HelloI need a help: i started a meeting on zoom and after 18 minutes i designed a host  then when the meeting was finished i didn't manage to get the entire recording but i got only 18 minutes recording. I looked every where in my computer, because i choosed the option of recording on the computer, but i didn't find it. Thank you helping me because it's very important for me to get that recording 

We get an error when we try installing or uninstalling the Zoom application.  Error message"C:\Windows\TEMP|ZoomInstallerFull_5.13.11.13434_x64.msi" cannot be found  We can't find the MSI file in the temp folder, so we can't reinstall the latest version of Zoom. We also tried the Clear Zoom exe but keep getting the same error. Please let me know where we can download this MSI file. If not please provide us alternative solution.  Many thanks Regards Dash 

My audio works with all other feature and apps on my laptop but Zoom, do i need to unistall and do i loose all my scheduled meetings if i do, this has never happened, been on zoom for 3 years. Guy 

I have been teaching violin lessons via Zoom on my laptop, and it has always worked fine until the latest update. After this update, it’s not functioning properly. I have enabled the original sound, the musician's mode, and even checked if Windows had any sound effects activated, but there were none. I went through all these settings with my student as well, and everything seemed correct. However, after the update, it’s not working. I can hear my student speaking, but when they play the violin, I hear nothing. We spent more than 40 minutes testing different options and microphones (headphones, etc.), but I still couldn't hear the violin sound. My student could hear me normally. The issue was only resolved when I joined the meeting from my phone as well. I then deactivated the audio on my computer and used only my phone for audio. Language difficulty is a big problem. Can AI Companion use local languages such as Japanese?

I have Google Chrome set as my default browser. This has been confirmed in chrome itself in Settings -> Default Browser. When clicking any link in (say) Zoom Workplace 6.1.1 chat, Firefox is started. This is problematic because I have to use Google Chrome for authentication as required by my company. Zoom Workplace v6.1.1 does not honor Default Browser in Ubuntu 

My Eckankar church uses unique words not included in the Zoom CC dictionary.  How do I get Zoom to add a few words?  Or can I do it myself? ECKANKAR is displayed as "ack and car," Sugmad as "soup mad," etc. TIA Richard BerlingTech volunteer for my church and a Kiwanis service club.  

I've been trying to schedule Zoom meetings for later this week using the desktop app; however, when you go to select the date on the calendar, it won't change the date from the current day's date.  I tried to do this last week and today and it won't let me schedule for dates in advance.

Does Zoom have something similar to the Scheduling Assistant that MS Outlook has? That is, I'd like to identify a time/ date when most attendees will be free for proposing a convenient time and avoid conflicts.Asking each attendee for their availability is super time consuming and definitely not efficient at all! Thanks 

Hello. I'm using Kubuntu 22.04 and since the latest Zoom Workplace update, 6.1.0 (198), I cannot move one of the screens that is shown when the "use dual monitors" option is enabled. In this recording (the link may expire at some point), you can see how I can move one of the windows around by just pressing and moving, but I can't do the same with the other; I cannot maximize it either. Any help would be appreciated.

I am hosting a virtual high school reunion.  To date I have used the free version of zoom, but I want to use breakout rooms for the reunion.  What is the minimum cost subscription I need to get the breakout rooms feature. Can I set them up so that participants can see who is in each room and join/leave the room at their discretion? Thanks

Is there anyway or setting to select what the default 2nd camera is when screen sharing? Or do you just have to choose "Switch Camera" until you get to the one you want every time? Unfortunately Zoom recognizes 3 cameras on my laptop and isn't going to the camera I want to be my default 2nd camera. I was hoping once I switched to the camera I wanted and stopped the share it would remember the camera I chose, but it doesn't. Just curious if there is something in Zoom to fix this? Thanks,Jeremy

I created a recurring meeting months ago. It is not appearing in my list of recurring meetings anymore. The meeting still exists - when i open Zoom and "Join" using the Meeting ID and Passcode I set up originally I get put in the zoom room. How can I get this meeting to appear as an option on the Meetings page in my account? I tried to set up a new recurring meeting, hoping to enter the ID, but the only options are to use my Personal Meeting ID or to have Zoom automatically generate the ID. Other people haave the meeting information and I'd rather not create a new meeting. Can anyone help?

I have a Pro account and it looks like I should be able to pull a list of the attendees' names from a past meeting (with no registration to attend).  How can I do that? 

We just found China has been removed from the data center list in March, 2023, and we didn't get any announcement?  We currently encounter network stability issue due to this, any thoughts?

How can I force that all participant's camera can not be openned?

I work for an organization that has a Zoom account. The secretary for the organization left without sharing the password for the original email address used to open the organization's Zoom account. When we attempt to sign into the Zoom account, it sends a code to the original email address to which we do not have access to.  We cannot sign into Zoom to change the email associated with the account.We cannot sign into Zoom to open a Support ticket for the account or make any changes to the account.I am posting the question here in hope of a reply that can provide access to Zoom as the account is being paid for but cannot be accessed. Please advise. I would like to add team admins to this account, giving others the ability to host and create meetings,  is this possible?   

Yesterday I hosted a two-hour informal meeting. The recording was saved but it's too large to send.How can I divide up the recording into segments so it's "sendable". Thank you. 

I set up a meeting with my manager as host and myself as co-host as I due to a hospital appointment was worried I wouldn't make it in time for the start. In the end I made it in good time but my manager arrived after the meeting start time. Three of us were the meeting when he joined. After that no one came in and when I checked my phone, people were telling me it was prompting them for the passcode. I had set the meeting up without the requirement for a passcode - but it suddenly started asking for one. The only thing I can think is that when he joined the meeting something in his settings overrode the settings I had chosen for the meeting. Does this sound at all right?  How can I avoid this in future? It was a hybrid meeting so it took me a while to realise what was happening as I needed to manage people who were physically present as well.

I just purchased a new Macbook Air and updated my computer to the new MacOS Version 13.1 but I am having issues installing. Is anyone encountering the same issue? Any help on how to install successfully? I am not sure what the issue is and Apple directed me back to Zoom 😞 I tried installing using this link: zoom.us/download I get the following msg when trying to install:An error occurred during installation.The installation failed.The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance I attached a screenshot of the error msg as well.

Is there a way to host more than 2 zoom meetings at once with one account?

Zoom has just started crashing on my laptop (Lenovo)  whenever I close my video or join a breakout room - this has just started happening (downloaded latest zoom a few weeks ago without a problem) and has happened on different wifis - but is fine on my phone I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the laptop - any other suggestions - it's seriously impeding my ability to work!
