Issue Viewing Recording
I have a Basic membership. I was a participant in a meeting. The host sent me the recording to watch. When I click on the link to the recording that the host emailed to me, I get two error messages. One says - I have not enabled the cloud recorder (200). The other error message I get is, You cannot view this recording, no permission. This host has sent me other links to recordings and I had no issue opening them. Now, I have this issue. Any thoughts on what is happening?
