I chose a profile picture for Zoom, then I checked on a Zoom meeting, but it didn't show up.

Hello,  I scheduled a meeting and sent out the link.  I mistakenly rescheduled it next day with the same information. When I went in to delete the rescheduled meeting, I could not tell which was the latest one because they both look the same.  Are the most recent scheduled meetings listed at the top of the list.  There are only two showing.Need answer right away.

I previously hosted fitness classes for a corporate client's employees. The informed consent that participants had to accept to join mentioned both me and the corporate employer. I now am working with private clients and want to change the wording to that disclaimer. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I tried going to meetings and scrolled down to disclaimers. That toggle looks locked and inaccessible. I wasn't sure how else to accomplish this. It was my personal pro account that was used for the corporate work and now with my private work, so my former employer was never an administrator of the account.

I went into settings and added chat for host and co host only. I opened my recurring meetings and there was still no chat icon.  Also I only want the chat function for one meeting.  the rest should not have chat as an option,  ideas? 

I thought I had the waiting room turned off for my meetings. But it seems like people need me in order to start a meeting. How do I take that off so someone can start a meeting without me if I am running late? Do I always have to enable a co-host?

Zoom have just taken a payment in March 2024 from my credit card.  However I pay in January via Paypal.  I am not able to find any contact information and the Chatbot is not helping.  I have screenshots of the payment taken and I want it refunded and explained.

I teach online and have been using zoom for over 4 years. All of a sudden my last slide of a book presentation is not showing in my classes. I am having to show my last page of the book physically to the students and have someone read the page that way. I hope this makes sense. I don’t know what to do.

I had to borrow my wife's iPad for some telehealth appointments when my Mac wasn't working.  Now, each time someone enter's my room her iPad dings and notifies her.  How do I stop this?  I can't find anyway to remove myself from her iPad and it's annoying when she is using Zoom for her classes.   Sorry if I put this question in the wrong place.   Thanks!

We have the Pro account. More than once, the in-meeting chat feature is only open for the Host, however the chat feature is enabled in our main Settings for all to use.

I updated my Zoom account while it was still processing a recording, before it had downloaded it to my computer. I need that recording. Does anyone know how I might be able to retrieve it?

Benefits: are there more benefits to sub-accounts than admin of sub-account has admin rights  Assign and re-assign available Zoom licenses  Customize branding  Create a Vanity URL   2. What admin rights does the admin of a sub-account have?   3. Will a vanity URL be created automatically once a sub-account is being created or will the admin of a sub-account still need to apply for a Vanity URL?  Will a vanity URL be created once the email address of the designated admin owner of the sub-account is being entered?    4. I turned off notification sound when someone joins/leaves in settings online, but when i’m in a meeting on the app the notification sound continues. How can I turn this off? 

Is it possible to disable the AI features on Zoom? The buttons take up space on the toolbar, pushing both the Participants and Chat button into the "View More" section, which is super inconvenient.

I can't seem to find where to turn off the apps tab and prevent it from constantly coming up in every meeting. Please assist.

We'd need the system to provide the participants' attendance duration in meetings and webinars, apart from the 'join time' & 'leave time'. This would be very helpful when it comes to certificates accreditation. Anything available that I'm not aware of?Thanks a lotMs Pay Facio  

The release notes for 5.10.3 state there is now support for Multi-Spotlight for cloud recordings, and that the recording will recognize and record up to 9 spotlighted participants in a meeting or webinar.   Is there a setting either in our app or user account settings we need to turn on for this, or does the Zoom cloud just automatically know people are spotlighted and records this way?  Is there documentation on this yet anywhere?Thank You.

Hi everyone, What happened to the Plan Details page under Billing? Looks like it has been removed. It was there in mid-2023 and now it's gone. This was the most helpful, and now missing (whether accidentally or deliberately) simple dashboard to show one's total licenses, consumed and available licenses? Here's a screenshot from Summer 2023. Now I read answers to the same very question with suggestions to export CSV, count in Excel etc BS "solutions" which makes me lean more away from the "accidental" removal but that's just me:  

Ok I know this is an ongoing issue.  But there is a large community of us that use Snap Camera and its new program to do gaming and other interactions. Zoom has intermittently fixed an issue with zoom not recognizing Snap camera. Does anyone know a work around? 

On of my users just got this error message upon trying to send an SMS via the Zoom desktop app (same happens on phone) I can find no reference to what the daily cap on SMS messages might be, but from my usage logs this person shouldn't come anywhere close to a cap.  They are talking with some of our contractors about filling jobs, not some sort of automated marketing campaign or anything. The only references I can find are API rate limits but even then, I don't think they'd hit that ceiling. I have created a ticket, but is there some setting or report I'm missing?  Thanks!

Can I "remove" someone from a class/meeting during our break - and let them back into the meeting after our break?  The "remove" option says that they cannot get back into the meeting. Is that just for that particular meeting or for the entire series of meetings (say 6 sessions).  I just don't want them to be able to stay in Zoom while we are on a 10-minute break and have conversations with some of the other members (they have some issues...). But I want them to be able to come back into the Zoom meeting after our break (where they will be monitored).  

I am trying to stage an AR for a user where that can be in control of their recordings and IVR options. Also granting them the ability to change it to a straight forward from the IVR function. The only problem is I cannot find a way to disable the ability of that user to delete or add a phone number to the AR. We don't want to let the user change phone numbers. Is there anyway to restrict the AR Admin role to not allow number management?  Call queues seem to have that ability with the 'Manage Basic Information' selection on a CQ Admin role.

Hey! Is there an installation switch for the Outlook Plugin, like there is for the Desktop Client, to enable SSO? We use CM/Intune to push out the Client and Plugin. BRAndy

I'm the host, but need to be away sometimes, so I'm wondering if there is a way in the setting where I can permanently set "multiple people can share screen"?   Or I can only name someone in the meeting to be my co-host so that s/he can share screen.   The problem is that if I'm late, then nobody can share screen.  Any idea is appreciated!
