Hi Zoom community: I must have an old version of zoom.   I recently had two meetings in which an error message popped up saying that I needed to update, but could still join the meeting using my browser.    (I am using a windows laptop) I did that, and ultimately my two zoom meetings (personal acct) were successful.  I am now trying to update to the newest version and am running into roadblocks.   The chatbox showed me where to go in settings, to check for updates.  But my list of options under settings looks different than what the chatbox described should be there.  I called customer service.  I entered my personal mtg ID and my host key, as instructed.    However, I was told by their robot voice that there is no record of my account.  How can that be if I am indeed logged on and conducted two zoom meetings?! Any ideas on how to update my apparently old version to the newest one?  &nbs

I recorded it, she thought it would be emailed to me and it has not been.  Is there any way I can access this? 

Has anyone found a solution to zoom bombers repeatedly bombing a meeting while flashing?

 I have created a Zoom link that is used multiple times for a standing  team meeting. However, the reason for the link has ended, but old participants continue to use the link to meet for other meeting needs. I need to terminate their use of my Zoom link. Hello Community, I am planning to conduct a webinar where participants can join in two ways: 1. Registration through Website: Participants can register on my website and receive the webinar link upon registration.2. Direct Link: Some participants will receive a direct link from me and will join the webinar without registering.I need a solution to ensure that both registered and non-registered participants can join the same webinar seamlessly. Any suggestions on how to manage this setup effectively would be greatly appreciated.Thank you! 

Here is the current state of the toolbar for Zoom meetings as of 20231024I use Zoom as a medium for teaching remotely and I don't want students to be distracted with all of these things.Things that are helpful for the participants (not hosts & co-hosts)Mute, Video, Participants, Chat, Share Screen, Breakout Rooms, ReactionsWe add security, polls, and record for hosts & co-hosts. Is there a way to for us to hide the less useful functions so they do not take up space on the toolbar?I know this is possible for some features because I removed the Zoom Apps button using preferences. Can we please get the ability to remove the other non-essentials from the toolbar?Summary, AI Companion, Whiteboards, and NotesHere is what those buttons do for the users now (since I have the features disabled)Summary: AI Companion: I'm not sure what meeting participants see when I have Notes and Whiteboard disabled.I suppose it is good that you are trying to add features and functio

We have quite a few phones that have a utilitary function, so when people are searching the directory these locations will come up.  Is there a way to prevent a number, especially a common area, from not returning an extension in the directory search?

I haven't found this feature yet but it would be great if it did.

I have been using Zoom for over 3 years now with my Zoom Pro Plan. I run a weekly Support Group meeting. At these meetings I routinely Share my screen to show YouTube videos or display webpages and or PDF files. Today, before my meeting, I was prompted by the Zoom app in Windows 10 to install the latest update. I did so. During my Zoom support group meeting today, anytime I tried to share my screen (Webpage in Chrome browser, Picture Viewer and Acrobat Reader), all of the participants so a large gray box. I rebooted my PC, still doesn't work. I rebooted my router and cable modem, still didn't work. I unstalled Zoom, downloaded the Zoom app from Zoom, rebooted, installed Zoom. It worked for one shared screen. When I tried to do it again, it didn't work. I've gone to Settings > Share screen > Advanced. I tried checking the Use TCP connection box, still didn't work. I tried turning off hardware accelaration, still didn't work. How do we let the Devlopers know that their latest updat

Good morning everyone,I am in a company that uses zoom as a means of instant communication. I would like to know if private conversations and groups are private or if an administrator or super-administrator can see all of the private conversations please ?Thank you for your reply.

I use zoom to host meetings with a bunch of people in the meeting at once. I can't find out how to get my invites to show the "accept-decline-tentative" buttons on the other person's end. Another person in my office can send zoom invites, and it will show up for his invites, but not mine. The only way I can get it to work is to invite people through the calendar app but I need to invite a couple hundred people at once, so there's no way I'm typing all those emails out. Is there not a way to just send the zoom invite through email and have those buttons pop up?

