Issue Viewing Recording

I have a Basic membership.  I was a participant in a meeting.  The host sent me the recording to watch.  When I click on the link to the recording that the host emailed to me, I get two error messages. One says - I have not enabled the cloud recorder (200). The other error message I get is, You cannot view this recording, no permission.  This host has sent me other links to recordings and I had no issue opening them.  Now, I have this issue.  Any thoughts on what is happening?

Best option for this would be contacting the host
Explain the error messages you're getting and ask the host to confirm

If cloud recording was enabled for the meeting.
How they shared the recording link public or specific emails
