I am organising a ZOOM Webinar next week and I need to add a custom language for the interpretation, which is missing from the default listed languages.I went to "Account Management" > "Account Settings" > "In Meeting (Advanced)" and turned on "Language Interpretation". I then added a custom language, but when I went back to the Webinar, the custom language does not appear. I tried preparing a ZOOM meeting just to check if the change was reflected there, but the custom language is still not appearing.Can someone please help me with information on how to do this?

I was running Bitdefender Total Security on my Windows PC and the Zoom client would take minutes to launch and starting or joining meetings would also take 1 to 2 minutes (the first time). The Zoom client would indicate "not connected", or "connecting", or "not responding". Sometimes during a meeting, my video would freeze or starting to share would freeze for 1 to 2 minutes. We have multiple Zoom Pro licenses for business presentations, Webinars, and meetings and this was obviously not acceptable. I tried disabling all Bitdefender services from the Bitdefender dashboard, but this had no effect. It was only after I totally uninstalled Bitdefender and reverted back to the Windows Defender did the problem instantly go away. Anybody having issues with Zoom and Bitdefender? Any ideas how to fix this?

I had my first Workplace meeting today with Whiteboard.  Oftentimes on long meetings I am also multitasking in the background.Is my cursor being recorded and projected on the screen to everyone:1) while the Whiteboard tab is up in my browser?2) while I am working in another tab?3) while I am working in another app like Outlook or Word? I need to know so that I am not distracting everyone in the meeting.  Even better would be the ability to turn the tracking functionality off so that I don't need to worry about it.  I have never used my cursor in online meetings. Thanks!

I am an admin in Zoom and I work in the helpdesk.Occasionally I have requests to delete bookings on behalf of the CEO/PA to free up a room. I used to be able to just right click delete them in outlook but now I can't and I dont have permission to edit the meeting to send a cancellation. How do I give myself proper permissions in zoom to be able to delete any meeting from any person I need to delete..? My google searches only really brought me to articles about assigning someone to be a delagate for my own meetings etc.

I recently did a webinar and recorded it through zoom. I then downloaded the MP4 file and uploaded it to my website. When the file was uploaded it is showing a thumbnail in the middle of the presentation. I cannot figure out how to get the thumbnail to represent the first slide in the presentation. In chatting with zoom support, they told me that it is not possible and that zoom selects a random slide from your presentation to display as the thumbnail. I have a hard time believing this is true. Thanks for any advice anyone can provide.

I am the listed "owner" of a Pro Plan account, with two licenses, but the account was setting up by a previous employee (since left the agency). I have run into several meetings settings that are grayed out with the disclaimer "Locked by Admin" -- as the site owner, I should be able to change these, but I can't find any way to change that lock. More specifically, I tried to turn on file sharing via Chat and that setting is locked.https://ibb.co/T1vNXww 

I've noticed that a few of the participants in our meetings have black borders on either side of their picture. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thank you in advance

Does Zoom allow you to have two meetings scheduled at the same time  initiated from the same account?   IE two 50 person meetings at 6pm?

After our plan was activated we still cant make any calls. Error says "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Regardless our plan is Zoom Phone US/Canada Unlimited Calling we still can't call to any US/CA numbers.

hii when I use the share screen for powerpoint presentations the slides are not moving the participants see only the first slide I shared and I moved to the next slide on my computer  best regardstal 

First post here, thanks in advance. Posting for my wife.   She has a Lenovo laptop running windows 11. After a weekly zoom meeting this evening there is a phantom zoom background flickering on the laptop screen. It is a phantom with the windows from all of the others in the group. It is there when windows is going thru startup too, even as the BIOS starts.   I am calling the "background" the screen with all of the windows of the others in the group. Not just the background for her space. I don't know all of the zoom terms.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, and shutdown and restarted the laptop. Uninstalled graphics devices in Device Manager, shutdown and restarted the laptop. Tried the win+ctrl+shift+b graphics reset shortcut, and shutdown and restarted the laptop.   Thanks for any help.  