Is the maximum participant limit per meeting inclusive of cohost? What happens in the following scenario? I have 100 participant license limit. I start a meeting, 100 participants join the session, now I promote 20 participants as cohost and invite yet another 20 participants, will these 20 users be able to join the session? P.S: Zooms help page, they support unlimited cohosts.

I just went to a meeting where about 6 or 7 people stated they sent me their information for leads. Unfortunately not a single text is vissible. So I entered my phone number into my cell phone and sent a text to myself and it never came through. So I tried sending a text a text from computer via Zoom and I got the message that my phone had not been setup for 10DLC. I am sadly mistaken because I set that all up a long time ago. My account shows my Campaign was added and is active and that 2 of my numbers (out 0f 3) have been verified and enabled. So why can I not send or receive texts to numbers outside of my partners phone (one of the verified enabled numbers) and her to me. I need clients able to do this.Regards - Greg

I have been using Zoom for perhaps 20 years, both as a participant, and someone creating Zoom meetings. I have the Chrome extension. I have a Personal Meeting ID and a Host Key. When logging onto a Zoom session today, Zoom told me, via a dialog box, that it could not allow me to access my laptop's microphone unless I downloaded the latest version of Zoom. I participated in the meeting being able to see and hear the other participants, but I had to call in to be heard. That has never happened before. When I tried to download the latest Zoom for Windows, I got an error message, saying I had to get my IT folks to get me the download. I have not had IT folks supporting me since 2010, when I retired. I work alone, and have the free version of Zoom. I created a support ticket, and got back an automated email saying my case is closed, because Zoom could not find my account. Anyone have any suggestions for how I can get out of this unhelpful loop at Zoom?

When sharing links to recorded Zoom meetings, we're getting reports the videos won't stream on Android phones. The video starts playing but stops after a minute or so, and looks as if it's loading but never does. Streaming runs smoothly on computers, tablets and Iphones. Is there a solution to this problem?

Does anyone know if there is a way to configure my Zoom account so my clients can automatically choose to record THEIR Zoom sessions with me to THEIR Zoom account cloud or on their computer hard drive---not mine acct? I no longer wish to record my sessions on my Zoom account and be responsible for sending their recording link---ever---and want clients to have immediate permission to click record and have the recording land in their zoom account or hard drive by default. I am looking to enable the AI companion features for a few users in my org to test.  I have created a test group with few users, however, it looks like  the AI Companion has to enabled at the account level first before enabling it for the test group. How do I ensure that the rest of the users in the org don't get access to this feature?Thanks!

Enabled Dial by Name, added it as an IVR option, and uploaded a new greeting to reflect the added option. Everything is working as anticipated except that the Dial by Name option auto presents after the greeting.  Is there a way to turn this off to prevent the behavior?Thanks. 

I recently got a new iPad Air 13-inch (M2) with iOS version 17.5.1. Ever since getting it, I have not been able to share my screen with participants successfully. Whenever I try to show what I am doing on my browser, they can only see the Home Screen on my iPad and sometimes a page from the website that I am not currently on. If I am sharing a page from the Kindle app, they may see a previous page that I visited but am not currently on. I tried deleting zoom and redownloading to make sure I have the current update, but it hasn’t gotten better. There’s no issue with anyone sharing their screen with me, and I have been able to share the whiteboard with participants. If someone could lead me in the right direction that would be great. I use zoom for teaching. TIA!

I'm not recieving confirmation emails when people register for my webinar even though the setting is toggled. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get around it?

 Issue: When the user attempts to a Zoom Meeting to her Google Calendar invite she gets the follow error: Failed to create conference. However, when she attempts to create meeting invite on her executives Google Calendar, she is able to without error.  OS: Windows 7Steps taken:Removed Zoom Calendar and Contact Integration,Removed Google Workspace from Zoom Marketplace for user,Signed user out of Zoom for G-SuiteRemoved Zoom Third Party permissions from Google Account. We then went through the process of integrating Zoom and Google Workspace.Issue still remains. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a resolution?

I used to receive desktop notices, but recently they stopped showing up.  I've tried all the recommendations in the help and the feature is turned on in the settings. Any suggestions?

What is the best way to share 'Clips' that are stored on my zoom account during a meeting?
