Solved

Hello, we have a friend, who ist in austria and later in rumania. We gave her the zoom telephone numbers for both countries, so that she is able to join our video-zoom-meeting, placed in germany. My question is: how much does it cost for her?  She has a german mobile provider and is dialing into zoom by +40 for rumania and e.g. +43 for austria. Thanks for any kind of help or orientation!Stefan from Cologne Germany Europe

Apologies if this is redundant, but I can't seem ti find a definitive answer.Does Zoom block people from recording meetings using QuickTime? I was a participant in a meeting that I did not own/initiate. I tried to record a meeting via QuickTime on my Macbook Pro to reference later. It started recording, then stopped at least once. I stopped paying attention.Anything that I recorded was not saved, unlike other QuickTime recordings.  When I do a "test meeting" with just myself and initiate it, I can record it, but that's just with myself.

How do I get un blacklisted? I need to join meetings for work and I don’t know what to do, Google does not help and neither does that chatbot.

Can someone please help me.I teach online English using Zoom. I have additional information that I would like to share with my students. This is in an Excel file. I am running Windows 10.I would like to import or copy, or whatever is possible - to get the said Excel sheet into or onto the whiteboard. Can this be done? Much appreciated. Keith.

I purchased the "zoom phone power pack" when I purchased the zoom phone number. I received no info from zoom on how to set that up on my desktop. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it a good tool? How do I set it up? etc.  Thanks in advance.

Hi... We are receiving webinar registrations that are to be manually approved.  We've selected "Send an email to host when someone registers".  The webinar has been set up with the Licensed account/email, but the Licensed host is not receiving these email notifications.  Also, nothing is turning up in the Junk folder. What are the likely things I may be missing? Thanks!

Can alternate hosts for a meeting (that is scheduled and used for a series of meetings) - go into Zoom settings and change the "Auto Record to Cloud" toggle button? I was certain I had set the meeting to NOT automatically record...and yet I just went in and looked and it was checked. So I'm curious if it was done after the fact or if I simply just missed it.

I have being using Zoom to livestream events at the Birthplace of the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. While video and speech is OK I have been unable to get any usable sound from musicians. The latest were a saxophone, electronic piano and guitar which were either inaudible or very very lumpy. Audience clapping also cuts out. I can send a short clip if needed. The following is what I have been using - any help would keep me sane! Tongveo PTZ cameraBlue Yeti microphoneAsus Vivobook laptop Windows 11OBS Studio 30.0.2 Sample rate 48kHzVB – Audio Virtual Cable ZoomOriginal Sound for Musicians ON            High Fidelity Music Mode ON            Echo Cancellation ONAutomatically adjust mic volume ONAdvancedSignal processing by Windows audio device drivers OFFEcho Cancellation AUTO

Hello, I have created a holiday schedule for one of our company sites.  I have also created a few call queues under this site. I have a specific call queue that utilizes a different holiday schedule. I am not able to remove any holidays that were created at the site level. Is there any way do customize the holiday schedule for this call queue? If not, would there be a recommended work-around? Thanks!

Trying to setup OFF HOOK dialing for a door phone. AKA - hot line phone. It's a Poly VVX 150 telephone. Need it to ring to an auto attendant upon going off hook.I located a configuration file for an older model of Poly, but this series does not like the one I found.Has anyone configured this before with a VVX Poly? Is there a way to configure this in Zoom?

Hello Zoom Community,   I am looking for a solution to automatically play a video playlist in a Zoom Room every Friday at 7 PM. I have administrative privileges in the Zoom Room, and I'm wondering if it's possible to achieve this using the built-in scheduler.   If the built-in scheduler does not support this functionality, would it be feasible to use a Linux script along with RTMP streaming to accomplish the same task?    Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!   Thank you!

Hi, I started a recurring meeting (weekly) with registration of the participants the first time they join. So far so good. Everyone registered and got an e-mail with the JOIN-button.But for the next meeting, I want to send them an e-mail with the direct link, in case they cannot find the first e-mail or do not know it's the same button. So I was looking for the url to the meeting, but I can only find the link to the registration... Where do I find the link to invite someone who is already registered? Or is there something I miss about the way the registration works? Thanks a lot!

When starting screen sharing, only the new whiteboard comes up (classic does not appear despite settings as described in the support) and "Switch on Share sound" and "optimize video"are grayed out and cannot be turned on.Compared to classic whiteboard where audio and video were possible this is a major drawback.!Any help?

Hi all, I read the June Update notices and discovered an AI update to ZOOM regarding supervisors in the Contact Centre environment being able to undertake Automated QA using AI within Zoom. I cannot find any specific guides for this and seeking if anyone is using this and if it is valuable.Sounds amazing if it works. Regards Greg

I have been using Zoom for years and I have never had an issue connecting with my computer audio. Now, when I join a Zoom call, my computer audio is connecting with the speaker but not the microphone. I do not know how to fix this problem. Can someone please advise?

My SMS campaign application was rejected for reason of "This brand's URL will not load to a valid website."  I do not have a website, nor do I want or need one.  Is there a workaround to this?

I wanted to understand what the License Count mean when we upgrade to Pro where the license count is 1-9. Does that mean that if I take Pro license, I can have 9 users added who could use the account. If Yes, can we have meetings scheduled at the same time for different meetings by different users. Ex: License is ProUser License Count: 5 (A, B, C, D, E)Can A & B schedule different meetings at same time for different users? By adding A, B, C, D, E will I still be charged for 1 plan or will the new users I have to pay extra?

Upcoming meetings more than one day out are not displaying on Neat pads in our Zoom rooms, and are therefore not joinable, from the Neat pad. Nor are they displaying on web controllers for those rooms.Option to "view upcoming meetings" as suggested in some posts, is not available.

My question/problem is about teaching Flamenco dance classes online from home: Is anybody experiencing problems teaching online classes with zoom? I have been working with my 12 year old Dell laptop for over 3 years now and never had a problem with audio or video! Now I have a new HP Elitebook convertible laptop and nothing works anymore, when I stand 3 meters away from my device my students can hardly hear me or the music I play via bluetooth from my stereo equipment and much less when I do  footwork, being a big part of Flamenco dancing. I have been with an IT specialist for many hours trying out all the options with the adjustments of the zoom tools (audio and camera) and NO LUCK! And the video also is showing me going in the wrong direction whether it is in mirrored mode or not mirrored mode. Any help, comments or sharing your experience is much appreciated. Thank you!

We usually record our webinars and share the recording. We do not want attendee's names to appear in the recording. If we unmute the attendee to speak, is there a way to set their name to Anonymous?

Hi yesterday I recorded a 2 hour meeting to my Cloud account. I never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, I even paused and restarted the recording. I even remember it saying "recording stopped" when I stopped recording. It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. I'm not sure if this matters, but the meeting was started by another host, who then made me host and I clicked Record. So my understanding is that the recording should be in my account since I was the host. Can zoom support please see what happened to my Cloud recording?

I have a low-bandwidth connection (e.g., 1-2 MBps down, 0.5-1 MBps up). I can usually Zoom with one or two people easily. I need to host a much larger meeting - 50-100 people. Will the increase in numbers require a proportional increase in bandwidth? I've read (here and other places) that each increased person on the Zoom requires some small increased bandwidth. Is this true - and how can I quantify this? Will my meeting be OK?Thanks.
