I recently changed my email address and no longer have access to the old one that is attached to my account.  When I tried to edit my profile to update to the new email, it told me that a confirmation email was sent to my old address... the one that I cannot open.  I tried to contact Support but i am not a Premium user.Since I cannot talk to a living person at Zoom, I am at a loss for how to fix this problem.

I have just ended a meeting I host on a pro plan I own. I forgot to save the meeting chat. Is there a way to restore it? Thank you!

 We just did a Zoom meeting and recorded it.  This is the first time that we have a small visual within a large black frame.  I did not intentionally (and I don't believe accidentally) changed the settings.  Perhaps Zoom in an upgrade made an adjustment.  In any event, would you know if it is possible to enlarge a past recording?  And, how do we avoid this in future?  Thank you.

Fairly easy question that I can't get a straight answer for on the support section. We are able to schedule meetings on the display signage outside the conference room, but only for that day. Are people able to schedule for meetings in the future? I can't the setting to allow this in the account settings if one exists. Thanks,Shawn

Hello,I am using Windows 11 and it has the ability to use multiple desktops.  I am demonstrating a simulation with multiple windows open.  I can select the screen and everything shows up including stuff I need but do not want to be seen with my simulation windows. With windows 11 I can put the simulation on the 2nd desktop and then I was hoping to select that screen to share but zoom does not see the 2nd display,  Am I doing something wrong or is this something zoom  has not considered?ThanksRichard

Recently (within the past few weeks), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app. This means that every time I need to manually copy the meeting ID and password from the invite link and join manually from the app. It's pretty annoying. I am the host of a recurring meeting and I need to make a different person the host.  Not just a co-host, but I will no longer be involved and the new host will take over in my place.  I found these instructions:Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.Click on the Schedule icon. This will open the scheduler window.Click Advanced Options.I can't find that schedule icon anywhere.  Can anyone help me find that icon?  Thanks

Previously, when clicking a meeting link, zoom would open and before joining the meeting I would see a video preview of my camera, after upgrading to v6.0.0 I no longer see the video preview and I'm immediately added to the meeting with my camera on.I found this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061118 which mentioned the feature I'm looking for but the video tab in my settings does not have this option.Any ideas on how to get the video preview enabled again? Is this a feature that has been removed? I'm using the Desktop Client v6.0.0 (33147) on macOS and I'm on the Pro plan. 

With a Meeting (via Zoom Events) is there a way to have registration questions stop someone from registering? Example: "I am 18 years or older" Yes (By selecting this the user can continue with registration)No (By selecting this the user is not allowed to continue with registration) To be clear i am not looking for sophisticated security that blocks someone. I just need something that warns them an stops them from moving to the next question. If they were to just change their answer to Yes they would be able to continue. The warning is to let the potential attendee know that this meeting might not be a good fit for them. Note: I am using the Custom Registration Questions/Custom Questions under Links & Event Access/Registration Form. Is there another/better way to do what i am describing? Thank you.

Hi!First time posting -I have forever always sent the Zoom invite I created via Outlook.  I just went to send an invite and clicked on ALWAYS send the invite via the NEW Outlook.  I do not want to do this, it was clicked in error.  How do I undo this?Thank you!

Hi there! I have alternate hosts set up for my multi-session Zoom event. We are doing some testing at the moment ahead of our event on 18 June. An alternate host should be able to start the backstage of an event, however that option is not showing for our alternate hosts. It is important that multiple people have the ability to start a session. How do I ensure that is possible? Is there a certain time frame when they can start it? Thanks for your help!

We are hosting an event for the general public that is paid.  However, there is one group of people who we want to provide free access to the event and the recordings of it for the next year as a part of a package they have been sold.  Is there a way for us to create a code that only they use which gives them free access? Or a link we can create which would allow them to attend live, as well as to see the recordings later? 

Hi team,  I have employees under me who are now taking my zoom sessions with my clients. I have paid the extra to add another user, added them in all settings as user/cohost using their account email both on the app and the site, but they still have zero access to anything I have organised. I really need my set meeting links to be accessible by them, at their end, so I don't have to attend the zooms with all the controls etc.

After purchasing a Zoom Pro account, I disabled SSO login and accidentally signed out before i was able to set the password for email log in. Now I am unable to login with both email and Google SSO. If i log in with Google SSO, it just shows 'You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025) '. And if i try to reset the password using 'Forgot Password', i get an email that says 'There was recently a request to change the password on your account. Based on our records, you used Google to sign in Zoom, click the button below, then select sign in with Google.' and the link leads me to the same sign in page as earlier and the cycle repeats. Now I am unable to access my account using either Google or email log in. How do I reset password and gain access to my account? Please help!!

This blog post stated that is is possible to turn on Zoom AI features but disable sharing data to train the tool. However, the toggle to turn off data sharing shown in the "Account owners or administrators provide consent" section does not exist. What is the process to turn off data sharing but still use the features?

Very basic question.  We are a non-profit, and we are about to get a a paid account to have various volunteers conduct meetings over the summer when other volunteers (who have Zoom licenses from their jobs) are not available.  So a very basic question -- can we have multiple user names sharing the license (we understand only one meeting can be active at a time).   Is there a master user name so I can create and delete these  other user names over the summer so as prevent people from scheduling a meeting without clearing it with me (and creating embarassing confusion.)  Thank you. 

When two of my meeting guests try to register and enter their email address, they get a message that says, "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." Everyone else has been able to register with their email addresses so far. Is there any way to add the two people whose email addresses the system is bouncing myself? I tried to register them using the same link I gave everyone, and I got the same error message. Thanks for any advice!

When using zoom room, is there some way to output sound both to through the HDMI output (or any other speaker output) as well as a Dante / Network audio?

Hello, I'm new in webinars admin. I did a practice with my client and agency today and we were connected with 5 computers. All of them viewed panelist desktop sharing very well, but only three viewed panelist camera and sharing video good (two via LAN and one via WiFi), two of the viewed very poor. We checked the band speed of those with problems and they were good (speed test showed 600 Mbps, both via WiFi). The only common part of the two that had problem with video quality is that they have quite old computers, but what I don't understand is why they viewed desktop sharing of the panelist good and webcam/video sharing poor.Can you help me to understand why someone had problems and someone not, considering that is not a band speed problem? Thanks a lot!

There is a sharp increase in the demand for Zoom calls requiring simultaneous interpretation.  While this function has many excellent qualities, in practice we have identified some important gaps.  To respond to this demand and provide quality service, we are forced to implement makeshift patches to compensate for certain limitations in Zoom’s service.  Below is a list of suggestions compiled over the past months of intensive, daily use of Zoom’s Interpretation function.    The suggestions marked in bold would have the greatest positive impact for all involved. These changes would aid interpreters in using industry best practices, create ease of management/use for meeting hosts, and expand accessibility for people with limited internet access, among other things.
