Dear Zoom, I'm organising a big meeting and I am receiving a few questions from the attendees that I'd like to be able to respond to:1. When registering to the meeting do they receive a personalised link?2. How does Zoon associates a registration link with a person since at the point of joining the meeting one does not need to state the name again?Many thanks in advance,ZetaP

I am using Zoom Phone.There is a site in Auto Recepctions, I double check that business hours are correct.Business hours is 9:30 AM ~ 18:00.But when I call it at 17:30, IVR say office was closed.I did double check Time Zone in Zoom Admin, it's correct. What can I do or any thing I must check again ?Thank you.

I am using Mac from Asia and using a US number registered with Zoom. I can use the phone number to call the US. When I called this number, it led me to a voicemail as intended and I left a voice mail but Zoom didn't seem to receive this voice mail and no notification and no recording a Zoom admin could track. It just seems not functioning at all. I tried few times already. Thanks for your help.

I did a webinar yesterday and forgot to schedule a follow-up email to participants; can I still do it?

I want to be able to login to zoom with an email and password rather than using my Google account, Is there any way to de-link the two? I have a paid account. This platform is maddening. 

I am creating multiple recurring schedules for my business where the availability overlaps. If I have 3 schedules and someone books a time in 1, can the time be blocked out in the other schedules?

Last year, I purchased a once-off add-on to increase my meeting capacity to 300 (from the 100 limit). Is this no longer possible?  

Hi all, I purchased a one month license for one webinar that expires on February 4th. If I purchase another webinar licence right now (not a monthly but a one time purchase), will it also expire on Feb 4th?  Or will it last the whole month? I can't find documentation to clarify. Thanks!

Our organization is paying for the Pro account; I and another person have the rights to schedule meetings. However, when I schedule a meeting it has me under basic so the meetings last for only 40 minutes. Why is that? We are paying for the pro service. I am unable to make any changes. 

Hi I wanted to find out, does zoom automatically renew the subscription as long as the plan is not cancelled?

How do I shut off the "Auto Recording" that is happening whenever a meeting begins.  I want to start and stop it manually.   Thanks

Hi Team, I have Zoom free  plan and cant see the Registration required option while setting up the meeting. Is it only available for paid account?

Hi, I was playing with the language choices, selected chinese and now I cannot read it to understand how to reverse it, it's all in kanji.....help

I'm running the current version of Zoom on a Windows 10 laptop. When I'm in a meeting, the speaker's window goes black while he/she is speaking and the yellow line surrounds the window. In Speaker view, the speaker's thumbnail appears, but the main window is dark. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but the same thing happens. How can I fix this?    

After returning to the main session from a break room my audio and video both get turned off. Everyone else in the meeting was able to unmute themselves. When I try to unmute myself it says "The host is not allowing participants to unmute themselves." The host said they haven't muted me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm looking to do a webinar with 2 presenters.  I think the best way to do this is record both presenters and merge them together. Is this possible?

if i am cohosted in a meeting but not the host is there a record of who was removed and what time they were removed and which cohost removed them?

I upgraded to a paid Zoom account on Jan. 11 and payment was accepted. My scheduling still shows a 30-minute limit and tells me to upgrade, even though I have signed out and signed back in.

I have paid to the zoom this January 23. But there is still having 40 minutes cut. how to fix it. 

After many years of using it, suddenly my virtual background function does not work any more! Zoom is not willing to help me, so I hope someone here can please:-). Thanks in advance.   I have enabled the virtual background in my account setup. When I go to preferences (am using Macbook, all updated and latest version of Zoom) and want to enable the virtual background, nothing happens, when I tick the 'green screen' icon (I have one) nothing happens, and when I upload an image to be used as virtual background and click it, nothing happens and it will just automatically disappear again! I have a Zoom Business one plan with 10 licences.I want to use one of these licences for an email address that already has a free account.When I try to use the email address, Zoom says it's already in use.If I close the free account, will I be able to give the email address that was associated with that account one of my licences?
