I have a client that uses Zoom Phone Power Pack for their ten member customer contact center. This client does not want a full contact center system such as Zoom Contact Center.
Power pack provides useful features such as both real time and historical analytics for call queues key performance indicators such as average wait times, abandoned calls, and calls in the call queue.
