Hi there,I'm using zoom on Ubuntu 22.04. On zoom when I start sharing my screen. There is a irritating floating panel. And there is no option to hide the floating panel. But, in windows and mac there is a option to hide the zoom floating panel. Is there any way to hide the zoom floating panel while sharing the screen in Ubuntu.  

When you are sharing your screen the floating control gets in the way on the top of the screen when you are trying to access drop down menus.  I know you can move the bar out of the way or make it invisible temporarily.  I wonder why there isn't an option to make the floating control Vertical and I can dock it against the left or right edge of the screen which is less frequently used.  

I sent two test invitations to myself.  The one in Hotmail is not clickable, but the one in Gmail is.  I've received invitations via Hotmail before that have been clickable.   Thank you!

As the meeting host, how do I start a meeting remotely if I am  not in the office?

I am offering free yoga classes via Zoom.  Three times now, I have had a person join and then be sexually inappropriate (nudity, exposure, and verbally) during the class.  Is there a way to track who logged into the class and block them from ever coming again?  I removed them from the class, but because I was on my mat, the other students were disrupted for the few seconds it took me to remove them.  Thoughts?  I speak to each person once they enter the Zoom room, ensuring they are in the right place and inquiring about their experience and needs.  These "crashers" start out sounding like they are truly interested in yoga. Is my Zoom hacked? While I am having a Zoom session with my client I see text exchange even though my client and I are the only people on the Zoom. Thumbs up come up constantly in the middle of my screen. Looks like someone else is using my account!  

Hello, everyone, The title pretty much explains it. My IT contractor has a one pro license for meetings up to a 100 people. Is it ok for him to stream a meeting to up to 200 people on an external platform (eventive)? Thank you for all the advice you can provide!

I have ZOOM ONE. The product details said OnZoom is based on our meetings & webinars license. I am currently able to host meetings longer than 40 minutes. How come I cannot schedule my OnZoom event longer than 30 minutes?

Hey everyone,   As a growing team, we are grappling with the following two issues:   First: How can one team member start a call on behalf of another team member, for instance, when the person who has set up the meeting is sick or out of the office? This is a re-post; while trying to reply to a piggybacker on the original thread, the "accept solution" button was inadvertently clicked and there appears to be no way to undo that. Sorry about the repeat. When installed, the Zoom desktop app (v. 5.17.0) will not launch. No desktop icon appears after installing (though the app items appear in the "Apps" list and in the "Apps" control panel). When attempting to launch, no item appears in the Windows Task Manager; the Windows "donut of eternal contemplation' appears for a few seconds; then it disappears. Zoom was working on this system as recently as a few weeks ago but when I updated it to the current version, it stopped working. I'm trying to create a pretty simple chat bot to collect meeting transcripts and send chat messages. Zoom is pushing this company recall in their tutorial and recall is not responding. Does anyone know why recall isn't responding or any good information about how to replicate their service?

My EA schedules meetings for me as a delegate inside Zoom and Outlook. Now she gets popup reminders of my meetings as well as her own meetings. Is there a way to stop reminders to delegates? She wants to get her own reminders, just not for every person she schedules things for. Thanks.

Is "Zoom Pro" the same thing as "Zoom One Pro"?

I have two different Bluetooth headsets, and for both of them if I set the Zoom microphone to be the Bluetooth mic (either directly or "Same as System"), then the audio does not play through the BT headphones (nor the computer speakers). The only way I've found to have the Zoom audio go through the Bluetooth headphones is to set the Zoom mic to be the one from my computer. Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution so you can use both the mic and the headphones for Bluetooth headsets? I'm running Zoom on Windows 10, on a Surface Pro 7.

For a Webinar that we had scheduled in my organization using Zoom, user email addresses were not captured in the Attendee report and the Poll report. Wanted to understand why this could happen. Anyone who has seen this behavior?

A company wishes to use Zoom Rooms but has some unique, important security considerations. Today, the company has a PC in each conference room. Their process is for someone to logon to the PC and share content from their profile. This has both security and operational issues. However, they are reluctant to adopt Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms because both the invite list as well as the shared content must be kept 100% secure. Today, this is achieved by having a meeting organizer logon to the conference room PC and they logout after. Next conference room attendee has no ability to see the attendee list or shared content from prior meetings. Does Zoom Rooms have any capability to protect this content, limiting it to only the meeting organizer and\or attendees but no one else?

When using the timer, are participants able to hear the audio alarm? Can it be muted.

I have a Logitech C920 webcam and have turned off the autofocus on the Logitech app already. Only when im on zoom, my webcam and my stock macbook camera is autofocused and when I use any other app that uses my cameras on my computer, the autofocus is turned off... I cannot seem to turn off the autofocus feature on zoom.Please can someone help me?

HiI am having issues from my VC when I dial into someone else's zoom from my VC, it comes up saying the zoom I am entering doesn't have a licence. But I have a licence for VC so I thought I should be able to use anyone's zoom and it connect to my VC requirements?I understand them not being able to access VC zoom if they don't have a licence but I should be able too? Anyone else has this problem or know how to fix?

I'm just curious of what is it that one would normally want to set via a template in the most general case, nothing like the other posts for custom ring tones or anything like that.
