Hello I am using zoom to give an english class to one student. We are both using free plan so we should stick to the 40 minutes time limit. And I was wondering when does the 40 minutes time limit actually starts? Is it based on the time when the host starts the meeting or when the participants actually enters the meeting that is already opened by the host? I tend to start the meeting like 4-5 minutes prior before the student enters. So I am concerned I might be wasting the time limit by starting off early.

Hi  I have tried to setup the language interpretation option on Zoom, I have a pro account and when I enable language interpretation I cannot hear from the other party, any way to resolve this matter?

Hello everyone! My team and I have customized the waiting room for our users. But users only see a customized waiting room on computers and mobile phones, and there is no Zoom room on devices. It would be great if the waiting room for these devices could also be customized.

I always find that seeing a cursor fly all around the screen is distracting and annoying.  Even when I try to remind myself not to move the mouse around while I'm speaking, old habits die hard.  Is there a setting that will allow me to prevent my mouse from being recorded as part of a Zoom Meeting or Webinar?  I mostly use PowerPoint for my presentations and would prefer the recording does not show the cursor. Thank you!!

I have a paid account i would like to add my developer to manage zoom meetings account so he can access api information and add sdk to website.. Any suggetions would be highly appreciated 

Dear All,   Is there any options from where I can get the details that How many hours of Zoom meeting I had done Since My Registration

We terminated a user about 5 days ago and deleted them from Zoom account.  We now have a user that is trying to look back at his chat history with the terminated user and the chat history is gone.  I tried to run a chat history report but because the user was deleted he doesn't show up to select to report on. Is it possible to restore a deleted user and their chat history?

I have searched the forum for an answer and keep getting solutions that suggest clicking on the "dobule_click_to_convert*.zoom" file.  The problem is there is no such file in the recording directory.These are the files Zoom put in the recording directory:chat.txtmeeting_saved_chat.txtrecording.confvideo1379309288.mp4.tmpThe .tmp file is reported to be an mp4 file but it does not play in a player.Can I recover audio and video from the .tmp file?  How?

Looking to see how I can get phone notificiations to happen while the PC app is open. I have tried uninstalling both and have made sure all iOS notiifications are turned on to the fullest degree. I will get the lock screen push notification, but only f the PC is closed. I would rather prioitize iOS over the PC,

I try to create meeting via rest api with setting meeting invitees, but seem like it not invite anyone from the meeting invitees list into the call when zoom meeting created and no invite when zoom meeting started. I try using type instant meeting and schedule meeting, instant meeting didnt invite anyone, while schedule meeting only send invitation only, not call the user directly

I'm looking to update a member of staff's email address/login ID on their zoom account however they already have several meetings scheduled and a few more accepted as attendees.  If they update their account email and login ID, will this cause any problems with their existing meeting schedule?  What I'm trying to avoid is a scenario where their existing meetings are wiped out or if they go to start a meeting and it's no longer on their account. Thanks! 

Does anyone know the maximum number of BYOC numbers that can be added to a Zoom Phone Auto Receptionist?

We have an associated, verified domain.  We're interesting in consolidating all of the users that are using an email with our domain to our corporate account.  However, the  "View User Summary" link only tells us the overall number of people that would be impacted by this.  Is there a way to get the specific accounts that would be prompted to consolidate, and if any of them are paid accounts?

Hi Zoom Community,I am currently facing an issue with creating an additional hub in Zoom Events. Our organization has a Zoom Events "Unlimited" license, and we have around 90 unused licenses. Despite this, we are unable to create more than one hub for one account. From what I understand, the Unlimited license is limited to a single hub. We are a company of 500 employees and need to manage multiple hubs under the main owner for different groups. Hello Zoom Community,I have encountered a persistent issue with Zoom during my screen sharing sessions and would appreciate any help or suggestions.Here are the details:I am an annual subscriber of Zoom and have access to Zoom-Workplace. During Zoom meetings, when I act as a co-host and share my screen to present a PowerPoint presentation, everything initially works fine. However, once I finish the presentation and stop sharing my screen, the Zoom interface does not return to its normal state. Instead, the screen shrinks (no longer in full screen), and several controls become unresponsive. Specifically, I am unable to click on messages or return the screen to full screen mode or even logout. Despite these issues, I can still communicate with the audience without any problems.This issue has been occurring for the past few weeks. Hi all I am managing a large corporate meeting account. adding users is a daily task. I tried adding a new user, and she did not receive the confirmation email, so she couldn't register and get past the pending status. I tried sending to a different alias, it didn't work. I opened the account on her personal Gmail account, and it worked just fine! but tried changing the (now) active account to the user's corporate mail, and again the confirmation mail didn't come. all this time, other users have received and opened accounts just fine, but her mail just doesn't come. I checked the message trace on my mail provider (Office365), and no mails were received on this account from zoom.us domain.   what can be done? the user doesn't get her much needed (and paid for) zoom service.

For my meeting that is a guitar course online I use my usb audio interface as audio source, because this way I can talk into the microphone and play the guitar as well. But sometimes I need to show a wav file to my students.  Is there a way to make it available for them to hear the playback from my computer? So when I play it on my computer in Media Player, they can hear it as well. Such a function is often called LOOPBACK in softwares,  that is not a physical loopback in reality, it is only imitated, so that when you play something on the computer, the editor catches that sound can can record it, etc, just like that. Is something like this available in zoom?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create more than two meetings where the administrator assigns a different host for each meeting? And if so, is there a limit regarding the number of meetings taking place at the same time? Thanks for your help.

We recently ran out of Zoom licenses for our users.  I wanted to ask if there is a way to see what licensed users are not using their Zoom license.   I tried doing a report on inactive users and wondering if the "Creation Time" in the report means the last time they created/hosted a meeting.  Thank you.

Hi,   If i set up multiple breakout rooms, I sometimes need to return some of the people from one of the breakout rooms to the main session whilst keeping the rest in their respective breakout rooms.   I know i can move the participants i want from the room to the main session. My issue is it doesn't seem to allow me to move them back into their breakout room again. I do not want to close all the breakout rooms as the remaining participants will also come into the main session which is what I'm trying to avoid.

Hi Zoom community: I must have an old version of zoom.   I recently had two meetings in which an error message popped up saying that I needed to update, but could still join the meeting using my browser.    (I am using a windows laptop) I did that, and ultimately my two zoom meetings (personal acct) were successful.  I am now trying to update to the newest version and am running into roadblocks.   The chatbox showed me where to go in settings, to check for updates.  But my list of options under settings looks different than what the chatbox described should be there.  I called customer service.  I entered my personal mtg ID and my host key, as instructed.    However, I was told by their robot voice that there is no record of my account.  How can that be if I am indeed logged on and conducted two zoom meetings?! Any ideas on how to update my apparently old version to the newest one?  &nbs
