I hosted a Zoom meeting and recorded to the cloud. A co-host recorded locally. I never got an email that my cloud recording was ready, and it never showed up in my Zoom recordings. Is it possible that the co-host's local recording somehow affected my cloud recording?

Hi,  I recorded two segments of a Zoom meeting today. I hit record. Hit stop, and then five minutes later hit record again.  In the Zoom cloud the second recording appears but the first recording does not.  Is there a way to retrieve the first recording?  Thanks!

Haven't found this in the support pages--can I transfer my zoom phone number to another service provider?  If yes, do I need to do anything on the zoom side or just initiate the transfer from the other service provider?  Thanks!

I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks.

I created an event through Calendly with my Zoom connected. After the webinar was over, I saw the webinar and recording in Zoom. However, when I review the "participants" report, I am the only person listed and no other attendees are showing up. Is there any way to ensure this doesn't occur next time? I want to be able to see anyone who joined at any point in time for the webinar.

I use Zoom for teaching and often need to stream audio from my computer. Although both myself and the participant can hear each other perfectly the audio (either audio or audio from video) is very faint and the participant has problems hearing. I have all my audio settings set to max, I have used Pot Player (volume set to max) and VLC (audio set to 125%) and it makes no difference. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom, (I  think  this is the same version as I had before). The problems have only occurred since I reinstalled my operating system at the weekend. The new version seems to be Zoom Workplace whereas before I was using Zoom Meetings, an upgrade? I am on the free plan as my lessons are only 30 minutes long Has anyone got any ideas please? Thank you Bob

I’m having trouble with zoom app in notebook, setup an video meeting about 3+ people and system into sleep mode about 30s-1min and resume sometime will met An unknow error code:104201. it any suggestion for this error code? thank you.

Hello Zoom Community,I have developed a bot that extracts video from each participant in a Zoom meeting using the Linux SDK. For each participant, the bot creates a new renderer and processes frames in the onRawDataFrameReceived callback. This setup performs well in meetings with 4-5 participants, where I successfully receive and process video data at a resolution of 360p for each participant. However, issues arise as the number of participants increases. Specifically, in larger meetings, onRawDataFrameReceived sometimes does not receive data consistently for all participants, and occasionally the data for certain participants is missing entirely.I am seeking insights into the limitations of Zoom's video processing capabilities, especially related to the Linux SDK:Is there a known limitation on the number of video streams that can be processed simultaneously by Zoom's Linux SDK?Could network bandwidth or system performance issues be causing this inconsistency in data reception? Are there

Hello,I am a language teacher and I am planning to organise 'a webinar-style' and a 'live stream' as well. The reason I said 'style' is my subscription plan will be 'pro', not 'video webinars'I will pin (spotlight?) myself and mute all students' audio. ( ← Q1. I can call this 'a webinar', right...?)When I want my students to answer the questions, some people need time to think longer. If it is a webinar, they need to listen to the answer before they figure it out. If they will attend a live stream, they can pause to think and play again when they are ready to know the answer. (Q2. Seeing live stream on zoom platform, is there a play button like Youtube so that they can pause?)So I am considering to organise a webinar and a live stream at once so that students can select which suit them well.(Q3. Do you think this is a good idea?)Q4. I know I can embed a meeting but am I also able to embed a live stream too?It will be appreciated if you kindly let me know your opinion or advice

Hello, I would like advice on creating a meeting at a certain time but the only options are 15 minutes before and after. Can I create it for one of the assigned times and everyone will be late, or should I make it for later and everyone gets in early? Hope you understand what I'm trying to ask. Thank you,

HelloI had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators. Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

I was looking for the [Translated subtitles] toggle in [In Meeting (Advanced)] on my macbook, but couldn't find it. I have auto subtitles turned on and I looked everywhere but couldn't find it, please tell me if it's not possible on macbook or if it's in the wrong order. I did it exactly like this.→.Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation panel, click Settings.[Click the Meetings tab.[Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Translated subtitles toggle to enable or disable.Note: Automatic subtitles must be enabled to use this feature. When the authentication dialogue appears, click Enable or Disable to confirm your changes.Note: If the option is greyed out, it is locked at group or account level. Contact your Zoom administrator.(Optional) Click Edit Translated Languages and select the language pair you wish to use in the meeting. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)

Hi,Can someone please help. In desktop Windows 11 Outlook client, I used to have a scheduling icon in the ribbon. It's gone and I can't schedule a meeting. I rebooted, tried repairing to no avail. thank you,Carolnn

I usually receive an email whenever someone joins a zoom meeting.I just noticed I don't always get this email.I need to check the times someone has joined a zoom meeting.Where and how can I do so?

When I try to send an invite to a meeting, it's being sent from my old email address that I don't have any more.  My correct email address is attached to my account but it doesn't give me the option to change what email address invites are being sent from. HELP!

Last Saturday, I signed in with a Pro Plan using a mistaken email, I used puntoycoma.sv, instead of my correct email pycoma.sv. I reported this but I didn't have an answer, so I made another subscription with my correct email. The thing is, that I want to cancel the subscription with the mistaken email because I can't log in and I am not going to use it. Can you help me please?

I am using BOTH zoom and zoomgov for different zoom meetings. As far as I can tell, both use the exact same desktop app (on my Mac running macOS Monterrey). However, I have the hardest time switching between those 2 versions, which makes it very difficult to schedule meetings etc. (Sometimes, just by poking around, I finally figure out how to do it). There should be a simple step-by-step procedure on how to switch from my zoom account to my zoomgov account. Selecting "switch accounts" does NOT work, since it always gets back to whatever version of zoom I was last using. Please help!

Hallo,     I am new on Zoom and I download and installed "Zoom Workplace".I register myself with my Hotmail e-mail but when I try to perform the action to "Connect to my Calendar" then my e-mail is denied because it is a personal e-mail.Is Zoom only available for business ?orhow can I register my Hotmail e-mail account to enable the connection to my Outlook?

I will be the host of the meeting. If I only know the email address of one person who I want to invite to the meeting, can that one person send the invitation to others so they can use the same link to attend?

For this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068522 - use case for being able to host 2 meetings simultaneously - do the meetings have the same link/ URL?

Hello all! Is there any way I can download and/or copy my profile picture in Zoom? I would like to use it for my Gmail account, but the original photo exists on a drive that failed. Thanks, in advance!

When I log into a zoom app on this computer writes me error 1132 I got banned from the app for no reasonAnd I sent an appeal but they didn't answer me

I am receiving a read error 1132 comment, each time I try to log into a meeting. I wish Zoom had a contact number. I need to ask if a Zoom team member can use my contact information to activate, or reactivate my account, and enable me to log into any meeting.

So, basically the error 1132 is when APPARENTLY one person has violated the zoom's rules.    Apparently because they have a very stupid policy, they don't even try to send an alert or something similar before to block the MAC address of a device, and exactly , they don't blocked the profile like a lot of times i read here, they pretend to say they block profiles, but actually they block physical machine.   But they wanna tell us they are so kind they forgive us the first time if we have been. bad kids, but only the first time.   So if you have bought for instance a second hand laptop from a pretty bad kid, you are so happy to have saved maybe a lot of money, but when you tried to download zoom and use it as usual, you are gonna to discover you can't use zoom. Ever. With the laptop you just bought it. And the stupid thing, is that at the beginning you don't understand whats going on, so you try to enter on zoom with your phone, and it works perfectly..  so with
