I need to organise anywhere between 1 and 5 meetings per year, with at least 1 of them having to go for an hour or more. I need to allow up to 8 participants. Since at least one of these meetings needs to go for 1hr or more, it's clear I can't use the 'Basic' plan. So, I assume I can use the 'Pro' plan. However, I just wanted to confirm this is correct? The only reason for my confusion is the Plans page lists the price in terms of $ per year / per user. Am I correct in assuming that's just talking about the $ cost for the account holder, and not for each meeting attendee? This is not for business or govt purposes, so if we each had to pay for a 'Pro' plan in order to meet then Zoom wouldn't be the product/service for us. Thank you.

Hello, I am using a MacBook Pro Apple M1 running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 I am using the correct version of Zoom for Silicone Version: 5.17.5 (29101) During a meeting everything is fine until I open the chat or participants box and then my zoom freezes and I have to force quit. Once I open it again, it works fine and I can open the chat and participants.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. I have also contacted Apple Support who said they do not think the problem is their end, they think it's Zoom. However they got me to reinstall Sonoma just in case but the problem persists. It only happens with Zoom and has been ongoing for a good few months now.

I realize there is a 4 call limit on a zoom phone line. Is there any way to increase this limit with a configuration change, upgrade or add-on. In my business, I typically have a surge of calls when a new shipment is posted and easily surpass the limit, sending many people to voicemail.

Zoom suddenly stopped sending my meeting recordings to Dropbox after doing it for a few years. I confirmed that it's still enabled by DropBox but can't find anything in the Zoom settings to help me figure this out. Any ideas?

I have a recording of a webinar that was recorded to the cloud. I'd now like to share that recording link with everyone that registered. Is there an easy way to that within Zoom? I don't see a way to customize the follow up email aside from editing the subject line. I'd like to avoid sending out a mass email from Outlook for fear of being flagged as spam. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. 

Hi, Does anyone know where I can find a list of the Zoom dial-in numbers for the US?I'm in the Caribbean and we push our Zoom calls out to a US Telco via a SIP circuit. Occasionally we get someone dialing a zoom number that does not go to that SIP because its not one we programmed into our Mitel controller. If I had a list of the numbers I would pre-program them to go out via the SIP.

I have a paid account with Zoom.  I want to record locally, but so far I have only been able to record in 720P  I would like to record in 1080P.  I thought I was able to do that when I first purchased my license?Thanks

My issue:During screen sharing in meeting, someone was able to draw a (curved red) line *onto* the shared screen. It was not the (guest) person that shared, it was not the host (= me), but some meeting guest. My questions:Any idea, how this is possible, please?Can host prevent this? Thank you for any answer/solution and/or idea!

Hello !I want to attend a zoom meeting in my navigator, even if my computer has no microphone.I only want to LISTEN to a meeting. I used to listen to meetings before on this web navigator on this same computer without any microphone.But now :Zoom shuts down the audio every 30 seconds to notice me : "your navigator doesn't allow you using your microphone" ! Then I can only "join audio by computer" and wait for the next interruption every 30 seconds. I have tried all the settings but I have no other choice than select one only microphone even though no microphone exists on my computer. But Zoom continues on trying to access it (see attached files).I'm unable to follow any meeting with so many interruptions. Does someone have a solution please ? Please note again that :1) I want to use the home computer and not my phone (my choice because of a bigger screen)2) I don't want to install the zoom app and want to run zoom in a navigator (my choice because of the comput

Hi there,I'm using zoom on Ubuntu 22.04. On zoom when I start sharing my screen. There is a irritating floating panel. And there is no option to hide the floating panel. But, in windows and mac there is a option to hide the zoom floating panel. Is there any way to hide the zoom floating panel while sharing the screen in Ubuntu.  

When you are sharing your screen the floating control gets in the way on the top of the screen when you are trying to access drop down menus.  I know you can move the bar out of the way or make it invisible temporarily.  I wonder why there isn't an option to make the floating control Vertical and I can dock it against the left or right edge of the screen which is less frequently used.  

I sent two test invitations to myself.  The one in Hotmail is not clickable, but the one in Gmail is.  I've received invitations via Hotmail before that have been clickable.   Thank you!

As the meeting host, how do I start a meeting remotely if I am  not in the office?

I am offering free yoga classes via Zoom.  Three times now, I have had a person join and then be sexually inappropriate (nudity, exposure, and verbally) during the class.  Is there a way to track who logged into the class and block them from ever coming again?  I removed them from the class, but because I was on my mat, the other students were disrupted for the few seconds it took me to remove them.  Thoughts?  I speak to each person once they enter the Zoom room, ensuring they are in the right place and inquiring about their experience and needs.  These "crashers" start out sounding like they are truly interested in yoga. Is my Zoom hacked? While I am having a Zoom session with my client I see text exchange even though my client and I are the only people on the Zoom. Thumbs up come up constantly in the middle of my screen. Looks like someone else is using my account!  

Hello, everyone, The title pretty much explains it. My IT contractor has a one pro license for meetings up to a 100 people. Is it ok for him to stream a meeting to up to 200 people on an external platform (eventive)? Thank you for all the advice you can provide!

I have ZOOM ONE. The product details said OnZoom is based on our meetings & webinars license. I am currently able to host meetings longer than 40 minutes. How come I cannot schedule my OnZoom event longer than 30 minutes?

This is a re-post; while trying to reply to a piggybacker on the original thread, the "accept solution" button was inadvertently clicked and there appears to be no way to undo that. Sorry about the repeat. When installed, the Zoom desktop app (v. 5.17.0) will not launch. No desktop icon appears after installing (though the app items appear in the "Apps" list and in the "Apps" control panel). When attempting to launch, no item appears in the Windows Task Manager; the Windows "donut of eternal contemplation' appears for a few seconds; then it disappears. Zoom was working on this system as recently as a few weeks ago but when I updated it to the current version, it stopped working. I'm trying to create a pretty simple chat bot to collect meeting transcripts and send chat messages. Zoom is pushing this company recall in their tutorial and recall is not responding. Does anyone know why recall isn't responding or any good information about how to replicate their service?

My EA schedules meetings for me as a delegate inside Zoom and Outlook. Now she gets popup reminders of my meetings as well as her own meetings. Is there a way to stop reminders to delegates? She wants to get her own reminders, just not for every person she schedules things for. Thanks.
