For the past 2 weeks whenever I enter a zoom meeting I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. I tested my audio in settings and nothing is working. I have microphone enabled for zoom in my settings. I don't know why it is all of a sudden not working. HELP!

I have Zoom Phone package.Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.1.11 (45504) I would like my company name to appear in the call recipient's Caller ID when making an outbound call.  I would also like to include it at the bottom of SMS texts, maybe with the "Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help." message that's generated. I am sure I missed something, but I have looked through the settings, googled results, Zoom help & Zoom Community and can't seem to find out how to do either. Thank you,David

Hello, we recently ported all our numbers to Zoom and everything seems to be performing as expected, with one exception.  We had a message-only extension with our previous provider, there is no phone number assigned to the user, who has a basic Zoom phone license assigned.  I set up our IVR, assigned a placeholder user extension and now want to edit that to ring the voicemail extension.  When I try to set the key action as Forward to User I receive this error message "This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan."I do not want to assign a license for an extension only to collect voicemails.Short story, I need to be able to route to voicemail using IVR for an account with a basic license.Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or offer a solution?Thank you   

Is there a way to use a consistent link for all appointments booked through a Booking page on Scheduler? Only the location is edited when I try to edit the location and confirmation emails. Because I have to include the link on another platform, for every meeting, having one link would reduce the likelihood of an error.

Hi all We've been using the Pro license for a few years since Covid and only make use of it for normal client review meetings and office quick team meetings.  We would like to stream our client event on 3 October (have never done this before). Don't expect more than 500 people on the steam and about 400 in person on the day.  Can someone please provide some advise on this? Which plan etc.? Best way of doing this. Clients can provide feedback on the day and ask questions, although it won't be answered live. They shouldn't be able show their video and no audio from their side. We won't have any polls.  Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I recorded a zoom session and instead of recording it I cloud it shows in my document folder as double_click_to_convert_01.zoom.  I need help to open this file to retrieve the recording.

How do I stop the topic name for always defaulting to the same client name?

We are a photography club that holds monthly club meetings. Most of the time, we engage (pay) an outside speaker that we connect to via our Zoom Pro account. We project them (as a co-host) and their presentation onto a screen at our meeting hall. And the presenter (via our webcam) can view our club members who are attending the meeting at the hall. NOW, we want to also invite some of our club members, who cannot attend our hall meetings, to view the monthly presentations over Zoom at home. BUT, we want to limit the viewable “Gallery” to just the Presenter, the Hall Attendees, and perhaps one or two other club members. How do we do this?

I am unable to access my zoom phone tab from my desktop, its basically not showing up there and I'm making calls through mobile, I have tried signing out and logging back too for multiple times but still facing the same issue

Hi folks,I have a number of different types of recurring scheduled meetings (as well as some one-offs).Some of these are made through integration with my booking system for clients, which is Squarespace Scheduling (previously known as Acuity). I have already gone through seeking assistance from their help team but it seems to be a Zoom end issue.Some of my meetings did not come through that way, some I scheduled through going to the Zoom website in my browser and going to Meetings and clicking Schedule a Meeting.  For example I have one on Tuesday nights at 5:45pm . Now I know this scheduling did actually work, because when my clients click the link I sent when inititally scheduling this call, they are able to access the meeting and I receive the email notifying me that someone has signed in to the call, at which point I can click the link in the email to start the meeting. However, this meeting does not show up in my Zoom app in the Upcoming Meetings tab.  Nor

The Zoom auto-summaries are already really good. I'd like to send these to Salesforce.  Seems like it should be possible because Zoom has the @domain.com from the emails and so it could match that to the domain on the account in our Salesforce and add a note there. Even better would be to search for an open opportunity on the account and make a note there  if there is indeed an open opp.  Has anyone done this that could provide some guidance on the best way to go about it? 

One of the co-hosts has changed to a new laptop and do not have the "Record" button in the Breakout Room. This co-host is using Zoom App. It was working previously with the "Record" button in the co-host's old laptop's Zoom App, but now the "Record" button is not showing in the new and old laptop's Zoom App. Other co-hosts do not have problem with the "Record" button in their Breakout Rooms.

Currently have Zoom Workplace Pro which renews in 2025.  Version 5.15.5 (19404)I am being told I must have version 5.16.6 to sign in.  I see no way to update my version.What do I do? 

Our org would like to view all of the users of a particular Zoom App, but there are several pages of users. Is there a way to export this information?

Anyone know if there is a way on how to download all my recordings available in bulk? have a lot of small 200mb meetings taking space and want to just bulk download so I can delete them off of zoom

We're looking to export various reports on a schedule basis. When navigating to Account Management > Reports, we can readily run reports; however, we don't see a means of scheduling these reports to run periodically. Has anyone been able to (or are able to) run these reports on a scheduled basis.  

Is there a way to schedule a recurring meet anytime meeting in Zoom Workplace? I can't seem to find how to do this. When I schedule a recurring meeting, it makes me select a time.

I have enabled the Waiting Room in Account Settings, and specified a particular Customized Waiting Room. In the Waiting Room Edit Options I also checked off, Allow participants in the waiting room to reply to host and co-hosts.I also had updated to the latest version of Zoom before making these settings.However, in a subsequent meeting, the Default Waiting Room displays, not the Customized Waiting Room. Furthermore, people in the Waiting Room can't reply to hosts/co-hosts.Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello!  Currently I am running into some issues scaling our current events model, we have now upgraded to Zoom events in order to move our events from being ~100 to 300-500 people. I do a lot of backend work and pre-assigning, which I am still okay doing, but since we are now scaling the events to include more groups and projects, things are more complicated.  Our events involve multiple different tracks - individuals moving from a session with everyone, to a meeting with a portion of everyone, and then moving to an even smaller portion of everyone, and then moving back to their larger portion of everyone, and then finally moving back to everyone (please see event schedule below for more context).  To make things more difficult, attendees are not currently registering through Zoom. While I think that will be the best option for us to avoid logistical issues, I am not sure I am going to get the sign-off on moving all registrations to be done through Zoom ev

When hosting a recurring meeting, I open the meeting, participants try to join but "see Host has anothr meeting in progress." Why? This hasn't happened before during the whole year I have hosted this recurring meeting. 

This question doesn't seem to exist anywhere on the internet. So hope someone has an idea to this. Scenario: I am the host. my guest shares screen. I want to use my mouse cursor to point things out. NOT remote sharing, NOT me controlling actions on guests screen. Simply a movable pointer/cursor to tell guest where to go/click. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hello, I am hosting an online free event, I was expecting about 800 attendees so I purchased the "add-on 1000 participants".Yet, thankfully the number of attendees exceeded 1,000. thus, can you please suggest an upgrade. I am afraid that this event is a free event and the webinar option is expensive for it.So what can I do? how can I accommodate for up to 3,000 attendees on a more affordable budget. I appreciate your fastest reply, since the event is approaching and I really need a solution.Thank you in advance.

I am an admin for a Zoom workplace Pro with 5 licenses and we would like to cancel 2 licenses of those 5. How can  do that?
