We have a team of people set up with Zoom phone including SMS messaging. They are needing to receive text pages from an automated system that sends alerts out to a group of cell phones and pagers.  The system requires a email to text address, and does not accept the phone number directly. Does Zoom have an email to text address, for example google phone's is #@MSG.fi.google.com, Verizon's is #@vtext.com, etc. 

We hosted a dress rehearsal for some webinars we are hosting through Zoom. We are hosting the webinar in a multi-cam studio, our subjects have lapel mics, and all the video and audio feeds are being fed through a Blackmagic Atem Switcher.  The video and audio is being sent through to a Mac Studio, which receives it as a camera input. This is coming through to Zoom. Monitoring the audio that is being received in the studio control room, everything sounds great. The audio being received on the attendee devices however, is very muffled and barely distinguishable. We have tried through different devices - mobiles using the app and laptops as well.  I just wanted to check to see if there's some basic setting that might need changing or something? I have the background noise suppression set to low, and when I change it to anything else it creates a high pitch ringing/feedback noise. There is a small chance something is affecting the audio before it goes through

Hello,Anyone have an issue with Teams on Android joining Zoom meetings via Direct Guest Join? Despite the 3rd party meetings being turned on in the Admin settings, call being scheduled as a Zoom meeting, I am unable to press join button. I can see a Teams logo next to my call and not a Zoom one as expected. Android firmware and Teams are running latest updates. No issues with MTR licenses, resource account mailboxes can accept calendar invites in Outlook. We do not have any policies via Intune that would prevent this functionality. We do have other Android MTR devices in another location that do not have this issue. Any ideas?

I have a basic free account. I need to arrange a Zoom for two people but do not want to be a participant. Every time I have done this in the past I have to be there to let people in and cannot continue the meeting unless I stay on the call. Please advise.

Does a participant need to log on from the downloaded app (desktop, tablet or cell phone) in order to participate in polls?  Is it possible to see polls if only logged on from the browser link?

Hi. Can someone confirm that if you have a live stream set up with a custom RTMP and you reach webinar capacity, it will NOT redirect users to the livestream link, even if you have that option enabled? But it will if you use one of the other services (Facebook, YouTube, etc..).  This is in reference to the "Remind users to watch the live stream (doesn't apply to custom RTMP)" option. And maybe why that's the case? Thanks

Does Zoom set up meetings based on standard time or daylight savings time? I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) and we are currently on daylight savings time (EDT). My goal is to have a meeting at 4 pm local time on April 2nd. So do I schedule the meeting for 4 pm, or do I schedule it for 3 pm to account for daylight savings time?

I was recording [well I think I was] a Conference today - 5hrs & I am unsure if I clicked Cloud or Local for the recording. It didn't ask me what folder or place to put the recording & didn't really think much of it [I haven't recorded before]. How do I find the recording? All help would be appreciated as this recording is supposed to go our World Wide... HELP!!!!!

Our company bills our clients for time worked on their accounts. For this reason, we need to track the duration of our calls. In our Mac Zoom Desktop App, it's easy to see the length of my voice calls if I go to the phone tab and look at my history. I cannot find this feature for the history/duration of my video calls. Since we are remote, we use video calls a lot (where some companies may just use voice calls), and some of my users are switching to using Slack for video calls since it records the duration of the call. That is a struggle because they then receive Zoom calls during their Slack video calls. Is there a place to see my video call history similar to my voice call history? I am not referring to scheduled zoom meetings, I'm referring to an impromptu call in which I simply go to my contact list, find the person I wish to call and click on their video icon. Thank you in advance! LeAnn Ely

When I log in to my Zoom account and click "Meetings" or "Webinars," the events I created do not show up in the right-hand pane. I only get blank pages. This started approximately August 18, 2024. If I use Google Chrome, events show when I select these menu items.

We held a member-wide training session that required registration. A meeting message was sent out to registrants about the meeting. After this, our committee scheduled a recurring committee meeting. The meeting notice was sent to all registrants from the member-wide event, causing confusion.  Is there a particular setting that sends these notices out? I want to ensure that our committee meetings are only sent to specific people and not the entire membership. Conversely, when it is a training, I want to send it to all members. Help!

I have an issue with preregistration emails from Zoom Events. The Join and View Event links that are available to be added to the preregistration email are not working. Instead of using the join link for the preregistered attendee, they are pointing generically to https://zoom.us/.  I see nothing anywhere in the settings where I can edit this. I also can't find any articles that cover this situation. Thoughts?

Dear Zoom Community, I'm writing to seek urgent help regarding Error 1132, which has completely locked me out of my Zoom account.  This issue is preventing me from accessing my account or joining any Zoom calls, whether logged in or not.           As someone who relies on Zoom for work, this is becoming a problem. I'm on Windows with the latest Zoom update installed. I've diligently followed all the suggested fixes I found on the official Zoom site and within this community, but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the issue. To make matters worse, I've submitted multiple reports to Zoom support over the past week, but I have yet to receive any response. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Hello,I saw that there is an option for deep linking for zoom pone calls. I can link zoom app with URL zoomphonecall:{number} and zoom will automatically call that number. Is there any option for SMS service. I would like to send SMS on the same way like calls. for example URL zoomphonesms:{number) to open zoom SMS and let us write the message.Thanks

How do I make sure that all participants in my private meeting always get the right to share the screen when they join?

Our company is considering turning on the Zoom Pronouns feature so our employees can add pronouns to their zoom meetings and zoom profiles.  Our company uses the zoom chat feature a lot as well, but it doesn't appear the zoom pronoun feature has the option of adding pronouns within the chat functionality.  We are currently using a custom workaround where you edit your zoom name and add the pronouns to the end of your name. If there is a way to add your pronouns to zoom chat, please let me know.

We are trying to enroll our Windows Zoom Workspace clients to ZDM using enrollment tokens. After adding the enrollment token by following the Zoom instructions the client is not added to ZDM. When inspecting the log I see an error ZDMServiceMgr error code 5002 as well as an attempt to reach htts://cn01zdm.zoom.com.cn.I'm located in the US but it appears to try to connect to a zdm enrollement server in China. Anyone get this working and know how a successfull enrollment looks in the log? What enrollment server did you connect to? Or has anyone also had issues enrolling and come across this error? Thank you

Hi,I’m reaching out because my old Zoom Phone account has been disabled, and my appeal to reinstate it was rejected. The phone number associated with that account was crucial for my small business.Is it possible to transfer that phone number to a new Zoom Phone account? I am willing to purchase a new subscription if necessary. Unfortunately, I can't log into the old account due to the error message: “Account is disabled. Please contact Support. Hi there,  Here's the situation I find myself in with Zoom Webinar. In the Email Settings of the Webinar, I configured the Follow-up Email to Attendees/Absentees settings to say "Send 6 days after the scheduled end date" after the webinar had concluded. The 6 days option would have landed it on the day I configured it, meaning the follow up email was meant to go out that day.  I've been notified that the follow up email has not gone out to registrants. I tried looking on Zoom Support and found these instructions below. However, whenever I log into Zoom Events per the instructions,  it says I have no previous events at all.  As a side note: I purchased the one-month Zoom Webinar add-on, as opposed to a monthly subscription. I'm unsure if this has anything to do with my current situation.  I tried to find the solution on Zoom Support. Hi all, While I love AI Companion, it has actually created more work for us as the meeting summaries provided by AI Companion are not identifiable by the title. Is it possible for the meeting summaries to be named by the participant's first and last name, as well as the meeting date and time? And then ideally the meeting summary is then automatically attached to the client's file in our CRM system. We use Bigin if that helps. Thank you in advance.
