I have two different Bluetooth headsets, and for both of them if I set the Zoom microphone to be the Bluetooth mic (either directly or "Same as System"), then the audio does not play through the BT headphones (nor the computer speakers). The only way I've found to have the Zoom audio go through the Bluetooth headphones is to set the Zoom mic to be the one from my computer. Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution so you can use both the mic and the headphones for Bluetooth headsets? I'm running Zoom on Windows 10, on a Surface Pro 7.

Is it possible to know/track, for your Zoom recording, WHO viewed it in  your account

For a Webinar that we had scheduled in my organization using Zoom, user email addresses were not captured in the Attendee report and the Poll report. Wanted to understand why this could happen. Anyone who has seen this behavior?

A company wishes to use Zoom Rooms but has some unique, important security considerations. Today, the company has a PC in each conference room. Their process is for someone to logon to the PC and share content from their profile. This has both security and operational issues. However, they are reluctant to adopt Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms because both the invite list as well as the shared content must be kept 100% secure. Today, this is achieved by having a meeting organizer logon to the conference room PC and they logout after. Next conference room attendee has no ability to see the attendee list or shared content from prior meetings. Does Zoom Rooms have any capability to protect this content, limiting it to only the meeting organizer and\or attendees but no one else?

When using the timer, are participants able to hear the audio alarm? Can it be muted.

I have a Logitech C920 webcam and have turned off the autofocus on the Logitech app already. Only when im on zoom, my webcam and my stock macbook camera is autofocused and when I use any other app that uses my cameras on my computer, the autofocus is turned off... I cannot seem to turn off the autofocus feature on zoom.Please can someone help me?

HiI am having issues from my VC when I dial into someone else's zoom from my VC, it comes up saying the zoom I am entering doesn't have a licence. But I have a licence for VC so I thought I should be able to use anyone's zoom and it connect to my VC requirements?I understand them not being able to access VC zoom if they don't have a licence but I should be able too? Anyone else has this problem or know how to fix?

Hey there. So, I am fairly Zoom-savvy and just need a simple question answered (which, strangely, seems to be very challenging for Zoom). Suddenly, and without warning, the preview box stopped coming up before starting my meetings. I like to be able to see what my hair is doing before the room opens. And it was working fine until a couple of days ago. I have gone into all of the settings. The box is checked for that feature to work. I have signed out, re-started, un-clicked and re-clicked, and I have even asked my laptop (sweetly) to cooperate with me. No luck. So, forum, can anyone help with this? (understanding that I may never see the response because they make everything so much more complicated than it needs to be. Please try anyway. Thanks!).

Hi there,  I want to set up an interpreter for an upcoming meeting to offer the meeting in Cree. None of the Indigenous languages of North America are listed on the target language drop down menu. Nor is there a listing for "other" - which you could then label yourself. How do I set up an interpreter for a language that's not listed?

Hello, I edited my webinar settings to "enable a practice session." I had already sent out the registration link and people have registered. Will editing the webinar settings to include a practice session affect the registration link or those who have already registered? I.e. do I need to send out another registration link for those to re-register for?  Thanks for your help! 

In an organization with multiple team members managing a webinar, is it OK for everyone to join using the main account used to host the webinar? Or would that create issues? I think it's easier than making everyone panelists and then promoting them to co-hosts.

Hello, I've been effectively utilizing Zoom for meetings.To conduct meetings more efficiently, I need a way to monitor in real time who speaks and for how long during the meeting.Given that Zoom has the functionality to focus on the speaker, it seems plausible that there could also be a feature to track speaking time. Is there already such a feature available, or is there any plan to develop it in the future?I want to enable meeting participants to see how many minutes they and others have used for speaking, allowing them to adjust their own speaking time accordingly.

Hello, when I schedule a recurring meeting, the option "no specific time" is no longer displayed. I can only select "daily, weekly, monthly". A few days ago I still had a meeting scheduled and could select "no specific time". Has Zoom removed this feature?

Hi, I attended a zoom meeting. Started recording with the host's permission. Then i didnt get a chance to hit stop recording, the meeting just ended. When i checked the meeting folder, (Documents/Zoom/<meeting_name>/) i see "double_click_to_convert01.zoom" but double_click_to_convert02.zoom is missing. When zoom tried to convert this file, it said double_click_to_convert02.zoom is missing. Any idea where it might be? I am using zoom Version: 5.17.10 (30974)MAC M3 ProMac OS: Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60)

I notice that when I share my screen the control bar is movable but when I am joined to a meeting the control bar is static at the bottom. Sometimes when I am using Zoom on an external monitor my laptop screen is blocking the view of the control bar when it's at the bottom so it would be convenient for me to have it at the top.

As Host, I frequently screen-share PowerPoint slides and wish to remove completely the thumbnail in the top right.  There are four settings below the thumbnail with the best one being the ‘underscore’ which removes the video of the spotlighted video.  However it replaces it with a bar with the word: “Talking …” - which I don’t want either.  How can I remove this intrusion to leave nothing at all (for the Host’s  screen only)?  Thank you in anticipation of your help.

I have a user that has two separate direct dial numbers.   Is it possible to have different ringtones depending on what number the outside caller uses?   

I use the whiteboard for online teaching. The countdown timer is a great addition and I use it all the time. But I really miss being able to add dice and die rolling to the mix. A good old 6-sided die would be great. Even better if you can combine using several at once. Am I the only one? 

Is there any way I can automatically join zoom meeting with video enabled in waiting room on Android?

My business runs on the ability for two or more participants to write on the white board at the same time. Since the update, all I get is a dysfunctional white board that I can't share with anyone. The the Bot is very dumb and can't help with any questions. In the not so distant past, I could use the share screen and click on the board, but now.. I get a one way board that won't erase or allow for any writing. I run the business exclusively on iPads and a MacBook Pro. They have worked well in the past. How do I make tis work?
