on for scheduler when it was launched, so decided to try it for a month. I subscribed for a month, (it says "subscription period monthly") but it didn't have the features I thought it did, so hit "cancel plan" It won't let me cancel the scheduler add-on and says: "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions." I tried contacting zoom, with zero response and also saw that this topic has been posted before with no responses from zoom. Unless I cancel my credit card, within two days it will automatically hit my credit card Having a monthly suscription plan for add-ons and not being able to cancel them at the end of the month is a scam. Any thoughts on how to cancel the scheduler add-on subscription? Thanks, Rod    

I have a free account with my primary email address, yet I have found recurring charges of $17.05/month. I have two other email addresses that are not recognized by Zoom, and I cannot get a live person to help me resolve this since my free account does not offer live support. Any thoughts?

I see several posts on how to move an existing local recording to the cloud but I can't find any that discuss moving an existing recording to a local drive.  When I select "Move Location" it just gives me a drop down list of countries.  Is there any way to move a recording to my local drive?

Hello Does anyone know why someone can join my meeting before me and start recording?Today, someone also joined a meeting that I had on the 18th.I have selected disable join before the meeting I can't see where to attach screenshots here!I'd love your advicethanks 

Trying to find out how to view my chat history and meetings I have attended has not been successful, apparently you can't do this on a 'free plan'. There isn't a place where I can see my mentions or chat history once it's closed? It is also hard to submit a ticket with my account when it just gets closed a few minutes later for not having the correct email address when I am literally using the account I signed in with. I'm struggling with zoom honestly, any help or advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

How can I be a Co-Host (I have Basic Zoom) on a webinar that another authorized user (she is Pro level) set up?She established meeting links for monthly webinars. And she said she wasn't able to make me a Co-Host...?Can this be set up from her end?  Or do I have to upgrade to Pro from Basic to be able to be a Co-Host on her link? Thanks!Robin

Zoom phone is setup for voicemail, but no voicemails are happening. Its disconnecting, saying you couldn't be connected after ringing. This is happening on all phones on our account.  In other words when anyone calls our Zoom numbers, they cannot leave a voicemail. This is across our entire account. I've shared my personal settings below.   

We just got off a meeting which we recorded but now cannot locate a recording.... It is not on local drive or on cloud. I was the meeting creator however I made another colleague the host who hit record. We got all the verbal and visual confirmations that the meeting recorded. Yet once the meeting ended I didn't get the usual email or notification about recording. 

A couple of years ago I discovered the option to auto close breakout rooms. Since the first time I used this option, all my breakout rooms in all my meetings are automatically set to auto close after 15 minutes. This is true even for new meetings. It also happens in recurring meetings even if I turned off auto close during a previous meeting time. How can I get this option to be off by default? It is causing all kinds of problems since I have to remember to turn it off every time I start breakout rooms and I don't always remember.

Im getting married saturday and want to send zoom link to people that can not make it and being that its my accout the bride will i have to assign a host to start and run the meeting.

Whenever I attend online classes or meetings via Zoom on my 8GB RAM laptop, I encounter significant problems with video calling quality. The video often appears pixelated, freezes intermittently, and sometimes even disconnects altogether, disrupting my learning experience. I've tried troubleshooting the problem on my own by checking my internet connection, updating Zoom to the latest version, and adjusting various settings within the application. However, none of these efforts seem to have made a noticeable improvement. Given that my laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Zoom and has 8GB of RAM, I'm puzzled as to why I'm encountering such poor performance during video calls. Hello everyone.  On several Zoom meetings that I have attended, I have noticed that they have customized the "Waiting for host to start meeting" screen.  This is NOT the same as doing custom waiting room messages.  This is the screen you see when you are waiting to be admitted to the meeting.  The customization is basic information about the meeting, etc.  Does anyone know how to do this?  One group that know is in need as they want to alert people to the time change between the US and Europe.

The meeting participants can't edit anything and when I tried to change the settings I get the message that the "admin has disabled this setting". I am the admin, it's my paid account. Hi,in Microsoft Teams I have a nice little feature with which I can open the shared presentation in a new window (standard is the main screen), so that I can see all people I talk to in one window and the presentation in another window.Do I find an option to do so in Zoom too?Thank you very much for your support,Juergen

Hi,When I share a whiteboard to the participants (meeting), they can't edit it. They can only watch it.I check the settings and allowed participants to share and so on.But there is a setting which is in gray and maybe it is in connection with my problem (see screenshots). Can you help me ?I have a Zoom One Pro.Thanks in advance

I am hosting a webinar and our plan covers 500 participant capacity. We are recording the webinar and plan to share the recording after. Is there a limit on how many people we can share the recording with (i.e. can more than 500 people have access to the recording)? Or a limit on how many times people can watch it? 

Hi all,Following @Vinnie's feedback here.I was wondering if someone found a guidebook regarding the basics of ATA's in a ZP (Zoom Phone) environment. As a green newbie to ATA's, I have been hitting roadblocks with this.We have a few MP114 that have been working perfectly with our previous IP-PBX. It's a pretty basic setup: three door panels connected to one MP114.I got the ATA to connect to ZP (showing as online), but I have no idea how to continue from here. What's even more embarrassing is that I have no idea if I should continue from the ATA's web interface, or can we handle everything from ZP.I can continue to ask embarrassing questions, such as: do we need to configure anything on the analog device itself (a door panel). I hope the answer to this last question is "no", as we have such panels spread across the country and it'll be a pain to configure them all one by one.Lastly, is this connected in any way to CAP (Common Area Phone)? I mean, do we need to configure each s
