HelloI had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators. Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

I was looking for the [Translated subtitles] toggle in [In Meeting (Advanced)] on my macbook, but couldn't find it. I have auto subtitles turned on and I looked everywhere but couldn't find it, please tell me if it's not possible on macbook or if it's in the wrong order. Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)

I usually receive an email whenever someone joins a zoom meeting.I just noticed I don't always get this email.I need to check the times someone has joined a zoom meeting.Where and how can I do so?

When I try to send an invite to a meeting, it's being sent from my old email address that I don't have any more.  My correct email address is attached to my account but it doesn't give me the option to change what email address invites are being sent from. HELP!

Last Saturday, I signed in with a Pro Plan using a mistaken email, I used puntoycoma.sv, instead of my correct email pycoma.sv. I reported this but I didn't have an answer, so I made another subscription with my correct email. The thing is, that I want to cancel the subscription with the mistaken email because I can't log in and I am not going to use it. Can you help me please?

I am using BOTH zoom and zoomgov for different zoom meetings. As far as I can tell, both use the exact same desktop app (on my Mac running macOS Monterrey). However, I have the hardest time switching between those 2 versions, which makes it very difficult to schedule meetings etc. (Sometimes, just by poking around, I finally figure out how to do it). There should be a simple step-by-step procedure on how to switch from my zoom account to my zoomgov account. Selecting "switch accounts" does NOT work, since it always gets back to whatever version of zoom I was last using. Please help!

Hallo,     I am new on Zoom and I download and installed "Zoom Workplace".I register myself with my Hotmail e-mail but when I try to perform the action to "Connect to my Calendar" then my e-mail is denied because it is a personal e-mail.Is Zoom only available for business ?orhow can I register my Hotmail e-mail account to enable the connection to my Outlook?  

I will be the host of the meeting. If I only know the email address of one person who I want to invite to the meeting, can that one person send the invitation to others so they can use the same link to attend?

I am receiving a read error 1132 comment, each time I try to log into a meeting. I wish Zoom had a contact number. I need to ask if a Zoom team member can use my contact information to activate, or reactivate my account, and enable me to log into any meeting.

So, basically the error 1132 is when APPARENTLY one person has violated the zoom's rules.    Apparently because they have a very stupid policy, they don't even try to send an alert or something similar before to block the MAC address of a device, and exactly , they don't blocked the profile like a lot of times i read here, they pretend to say they block profiles, but actually they block physical machine.   But they wanna tell us they are so kind they forgive us the first time if we have been. bad kids, but only the first time.   So if you have bought for instance a second hand laptop from a pretty bad kid, you are so happy to have saved maybe a lot of money, but when you tried to download zoom and use it as usual, you are gonna to discover you can't use zoom. Ever. With the laptop you just bought it. And the stupid thing, is that at the beginning you don't understand whats going on, so you try to enter on zoom with your phone, and it works perfectly..  so with

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

I've seen creating, removing and renaming breakout rooms after they are launched is one of the new features in the last Zoom update. I've updated Zoom, however, I can't create, remove or rename breakout rooms after I've launched them. What do I have to do to have this options without closing all the breakout rooms?

How do I add a cohost permanently? I tried entering his email address in the edit area of the particular meeting.  Way at the bottom, under options, it says "alternative hosts"   When I entered the person's email address used on his zoom account, I get a message saying that email address could not be found.  Verified this is his correct email address. What am I doing wrong?  Thanks.

Hi I am trying to activate Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join.  It is activated in the Security tab of my account but I cannot get it when setting up a new meeting. Hii recently hosted a meeting, where one of the participants requested to record the meeting. I granted permission for this at the start of the meeting. I am a basic account holder. After the meeting, (the following day) the participant that had recorded, contacted me to state that they couldn’t access their recording and that Zoom support said that me (as the host) must have deleted it or changed permissions. The participant is a Pro account holder and stated they saved their recording to the cloud. I knew I had not deleted or changed anything so I logged in to see if I could see their recording but I can’t see it. can anyone help as to where I would go to access their recording and how I can help them access it? TIA

I am unable to locate the template for follow-up emails to absentees within the email settings. I am using Zoom Events license, Event is Virtual with multiple webinar sessions. Any help would be appreciated.
