Hey, I selected a profile picture for my zoom meeting and when I did join it the profile picture never came. Only the default came when I offed my camera. Please clarify, as I am gonna join a meeting in 20 mins where everyone should have a profile pic. Thanks,ZoomClearer (TheDoubtClearer)

I can get transcriptions of voicemails left for me but I cannot fathom how to get transcriptions of the occasional ad-hoc recorded phone call: So I go to account settings:Checking under both the "Recording" and "Zoom Phone" tabs I can find no way to turn on "Allow call recording transcription". I've also searched Google and the community here but couldn't see a post on it. If it already exists, sorry!

Hi, We're having an issue where a persistent spam call center continually reaches our Zoom phone numbers. They use a rotating number, so when you block one they just call from a different one. They seem to use the same one or two caller ID strings, so I was wondering if it's possible to implement some kind of rule that automatically blocks callers with a certain caller ID. For example, let's say I get a call from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1111". Blocking this number blocks only the 555-123-1111 number, but then I proceed to get calls from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1112", "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1113", etc. and I have to block them all individually. Is there a way to just block "SPAMCALLS INC" rather than the number itself? Thanks!

I want to create monthly date ranges and time slots from which clients can choose meeting times with me based on times I invite them to choose from.

I have set up a date range of days with slots throughout but i need to delete some of the slots and some of the days but cant find where to do that

I un-installed it because the update wouldn't work; had to force quit that.  In the last 6 months when using Zoom my MacBook Air has frozen up.  Can still watch the Zoom but can't use any controls for Zoom or on my computer; have had to use the power button to shut it down.  Today I had the idea of re-installing Zoom but now I can't get it back on the computer.  I tried to use a ticket for Zoom but even though I have an account number, etc., it says that I am not associated with an active account?  HELP

I booked a Zoom Meetinhg.  I then upgraded to Pro.Will the meeting be restricted to my earlier limit or will the Pro upgrade be in place?Or must I delete the earlier limited meeting and re-book under the upgraded Pro status?

I have a problem, I'm trying to set up live-streaming to my Facebook group, and I see that in my Zoom account the option Custom LIVe Streaming Service is unchecked, but I cannot tick the box because it says it's locked by Admin, does anyone know how I can make myself the admin, I am the owner of the Zoom account thanks  Eliana 

I am trying to use the whiteboard function for an activity that a group would complete outside a meeting. Most participants are not in my organization. Basically, i want to use this like I would use a google jamboard (but with the added cool features that I see on zoom whiteboard). When I try to share, it says I can't share with external users, and when external users try to log in, they need to ask to be invited to the jamboard. I would like a link that I can send that allows anyone wiht the link to access and edit the whiteboard outside of a meeting (again, like Jamboard does).  Is this functionality available? I can't figure out why it wouldn't be but I have spend 45 minutes trying to figure out how to do it. THanks! 

I have a Pro account and want to be sure it's recording in high quality HD because we use the recordings afterward. On an ecamm Integration call, they said we'd need to request that's turned on. How may I have this turned on on my account? The Virtual Assistant won't let me talk to a person and I can't find out where to start a ticket...  

I have a weekly recurring meeting that I want the waiting room enabled for. I don't want the rest of my meetings to have a waiting room enabled. However, the only thing I know how to do from the Zoom support article is enable waiting rooms for all meetings. Then, when I go into the individual meeting's settings, the checkbox is greyed out, i.e., I cannot edit it. This is so frustrating as I used to be able to choose which meetings had waiting rooms or not--it wasn't an account-level setting but rather an individual meeting setting. Can anyone help? Hi Zoom Community Can I record a 4 hour meeting/workshop to the cloud with my Zoom Workplace Pro account? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I currently have 5GB of storage a month - any advice you can give me would be great! Thanks Hayley

