Does anybody know, if I will pay for cloud storage, will the cloud recording that was recorded before payment be displayed in my account?I'm really upset.We had a call with a colleague, but the recording button disappeared - there was only a cloud recording function. I don’t even know what it is - I put it on recording, but the recording was not converted when the conference ended.

HelloI frequently run training sessions online which at times involves the use of breakout rooms . I would like to be able to have a whiteboard facility in each breakout room that delegates can work on , without others seeing and then to be able to bring that whiteboard back into the main room for those involved to present to the rest of the group. Is this possible, what product do I  need (I have a Zoom One account) . This topic was raised by Starchild in the past but there were no responses. Can someone help? Thanks 

This seems like a bug, but perhaps there's either a setting I'm not noticing. I love using my iPhone 13 (iOS 17.0.1) on my Intel-based MacBook Pro running macOS 14 Sonoma (final release, 23A344), however I noticed something that's been frustrating me. This issue only seem to have occurred in a recent Zoom release, perhaps as early as 5.15, but it might have also corresponded with the final release of macOS. This iPhone has a wide angle and standard (main) on the back.  Using Continuity Camera, it seems the only way to use the standard (main) camera is to use Center Stage, which is the macOS video processing feature that tracks and zooms in on the figure in the video conference. I don't like using Center Stage, because it's distracting; there's too much motion: zooming in and out, even when I move slightly. However, turning off Center Stage will always default to the wide angle camera, which is also not desirable. Hi, We currently have a Webinar 500 license tied to a user, but our webinar is now over 1000 registrants and I want to upgrade our Webinar 500 to 3000, but I am not seeing an option to change my current plan. I can purchase a Webinar 3000 but then if I switch out the Webinar licenses would the existing webinar under Webinar 500 be removed when I remove that license??Thanks for the help, our Webinar is Tuesday night 🙂

I schedule meetings on my employer's Google Calendar. Whenever I try to schedule a Zoom call, showing him as the host, he cannot join unless I start the meeting.  How on earth can I fix this so that I can schedule without having to open the meeting myself??

Hello We have to organise a webinar in which a speaker (external business consultancy) shows a report to attendees. The speaker should be able to be on video and should be able to share material, while the attendees:1) shouldn't be able interact with the speakerand2) shouldn't be able to see who else is connected There will be less than 500 attendees so we can't buy the Zoom Webinars subscription.As an alternative, we are considering to buy the Zoom Session subscription. We have two questions: 1) Does the Zoom Session subscription guarantee the 2 criteria above?and2) Is it possible to buy the Zoom Session subscription just for one month? Thank you for your help!

For some months now, when I want to share my screen, I can no longer select in advance which of the two monitors (the one on the laptop or the external monitor) should be shared. The laptop screen is always shared immediately. I can only change the screen afterwards once sharing is already running. Is it possible to set the system to ask in advance which screen should be shared? My colleagues do not have this problem. Thank you very much!

Hi, I don't know why, but my video on zoom became vertical, that is, I see others in a normal screening, but my screening image rotated 90º and people see me in that way. How can I come back to normal video screening?Can anyone help me?Thank you

Hi,I have another Zoom-account that no longer exists but via which zoom still collects money for a premium subscription every month. Since I can't log into it anymore, I can't cancel, and Zoom hasn't gotten back to my complaints yet.Can anybody help? Thanks!!!

Hello:I have had trouble with auto-updates not working. I am not sure what changed, but I used to get the pop-up that something got updated or telling me that an update was available, but no more. For the past few months I don't know there is an update until Zoom freezes. I had the box ticked for automatic updates but on Slow. I am trying Fast now to see if that makes a difference but welcome any thoughts. Thanks!

I had set up my account to send me text messages for the 2 step authentication. Now I do not get the text messages and cannot back into my basic account. I found an email that says that I supposedly set up an authenticator app in January this month  but I don't have one. Please help.

I recorded a Zoom call from a 3rd party platform, Profi. After the call ended I couldn't find the recording on the local or cloud section in Zoom or the 3rd party platform. Any suggestion about what went wrong or how I can receive my recorded call?  

I need to organise anywhere between 1 and 5 meetings per year, with at least 1 of them having to go for an hour or more. I need to allow up to 8 participants. Since at least one of these meetings needs to go for 1hr or more, it's clear I can't use the 'Basic' plan. So, I assume I can use the 'Pro' plan. However, I just wanted to confirm this is correct? The only reason for my confusion is the Plans page lists the price in terms of $ per year / per user. Am I correct in assuming that's just talking about the $ cost for the account holder, and not for each meeting attendee? This is not for business or govt purposes, so if we each had to pay for a 'Pro' plan in order to meet then Zoom wouldn't be the product/service for us. Thank you.

Hello, I am using a MacBook Pro Apple M1 running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 I am using the correct version of Zoom for Silicone Version: 5.17.5 (29101) During a meeting everything is fine until I open the chat or participants box and then my zoom freezes and I have to force quit. Once I open it again, it works fine and I can open the chat and participants.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. I have also contacted Apple Support who said they do not think the problem is their end, they think it's Zoom. However they got me to reinstall Sonoma just in case but the problem persists. It only happens with Zoom and has been ongoing for a good few months now.

I realize there is a 4 call limit on a zoom phone line. Is there any way to increase this limit with a configuration change, upgrade or add-on. In my business, I typically have a surge of calls when a new shipment is posted and easily surpass the limit, sending many people to voicemail.

Zoom suddenly stopped sending my meeting recordings to Dropbox after doing it for a few years. I confirmed that it's still enabled by DropBox but can't find anything in the Zoom settings to help me figure this out. Any ideas?

I have a recording of a webinar that was recorded to the cloud. I'd now like to share that recording link with everyone that registered. Is there an easy way to that within Zoom? I don't see a way to customize the follow up email aside from editing the subject line. I'd like to avoid sending out a mass email from Outlook for fear of being flagged as spam. Hi, Does anyone know where I can find a list of the Zoom dial-in numbers for the US?I'm in the Caribbean and we push our Zoom calls out to a US Telco via a SIP circuit. Occasionally we get someone dialing a zoom number that does not go to that SIP because its not one we programmed into our Mitel controller. If I had a list of the numbers I would pre-program them to go out via the SIP.

I have a paid account with Zoom.  I want to record locally, but so far I have only been able to record in 720P  I would like to record in 1080P.  I thought I was able to do that when I first purchased my license?Thanks

My issue:During screen sharing in meeting, someone was able to draw a (curved red) line *onto* the shared screen. It was not the (guest) person that shared, it was not the host (= me), but some meeting guest. My questions:Any idea, how this is possible, please?Can host prevent this? Thank you for any answer/solution and/or idea!

Hello !I want to attend a zoom meeting in my navigator, even if my computer has no microphone.I only want to LISTEN to a meeting. I used to listen to meetings before on this web navigator on this same computer without any microphone.But now :Zoom shuts down the audio every 30 seconds to notice me : "your navigator doesn't allow you using your microphone" ! Then I can only "join audio by computer" and wait for the next interruption every 30 seconds. I have tried all the settings but I have no other choice than select one only microphone even though no microphone exists on my computer. But Zoom continues on trying to access it (see attached files).I'm unable to follow any meeting with so many interruptions. Does someone have a solution please ? Please note again that :1) I want to use the home computer and not my phone (my choice because of a bigger screen)2) I don't want to install the zoom app and want to run zoom in a navigator (my choice because of the comput
