Can alternate host change zoom settings?

Can alternate hosts for a meeting (that is scheduled and used for a series of meetings) - go into Zoom settings and change the "Auto Record to Cloud" toggle button? I was certain I had set the meeting to NOT automatically record...and yet I just went in and looked and it was checked. So I'm curious if it was done after the fact or if I simply just missed it.

@Cinzano21 - No, alternate hosts cannot change the meeting settings.  They can only start and manage the meeting once it is running.