I am trying to follow this guide to create an app which integrates with Zoom Contact Center: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/contact-center/apps/create-zcc-apps/#step-3-select-zoom-products-and-features Step 3 substep 4 says the following:In the In-client App Features section, select the Zoom features available to your app users in the Zoom client. To build Contact Center apps, it is mandatory to use Zoom App SDK; enable Zoom App SDK and select + Add APIs to add APIs and events. Problem: I cannot check the Zoom App SDK option. It says "This feature is not available based on the product you select.". Hello! When I am using the tablet-pencil or the mouse they stop working and the only way for them to work again is closing the meeting and opening a new one. This is very disruptive while I am teaching. Have someone encountered this problem before? Any idea why it happend or how to resolve it without closing the meeting? I appreciate your help a lot! Hi, I recently added a bluetooth mic/speaker to our zoom room, and it works just fine.  However, the room is telling me it is not available, the issue being:"Standalone Bluetooth microphone may cause poor audio quality.  Non-Bluetooth microphone is recommended, but integreated Bluetooth speaker can be used" That said, i can launch a meeting just fine from the controller, and everything works after that.  How can i clear this error message so it doesn't scare our users off? Thanks in advance

When I'm logged into my basic, unpaid account using the app on my tablet I have no option of recording. When I start a meeting and click the ... the option to record isn't there. When I look it up, Zoom says basic accounts can record and save to their computer, but I'm not finding that option. Not even in my account settings.    On the other hand when I use my husband's paid account his does have the option to record. The problem is, I need to use his account to watch something previously recorded while using my personal account to record myself.   Am I mistaken with my understanding of being able to record with my unpaid account? Our institution is new to Zoom Rooms, and we were wondering if there's a way to restrict which users can/cannot reserve the room when scheduling.

In https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/zoom-tutorial Step 6f says "In the Issuer textbox, paste the value of Microsoft Entra Identifier."And in https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064121 How to configure Single Sign-On with Azure step 17 has "Copy Azure Azure AD Identifier and paste it into the Issuer (IDP Entity ID) field in the SAML configuration page" Does it mean literally put "Microsoft Entra Identifier" in the field and call it done? If so why does it say "the value of" really makes me think I should go find this value somewhere to enter. And it cant be the tenant ID can it? because thats already entered in somewhere else and why wouldn't it just call it the tenant ID if thats what it did want.

Hi,I had a three day event during which we needed to use an iPhone for close up video.During the meeting, all other participants could see the video, but the video is not showing up in my recording.Is there a way to recover this close up second camera [iPhone] or is this video footage completely lost?I really need the close up video, so any help is sincerely appreciated?Kathie

I have a teaching exercise that I would like to do with my class. I want to break them into two separate breakout rooms, give them a prompt, and ask them each to brainstorm ideas on a whiteboard. After they finish brainstorming, I would like to bring the entire group back together and display all of their ideas on a single common whiteboard.  My problem is that I am not finding a way to copy the contents of their breakout room whiteboards to a common full-group whiteboard. I have tried to copy and paste the contents, but this does not work (it seems that in order to open a second whiteboard, the first one must close and then I lose access to that content, even if I have copied it to my clipboard.  (Zoom Workplace running on my desktop PC) I'm feeling stuck and would be most appreciative of any ideas to make this exercise work. We just went through a Google Workspace transition.For the sake of simplicity, here are the details. CompanyA_dot_com was primary workspace, and my employee logged into it using name_At_companyA_dot_com  - with Zoom to connect to her Google calendar.   CompanyB_dot_com was a google alias domain in the primary workspace, but employee used name_At_companyB_dot_com as the login to Zoom. (not using Google SSO etc) I only use name_At_companyA_dot_com for all activities and don't try to connect my Google calendar in Zoom.  Yesterday, our company split those 2 domains into two separate Workspaces. CompanyA_dot_com went to a new workspace, with me in that move. My employee went stayed in the original Workspace account, where CompanyB_dot_com become primary domain. She can only connect to Google now through name_At_companyB_dot_comAt issue is this morning, when trying to log in to to reconnect her Google Calend

Hello. I am trying to update the outgoing caller ID to display our main number when we call out from our Yealink Phones (T46S). Our main number has been ported from our previous phone co. I have found the setting to change the outgoing caller ID for the Zoom app for each user, which worked fine, but that setting does not seem to carry through to the phones.  Is there a way to do this on the phones as well, or is this not possible? Even if I could add the main line to one of the soft keys so they could call out on that line, that would work -- but it only lets me add lines that are assigned to that user, and I can't assign the main number to everyone. My major concern with it not showing the main number as the caller ID is that some phones are showing it as a "spam risk" since it's a Zoom number, I assume. I'm afraid people are just not going to answer our calls. Thanks for any insight!
