I reactivated my 'pro' account after subscription ran out and I was downgraded to the free account. However, I still have the free account features, meaning I get knocked off zoom after 40 minutes. When I try to call zoom technical support, I get the message that I can't speak to a real person because I have a free account. The automated chat is useless since it is defaulted to a menu that has not options for my problem. Any suggestions?

HiI would like to use zoom to teach bracrafts to raise money for breast cancer charities. Therefore I don't want to sign up and pay but I will need longer meetings than 45 minutes.  So is it ok to schedule more than one meeting so that they run consecutively with a 5 minute break in between? 

I saw some related, but not quite identical, issues with this from other users, so I'm adding a new post. We use a recurring meeting in our organization to allow public access and keep the Zoom link consistent. Administratively we have Wait Room forcibly enabled for all meetings as a locked setting. Last night, I was asked at the last minute to disable the waitroom and allow members of the public to join as needed since we were short staffed and someone would not be monitoring the waiting room the whole time. I am a full admin in Zoom and knew I needed to unlock, then disable the waiting room. I did this after stopping the meeting (did a dry run before the actual meeting started). Even after restarting the meeting, the ability of the host to disable the waiting room was still grayed out and the feature was still forcibly enabled. What would I need to do to:1) turn off one of those administratively locked settings during a meeting (if that is possible)2) turn off administratively l

We have several rooms at our org, however one does not get the option to join a Zoom meeting from the controller.  It lists the meeting just fine, and can create its own, but there is no join option when it has been sent an invite.  If I launch the meeting from my PC, I can invite the room again and it will work.  If I launch an instant meeting from the controller, it will work. I'm stumped, any thoughts?

 I trimmed a recording by mistake. I am not able to restore to the full recording, but I can see the time of the full recording in the video icon. I do not see any option to restore to the original recording under the trimmed video. The original recording is over 2 hours but now I have just 20 or so minutes.Can anyone suggest how to recover the original file? Thanks!

I have followed all procedures to stream to my private FB groups but they will not show up in the drop down box. Every other group that I am a part of will, but not my own groups. So zoom is connected to my personal fb account - which is connected to my biz page and the groups sit within that biz page. 

I have three Zoom Events 1000 Unlimited Licenses . Why am I  not able to move them to sub accounts?

Yesterday, I encountered a problem similar to the one reported by FPCOfficeMgr.Person A and Person B were both registered users for a Zoom meeting. The host of the meeting sent a link with the passcode embedded. But Person B didn’t receive the email, so he asked Person A to forward the email with the link. However, on the day of the meeting, Person B’s computer was broken so he logged on to his email account using Person C’s computer. But when Person B clicked on the link via Person C’s computer, he was asked for a passcode even though the passcode was embedded in the link. The Zoom meeting had already started, so Person A was able to ask the host for the passcode, but none of us could figure out why that happened. Can you provide an explanation? Thanks.  

I have a multi-session Zoom event for one day. Most of the sessions are webinars, except for two meetings.  By default, all the webinars have practice sessions. However, the two meetings do not have practice sessions. I cannot find a place to turn that on. Is that possible?  In the attached screen shot, you can see "start practice" next to the webinars and "start" next to the two meetings.  

Hi,  I would like to run 4  meetings all starting at 06:00am.  My plan is for me to add different alternative hosts for each meeting who will run it.  I will not be attending any of the meetings Is this possible to do? as I have read people have issues with Simultaneous meetings.  Many Thanks 

Hi all - I'm a little stumped, and I am not an IT person, but I know how to follow instructions and use a mouse.  So I thought I would try posting here. I've just hired my first employee into my professional services (consulting) firm.  He is remote from my main location.  For 4 months now, calls have been coming to me since I was the only employee.  I have bought a second Zoom phone license for him so he can make his own calls out for assignments.  What I would like to do is avoid having to be the phone receptionist.  Is there a way for an autoattendant to receive calls and allow an extension to be dialed? My workaround is either I will be the receptionist and transfer calls over, or the new hire gets that job.  I'd rather a robot do that for me.  I just couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks -Joe

I was following the instructions to convert my Yealink VP59 to a Zoom appliance and got to a point where the phone rebooted and is now locked up.  The phone boots up, tells me the firmware that I was told to install is already on the phone, and then presents me with a screen that says "Please import the license" and I cannot do anything with the phone now.  Does anyone know how to import the license that can help me?

How in the ever living heck do yo cancel zoom phone and zoom pro?  Chat and telephone says I will receive an email.  I did recieve an email and have responded back to it serveral times and nothing but crickets from zooms side.  

Dear Zoom community members, I have a question about upcoming meetings in Zoom desktop application. I integrated Zoom with Google Calendar successfully allowing full privileges and added invited schedules, but I cannot see anything in the upcoming meetings menu. Although I tried signing out of the desktop application and signing in again, deleting and adding again invitations on Google Calendar, making Google Calendar open to public, and making my own schedule and substituting it with invited ones, nothing seems to work. When I set my iphone Zoom app to sync with either of a local calendar: Gmail or iCalendar (actually I copied them to Google Calendar by sharing it in iCloud, retrieving by URL in Google Calendar, and duplicating it to my Google Calendar), I could see the invited upcoming meetings. I am trying to set up a new Zoom account for my business and keep getting an error message "Request failed with status 401", after entering my email and entering continue. I have cleared my cache and all cookies, closed my Chrome browser and reopened. Still getting the same error. Tried in FireFox and having the same issue. I can open my personal Zoom account and have no issue with that account.

Hello using an IPhone SE, how do you block incoming phone calls from interrupting a meeting?

Hi there,Please help!I am on the latest version of zoom.I am on Windows 11.I have been teaching online fitness classes since the start of covid.I share Spotify music via zoom which works perfectly.I wear a bluetooth mic which works perfectly.I use the app Seconds as my timer and it plays via my Bose speaker beside me.I updated my laptop a few months back (windows 10), and since that day, my attendees can hear me perfectly, can hear my music perfectly but they can't hear my timer via my speaker that is located in the room beside me while I teach.I tried turning on my old laptop to compare settings, but it won't work, hence new laptop!Nobody told me they couldn't hear the countdown timer until very recently when a few of my regulars asked me why I have stopped using a timer. I told them I hadn't, I can hear it perfectly, obviously because it is right beside me! I am an admin of a channel that I created.  We've had some changes in our department.  Is there a way to delete members from an existing channel?  I can add, but I don't see any info from help about deleting members.

I run a music school in Lagos, Nigeria and we teach clients across the world on zoom. Since the most recent zoom upgrade, we have been experiencing a serious degredation of audio with regards to instruments that is threatening the viability of our online lessons.    We can hear the speech of our students very clearly but the minute they start to play on their instrument,  there is no sound at all. It's like the sound settings are optimised for speech and not for instruments. We have tried adjusting the settings on both our end and the students end so we are not compressing background noise and original sound for musicians is on, to no avail.  In fact, switching on original sound appears to make things worse.
