Zoom on Windows 11 lags and freezes and is not useable. There are many posts referring to this problem, and they are marked as 'solved' by copying a 2 month old email promising a resolution and saying that it 'relatively works' - a response that is basically like spitting in your customer's face . Please tell us when we can expect a functional release of Zoom for Windows 11?  

How does a Zoom Host access the "recorded name" provided by a phone caller when they connect?

Hello there, my image is showing in a  whole green tint. I've tried to run it in other platforms and apps and the image of my camera is perfectly fine. It' has to be something with Zoom specifically. I uninstalled zoom completely updated it, removed the acceleration hardware in video settings advanced, reinstalled the last zoom version and my camera is still in green color. I'm on Sonoma 14.2 (intel based). Please help!   EDIT: Finally the problem was solved. Had to buy another Mac, but I solved it. If you are running an old mac with Open Legacy Patcher, don't expect Zoom to work properly.  Thank you 

Hello dear All, In my webinars, I only see a sea of black screens and I want to change that into being able to see my participants' / attendees' faces. Chat support/ Agent didn't help me because they told me to go to Account Settings - meetings and turn video on for meetings NOT Webinars!!!Tried to schedule a New Webinar after the change in settings but nothing changed. The video option exists only for hosts and panelists! I Just Want To See My Attendees!It surely can't be that difficult!Please HELP!!! Any Help will be Much appreciated,Thank you in advance,Vicky

When participants arrive in the waiting room or a meeting, they used to be arraigned in order of their arrival. However, now they are placed in alphabetical order. Is there a way to toggle this back? I am a teacher trying to take attendance before I start the meeting and it is difficult when the list is constantly rearranging to fit participants in alphabetically.  Thank you!

I am using zoom pro(zoom one-zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard) with monthly subscription. When I have tried to cancel my subscription (zoom one) I got the message "You should firstly cancel all additional subscriptions." Then I go to cancelling zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard, when o tried to cancel my subscription ı got the message "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions." But my subscription is monthly and it is written in the billing page also. I have also send a mail to zoom contact center with issue number (#16968919) at 04.07.2023, I got one mail from the team but the solution is not found and the issue is still open. I don't want to pay anymore. Please cancel my subscription before my next billing time (11.04.2023).

Are there other people with the same issue? Zoom for me is utterly unusable and no ammount of reinstallation has helped.Summary:-Zoom on newest Version keeps starting to hang at random points during meeting-Windows 10 build 19045 but problem is across 2 Windows 10 PCs-Problem persists for around 2 years, I think and has gotten a lot worse recently-Updates have solved nothing-Zoom therefore is unreliable and unusable for me-I have gathered some crash logs but zoom kept deleting them on restart, which I noticed too late-The problem is also a burden on meeting owners as they have to let me rejoin every time Ive had occasional crashes for around 2 years and across 2 devices where zoom is installed. No update since has changed the problem but it might have gotten worse recently.Zoom sometimes starts to hang in Windows and becomes unresponsive. We have some classrooms where common area phones are installed in order to reach the IT support desk, or Security (and call 911 if necessary) but should not be used to call any external number.We were able to do this with our old phone system but we have not been able to recreate this with Zoom Phone. Has anyone been able to do this?

Hello, I recorded my class last night to cloud. I finished it as normal and closed the laptop off. This morning i've open the laptop to find the meeting and it wasn't there. There was a zoom pop up window saying "Meeting not converted" 64% converted - so I allowed it to finish which it did but it isn't anywhere to be found. Please can someone help me, any ideas as to what has happened? Why was it converting and how can i find the file. Thank you @members Thanks Katie

1. I wonder if cloud recording is only allowed for recording an original language or not? 2. If a person (who is assigned to be a co-host/ or a host) happens to listen into an interpreter, and clicks 'record on cloud', will an original language or an interpreter's language is recorded? Or both is recorded? 3. can we record both local and interpreter's languages on cloud at the same time? How?  

I am a sign language interpreter and with the new updates, I am seeing a thumbs up emoji when I sign the number 10 (looks like a thumbs up). Or if I do two thumbs up I get fireworks?? I need this OFF my Zoom ASAP! I can be interpreting about mental health and have fireworks and thumbs up going off on the screen. Help!

Hi Everyone, I am a pro user and have a reoccurring meeting setup for each week. I have registration required. I need an attendance report of who was in the meeting. When I go Reports - Usage Reports - Meetings and set the date range to include the meeting, nothing shows up. Can I please get some help? Thank you.

Is there a way to know how long a zoom session lasted for a specific user?

I am using a macbook to log in to the zoom account using safari. I have tried to turn off OTP and two factor authetication to be able to login without the OTP or two factor auth... However, despite turning off the option from the Advanced > Security tab, the app will not let me sign in without an otp or two factor... Please help

When an alternate host is added to a meeting, or a series of meetings, does it block out that persons calendar?We are trying to solve an issue and the answer was to add X ammount of alternate hosts, however we dont want those peoples calendars to be blocked off for the time of the meeting.  I have read through all the documentation but cannot find the answer to this specifically. If you have experience and you know I would appreciate the help.

I have run several meetings where I try to grant my meeting attendants permission to edit the whiteboard. I can't seem to figure out how to do this correctly because they never get the tool bar to do so.

I am staring my zoom meeting but no participants show up in the waiting room. All my guest show that it says host has not stared meeting or host has another meeting in progress.  I have deleted and reinstalled zoom, restarted my computer, logged in and out multiple times. Nothing is working and I can get hold of a real person from Zoom. 

Please help out. I received the webinar registration link for zoom but when clicked it returns errors on the zoom home page.  Please I will just add the link and my email. Hi,How can we reassign new Zoom Phone Numbers to team members? Their existing phone numbers are triggering SPAM ALERT messages for outbound calls. Please advise.

I am maths online tutor. I currently have 8 students. For seven of the students there are no issues. However with one I get some loud tapping noise that is not possible to ignore. The student is not using an external speaker or microphone. They have not changed the laptop. Generally we get 10 mins with no noise, and then it starts. Any ideas anyone ? It would be much appreciated. We are both using laptops.

Hi zoom community,   Since few months ago whenever I try to join zoom meeting invitations or interview invitations I don't see myself on the screen. I click the video on ("Easy Camera"),  but most of the times I can't see myself on the screen and the other party can't see me (it's just black with my name). Sometimes I can see myself and the other party can also see myself, but my face looks pudgy and elongated sideways and the proportion is weird. The color of the screen is greenish too (weird), and the focus is not right because even if I sit by placing the laptop right in front of me in the center, on the screen my face is placed in the edge of the screen and I can onlly see half of my face.    I tried my laptop webcam by itself outside zoom and it works normally. Does anyone know how to fix my zoom camera problem?

Need urgent help please. I am a Pro subscriber which allow 100 invite. I need to invite 200 pax for 1 meeting shortly. Please advice how to do so. I tried to upgrade to Business license but have to pay for 10 subscriber which I do not need. Please help , Thank you