Hello, We use the Webinar 1000 people package, with the webinars regularly attracting approx 600-700 live viewers. What would happen if more than 1000 people tried to register for a Webinar? Would Zoom allow them to even register? And, if so, would people then be allowed to log onto the webinar on a first-come-first-served basis with the rest unallowed to watch?Essentially, we are trying to gauge when we should increase our webinar package but are unsure how many people are registering for the webinars, versus actually attending.Many thanks!

To be HIPAA compliant, I need to ensure that if more than one patient is in a waiting room they do not see each other's names. I cannot find a setting to do this. Are participants able to see each other in the waiting room or is it only the host who can see who is there? Thanks in advance for your help!

When our organization had a free subscription, I was able to login to a scheduled meeting on one of two different laptops. This because one has video and the other does not.  Today, after purchasing a Zoom account, I could not login from the laptop that has video working. I could only login from the laptop that I used to purchase the Zoom account (without video). I need a solution. 

My Mac and Zoom are both up to date, but whenever I'm in a Zoom meeting, my computer runs painfully slow to the point where my colleagues don't want me to screen share. Apple said it's not my computer, I have fast internet with lots of bars and no one else I know seems to have this problem.  Any ideas as to what the cause might be?

It's my first time setting up a Zoom meeting. I've scheduled the meeting and included all the participants and I included my alternate e-mail to be sure the invitations went out. I haven't received the invitation so I'm wondering if I missed a step. Any guidance would be appreciated. (Yes, I've checked my spam folder.)

I have a scheduled meeting for today for the doctors in my  office, how do I add them as users under my account to have access? It is not letting me add their emails, do they all need their own accounts to be added?

Hi, trying to confirm if my plan allows users to rejoin the main session after meeting in a breakout room?  During the last meeting, folks were not able to rejoin the main session.  They had to log back in.  Please confirm my settings are correct.  Thank you 

I have tried for 2 weeks to go onto facebook live when I start a meeting.  When I click "Live on facebook"  it goes to Connect To Facebook.  But when you click that box it does nothing but pop up again.  I use to be able to go live all the time. .I have made sure my boxes are checked correctly.  Does it support only certain browsers?I am a paid userHow can I fix this asap?

I am having issues factory resetting a couple of Polycom Soundsation IP 6000When trying to reset with the IP address: it states "Page not found" One that we did factory reset keeps looping & restarting.  Does anyone have any input?  Thanks, nla

Hi Community, For Recurring meetings I have opened the invite and click on Zoom settings, it states the following: This Zoom meeting is removed from the Zoom web. If you want to add a new Zoom meeting to this event, please remove this meeting Does anyone know what this error means? 

Hello. I'm one of the users using zoom well in South Korea. I want to ask a simple question about  zoom meeting room abroad access problem, so I contacted. Can you please answer? It's quite a important matter to me.. <I 'm wondering can I access to a meeting room( made in South Korea ) at Japan?>I mean the meeting room(in Korea) will be made by the charged version, and probably using one of these(Pro, Business, Business pro, company Version). I heard some meeting rooms made by the University or company account can block  foreign access.  -Is there any possibility that meeting room can block foreign accesses? -If so, can I ask you a detailed explanation? Sorry for my poor english, and have a good day.

If I am a zoom participant on a large meeting and I am not a host, will I have a time-out as a free account at 40 minutes?

For my Zoom event, the Reminder email does not contain a working link to the event. The word JOIN is in the email, but when you click on it, it does not do anything. So registrants will not be able to get to the event from the reminder emails. In contrast, in the Pre-registration confirmation email, the JOIN link works fine. I've tried "resetting" the Reminder email, but nothing changes. Can anyone advise?   Thanks,Robert

When I set up a zoom meeting, it seems there are only two security options, and cannot skip either of them.  One is Waiting Room, two is only authenticated users can join (and must sign in). Is there not a way to skip this and just allow them to join the meeting without the waiting room or signing in?  Both of these options are giving my board of all ages difficulties.  And making stress for all of us.
