Personal Meeting ID Disabled

We recently merged one account into another (both are PRO) and personal meeting ID for the one that merged now comes up with a note that that feature has been disabled.  The personal meeting ID for the main account is working fine. How can I enable a personal meeting ID for both accounts? Do I have to separate them again?

Hello,

 

Please make sure that the user in question has Personal Meeting ID enabled on the web: 

 

Once this feature is enabled you should be able to utilize it.
