On my laptop, there's an 'advanced' sharing option that includes Computer Audio, which allows my zoom video screen to function normally while sharing the computer's audio only.   Is this possible on an ipad?

I have a webinar with 400 people and I want to send them an email with some material before the event. How can i download all the registered emails? Best regards, C

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key in Zoom rooms?  We are testing out Zoom rooms currently. Something we run into is users wanting to share their screens to the large tv's we have in conference rooms even when they don't have an active Zoom meeting.  The screen share does work outside of a set meeting, though it seems that the refresh rate for the sharing key is 10-15 min and will close out a screen share if it is being used.  Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key, maybe from 15 min to a half hour?

I have read the instructions on setting up a personal link, however, when I go to my profile, the option doesn't exist.  Only the Personal ID option.  I have first level paid account option for 100 attendees.  Help!

Hi, This week I recorded two meeting and I'm pretty sure I launched the AI companion, but I never received the transcript. Is there any way to ask the AI companion to produce a summary for an existing recording? Also, can the AI companion be started after a meeting has started and a recording has started? It seems to me that the summaries I didn't get were for recordings where I launched the AI tool while the meeting was already ongoing. Thanks, L

It has already implemented OAuth and needs to use the webinar API to add registrants via API. Creating, verifying, and publishing a whole app for the marketplace is not feasible, as the integration is custom-built. How can I use the webinar API for my customer? Thank you! Best, Max

Hello I setup zoom phone, when I call from the zoom phone app I can make outgoing calls. When I call my zoom number from an outside number, it automatically goes to voicemail. I've noticed in the backend there's an company number and an extension. In the phone settings under call handling, I cannot forward calls to the extension as the name and extension is there but it's grayed out. How do I allow for when someone calls the main company number it's transferred to an extension?

I am trying to set up auto record to local computer and, although the recording starts with the meeting automatically, it records to the cloud.  I have check the forums and docs and believe I have the recording settings  set up correctly.  I have attached a screen shot of my settings. Please advise, I need to record automatically and ONLY to the local computer. Thank you 

Hi all -- I am unable to install Zoom on my desktop Mac. I confirmed I'm downloading the correct version. I read through some of the other threads and allowed full disk access to Installer; however, I am unable to allow Installer access to files and folders (as suggested) -- it is grayed out. I've rebooted several times. Anyone have any ideas? I attached two screen shots -- one of the message I get when the installation fails, and one of the grayed out files and folder option. Hello, I am trying to download zoom on my macbook air. Every time I download the app, it does not open and says problem report for zoom.us. Please advise.

I'm trying, as host, to post a chat so it appears in all the breakout rooms simultaneously.  Seems a simple ask! The broadcast message only stays up for 5 seconds, which is not long enough for the people I work with. A voice broadcast interrupts their conversation.  I tried a shared whiteboard but that  didn't work either. Please help!

I have uninstalled both the camera option (Snap & Xpression) but they still show in the drop-down list. Does anyone have info on how to remove these cameras from the drop-down list? #curious Refer the attached image for more detail. 

Hello!Our organization recently migrated from GotoMeeting to Zoom; still trying to figure out all the settings.I prefer joining Zoom meetings using my phone for audio instead of my computer mic/speakers (I like to pace) while I connect to the video with my computer as normal. I've found that depending on which colleague's meeting I'm joining, when I dial in (or have Zoom dial me) sometimes Zoom will prompt me to record my name, then hit #, other times it won't and simply says "You are in the meeting now". Where is this toggle setting located? My preference is it NOT prompt me for my name. I don't like saying my name, and usually skip it pressing #. The other meeting goers already see my name, picture or video, having an audio intro is redundant. It's also obnoxious when you're already in a meeting and you hear "_ has joined the meeting" instead of the usual doorbell. Not sure why phone audio folks have different functionality than computer mic/speakers. I get that if you are ONLY diali

Hi, I just tried to pass on host to another at the start of the meeting.  When I hover over participants name and click on MORE it only gives me the option of PIN and CHAT.  The Co-Host tab is switched on in settings and had no problems in a previous meeting. What am I missing ?

Hi, I'm having trouble signing into my business Zoom account, which I pay for. I forgot to update my email address on Zoom because I was usually signed in or had my computer save the passwords. Now that I've canceled my professional email address, and it no longer exists, I can't sign into my Zoom account. The system is sending verification codes to an email that no longer exists. I have another Zoom account, but it's not on a paid plan. I tried filing a ticket, but it says the account doesn't exist, making it impossible for customer support to respond. I also called Zoom's phone number, but they asked for a Zoom ID and Host ID. I entered the ones from my free Zoom account, and even on the phone, the chat bot said they can't help because the account doesn't exist. I'm feeling frustrated as I need to host webinars, but I can't access my Zoom business account, and I can't contact Zoom through my private free Zoom account. Can anyone offer assistance? What should I do?

I am in an infinite loop! I have a Pro Subscription for 1 user, me (which I am then also the IT administrator) and am not able to log on.  I receive this error message: You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025). I can't reset my password because it directs me to use Google to sign in Zoom.  I need "someone", thinking Zoom Technical Support, to reset my account but I can't submit a Support Ticket because I can't log on to my Zoom Account. This is the definition of insanity and I have exhausted the "bot" (doesn't understand the situation) and the web trouble shooting instructions.  They all just keep telling me to reset my password! Someone please help me get out of this Zoom "hell"!

Hi, We use Zoom in our church and record our services. On a Sunday, we almost never have any problems, and the resulting video is 1920 x 1080; however, whenever I record a wedding or funeral, the resulting file always seems to be awful (640 x 360?). The differences seem to be:Sunday services: more people on Zoom, an additional laptop being used in church to handle the PowerPoint which is also connected to Zoom (though no idea why this would have an effect).Other services: few people on Zoom, no additional laptop. Other potential issues: we are using mobile broadband in church, but it seems too much of a coincidence that we have poor broadband on those 'Other services' days. Any ideas what could be causing the problem? Thanks in advance, Patrick

After the latest upgrade has been installed on my computer zoom is not launching anymore!There is no error message, there is nothing. (Why cannot get any error message if an error happened?) I cannot launch the main application, and i cannot join to any meetings.When I click the zoom application, it is simply does not doing anything.I tried to start from console. Same. Nothing. Not even an error message. OS: Ubuntu 18.04.6Zoom version: 5.17.5 (2543) I checked out that all necessary libs are currently installed on my computers.This error affects ALL of my computers. What can I do to make zoom work again? Desired work:When I click on zoom icon the main window should be displayed.When I want to join to a meeting, I must able to do that.When any error happening I must able to see error message (in terminal or in a separate log file)

The "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" button is grayed out in Settings > AI Companion and cannot be changed.It says 'Locked by Admin', but I am the (only) owner and user of the account.  I have the same problem with a different account that I have for a non profit organization.Both accounts are paid accounts.Please advise.
