Outbonund call issue

Hi ,

When I make a call from my Zoom phone, some SG local numbers I cannot reach but same numbers i tried with my mobile carrier it can able to reach. 

Can anyone give a solution for this? I have been facing this issue for so long.

Hi Infotech1 - welcome to the Zoom Community.  Your Zoom Admins can enable or disable international calling and specify allowed countries/regions for outbound calling. If international calling is disabled, Zoom Phone users will hear an audio prompt informing them that the call cannot be completed. I recommend that you reach-out to your Zoom Admin to verify if international calling to SG is enabled. If you're a Zoom Admin yourself, here's the support article that details how you can enable/disable international calling.

If international calling is disabled, Zoom Phone users will hear an audio prompt informing them that the call cannot be completed. I recommend that you reach-out to your Zoom Admin to verify if international calling to SG is enabled. Hi Aileen,

Thanks for replay, but i checked my international calling has been enabled for SG has well. do we have any other options to check?

Hi Infotech1 - also ensure that you have the right format when dialing outside US & Canada (dial 011 + the country code and phone number). If you have the right number format, and international calling is already enabled on your account, with SG already added too, and you still can't call out, I would recommend, that you create a tech case for it, so one of our tech engineers can check on the back end why you're not able to make that call to SG. On the tech support case that you'll be creating, please include samples of the SG phone number you're trying to call so they' can investigate.
