Trying to find out how to view my chat history and meetings I have attended has not been successful, apparently you can't do this on a 'free plan'. There isn't a place where I can see my mentions or chat history once it's closed? It is also hard to submit a ticket with my account when it just gets closed a few minutes later for not having the correct email address when I am literally using the account I signed in with. I'm struggling with zoom honestly, any help or advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

How can I be a Co-Host (I have Basic Zoom) on a webinar that another authorized user (she is Pro level) set up?She established meeting links for monthly webinars. And she said she wasn't able to make me a Co-Host...?Can this be set up from her end?  Or do I have to upgrade to Pro from Basic to be able to be a Co-Host on her link? Thanks!Robin

Zoom phone is setup for voicemail, but no voicemails are happening. Its disconnecting, saying you couldn't be connected after ringing. This is happening on all phones on our account.  In other words when anyone calls our Zoom numbers, they cannot leave a voicemail. This is across our entire account. I've shared my personal settings below.   

We just got off a meeting which we recorded but now cannot locate a recording.... It is not on local drive or on cloud. I was the meeting creator however I made another colleague the host who hit record. We got all the verbal and visual confirmations that the meeting recorded. Yet once the meeting ended I didn't get the usual email or notification about recording. 

A couple of years ago I discovered the option to auto close breakout rooms. Since the first time I used this option, all my breakout rooms in all my meetings are automatically set to auto close after 15 minutes. This is true even for new meetings. It also happens in recurring meetings even if I turned off auto close during a previous meeting time. How can I get this option to be off by default? It is causing all kinds of problems since I have to remember to turn it off every time I start breakout rooms and I don't always remember.

Im getting married saturday and want to send zoom link to people that can not make it and being that its my accout the bride will i have to assign a host to start and run the meeting.

Hey everyone, I'm seeking some assistance with a frustrating issue I've been experiencing lately. Whenever I attend online classes or meetings via Zoom on my 8GB RAM laptop, I encounter significant problems with video calling quality. The video often appears pixelated, freezes intermittently, and sometimes even disconnects altogether, disrupting my learning experience. I've tried troubleshooting the problem on my own by checking my internet connection, updating Zoom to the latest version, and adjusting various settings within the application. However, none of these efforts seem to have made a noticeable improvement. Given that my laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Zoom and has 8GB of RAM, I'm puzzled as to why I'm encountering such poor performance during video calls. Hello everyone.  On several Zoom meetings that I have attended, I have noticed that they have customized the "Waiting for host to start meeting" screen.  This is NOT the same as doing custom waiting room messages.  This is the screen you see when you are waiting to be admitted to the meeting.  The customization is basic information about the meeting, etc.  Does anyone know how to do this?  One group that know is in need as they want to alert people to the time change between the US and Europe.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the whiteboard and it's not working out for me. The meeting participants can't edit anything and when I tried to change the settings I get the message that the "admin has disabled this setting". I am the admin, it's my paid account. What can I do? I have a screenshot, but it looks like I can't share it here. Thanks!

Hi,in Microsoft Teams I have a nice little feature with which I can open the shared presentation in a new window (standard is the main screen), so that I can see all people I talk to in one window and the presentation in another window.Do I find an option to do so in Zoom too?Thank you very much for your support,Juergen

Hi,When I share a whiteboard to the participants (meeting), they can't edit it. They can only watch it.I check the settings and allowed participants to share and so on.But there is a setting which is in gray and maybe it is in connection with my problem (see screenshots). Can you help me ?I have a Zoom One Pro.Thanks in advance

I am hosting a webinar and our plan covers 500 participant capacity. We are recording the webinar and plan to share the recording after. Is there a limit on how many people we can share the recording with (i.e. can more than 500 people have access to the recording)? Or a limit on how many times people can watch it? 

Hi all,Following @Vinnie's feedback here.I was wondering if someone found a guidebook regarding the basics of ATA's in a ZP (Zoom Phone) environment. As a green newbie to ATA's, I have been hitting roadblocks with this.We have a few MP114 that have been working perfectly with our previous IP-PBX. It's a pretty basic setup: three door panels connected to one MP114.I got the ATA to connect to ZP (showing as online), but I have no idea how to continue from here. What's even more embarrassing is that I have no idea if I should continue from the ATA's web interface, or can we handle everything from ZP.I can continue to ask embarrassing questions, such as: do we need to configure anything on the analog device itself (a door panel). I hope the answer to this last question is "no", as we have such panels spread across the country and it'll be a pain to configure them all one by one.Lastly, is this connected in any way to CAP (Common Area Phone)? Is it possible to set up a speaker clock on Zoom? So that the speaker knows how much longer he is allowed to speak.

i have the professional plan. 5gb in the cloud. But I have only on meeting of 2 hours 4 people recorded, and zoom says u have no space available to record in the cloud. How many recordings , or hours recordes is 5gb? 

I have been trying to use the Zoom App for the Apple Vision Pro.  However the audio consistently cuts out every 5 mins or so, where I can not be heard nor can others hear me.  The only resolution is to leave the meeting and come back.  There is also a Reddit thread on this as well so it is not just me.  Thanks.

Hello,I'm using zoom with interpretation for 2 years. We need to add Italian as proposed languages but we don't see Italian when creating a meeting. What have i done ?Following the documentation i've added Italian as new language (now i have the list of the 9 default languages + Italian with a red cross to delete it). It's into Profile management - Profile parameters, chapter "Language interpretation. Sorry if the text is not exact i'm running french version.  Now, when i create a new meeting with interpretation i can see the 9 (default) languages (as before) but not the new one (Italian). Can you tell me if i missed anything please ?Thank you for your help. Please, note that i've created "Italian" value one week ago.Regards

Hi Team, When doing SAML integration with an IDP, how does the SAML mapping affect existing users.In specific, if we are doing "Basic SAML mapping" option and choose "default licenseType" as "Basic". - When an existing licensed user login via SSO, would then the default license type overwrite their userType to Basic ?- or does the default licensetype is applicable only for new user provisioning via JIT If we have a mix of basic and licensed userTypes currently within Zoom, is choosing "Advanced SAML mapping" and have IDP send userType attribute in the SAML assertion is the only way ? Thanks

Apologies if this has been asked a lot - I didn't know what to search for.  Our Licences are:  Zoom One Business and Zoom Events.  We're trying to get started on Zoom Webinars and want users to register but don't want them to have to enter One Time Passwords (OTP).  Recently I attended a Webinar that looked like what we wanted. The people who arranged it sent an invite message to me. I forwarded it to some of my colleagues. We all registered. When the meeting started it said "If you are the meeting host, sign in to start the meeting XXX XXXX XXXX" and "I'm not the meeting host: Join Meeting as an Attendee".  When I signed in, it asked for a code that was already on the invite. I suspect that everyone might have gotten the same code (not sure?).  It was a normal event - where I was just a listener and the other organization had three speakers.  Can someone please tell me which license they were probably using (I'm guessing

Hi Community, I am due to have a meeting using a zoom link provided by an educational institution.I can only join from my Android Pixel phone on which unfortunately I can't download the zoom app (long story).I noticed that by clicking the link I am immediately redirected to a page where I am being asked to download the zoom app in order to access. Is there no other way to access a zoom meeting link from a mobile phone?This is very limiting. Thanks a lot,SR
