I need to join a meeting that lasts 3 hours. I'm NOT the host, just a participant. MY Zoom plan is the Basic which limits me to a 40 minute meeting. I don't use Zoom for business and only use about 5 times per year. Will I get cut off after 40 minutes from a meeting I am a participant and NOT the host?

Hello, ever since updated to Zoom workspace, my video settings don't show the options for @virtual background, filters, blur background or touch up appearance. I am using an Asus Aspire 5 and have the Zoom Workspace Pro plan. I had full use of these settings before the update. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you, Sharon

I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere. A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added “screening records” in the control centre. I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option. Thank you.
Not sure where the suggestion box is, or whether this is the right place to bring this up, but-- It would be great if Zoom could add the ability for an individual user to set a logo or virtual foreground while on camera, regardless of the user's chosen background. Like a foreground layer or some such. This way, I could have my team's logo displayed in the corner of my screen and still keep my background of choice, be it Blur, Natural or Virtual background. I just recorded a meeting as co-host with my Android phone. Now I can't find it anywhere. Where are the recordings from the Zoom workplace app stored?
My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.
As a zoom admin I am looking to enable the option "Automatically sign users out after a specified time" under the security settings. I have already contacted the support team with a question about how the sign-out happens, which was answered. We purchased ZRA, and noticed that the unlimited storage is for analytics, not the source Zoom meeting videos, which, are required for the analytics. Since ZRA is a premium add-on, it would be great if the storage was unlimited similar to other premium products on the market (Gong, Otter.AI, etc).
We are new to Zoom Phone as of this week. We had been with Ring Central a few years prior. I am very surprised to find that Zoom is missing the most basic of things for the phone functions. Paging - we have Polycom VVX 350 desk phones. The Keys & Buttons setting does not work for "Paging - Line". When applied to the user, it never appears as an option on their phone soft keys. Broken. Paging - You can get around this at least, by picking up the hand set and entering the Extension number assigned to a Paging group. But when you do, it still does not work right at all. Instead of hearing a Page across all the phone speakers, it makes the phones RING. If a person does not pick up the phone, they miss the page. For us, this is a major safety issue. Dear Zoom, I'm running Zoom meetings on my iPad (12.9-inch 3rd generation iPad Pro, iPadOS 18.7.1). Even though I've got "Original sound for musicians" activated in my settings, my participants can't hear loud musical recordings played from a nearby speaker, even though they can hear my voice very clearly while I speak in the same room as the music. This seems to be a new phenomenon because in past years they've been able to hear those recordings played out of the same speaker without issue. Can you help me solve this? I've tried looking for other settings to change within your iPad app, but the "Original sound for musicians" toggle switch is the only one I can find. There are other threads on this forum dealing with similar problems, but Zoom's reps so far seem to be mostly offering solutions that would pertain to Zoom on a computer, not on an iPad. Can anyone help?

Hi guys, I wanted to know how do I get a report in zoom where it gives me the analytics of the participants. By analytics I mean how do I see the focus time, drop off rates etc during the webinar/meeting of the participants. This is something which is very important for me and was included in the reports of Demio (I recently migrated from Demio to Zoom).Please help, I urgently need to get a solution to this. Thank You.
Over the last couple of weeks, I've experienced an issue where the bottom taskbar is appearing and disappearing on its own. I have it set to hide. My cursor is nowhere near the Zoom window, not even on the same monitor. I just ran the latest update to see if it made a difference. It didn't. It's very annoying and frustrating as I'm trying to record a clean video feed. Running on MacOS 15.7.1.
Hi there, I am trying to access Zoom Analytics. However, I don't seem to have a page dedicated to this. On the articles I have read, they all claim that I should have a page titled 'Analytics and Reports'. I only seem to have 'Reports', but nothing else. I want to be able to see how many zoom-call participants shared a message in the chat and how many people engaged with a resource link. Please could someone help? Thank you!
Has anyone gotten around to understanding Zoom analytics? For context, my role at my job is to export their analytics to then see how many agents were logged in on a specific day, total handling time, etc. But when I review the Call Queue Historical Reports, I'm presented with less-than-helpful statistics of 'Avg Call Handling Time' and stats that don't really outline how the day went. And when I export for multiple days in a given date range, the data is automatically aggregated? Exporting the Detail report just sends me down a rabbit hole of having to analyze data where 1 call has more than 1 record of data associated with it, when all I want to know is was the call completed or was it abandoned/overflow. Anyone have any helpful tips on navigating this? I'm used to having way more control in terms of creating reports within an existing system, but Zoom doesnt give me that option...
Hello, I have recently deleted all my videos from my trash folder. It was a mistake, deleted permanently but I do really need those videos since they belong to an important interview done to an important person. Is there any chance I can get it again?
We picked up a Brother 820NWB and a small form form factor Windows 11 machine. Got everything installed and set it up and as Visitor Check in Kiosk. Set it up to share the printer using the printer agent and I can now print badges from the Kiosk and from a remote Neat Frame. I am curious now that I have it setup and printing, there seems to be a lot of wasted space on the badges. I am curious if there is a way to modify the borders that this thing is printing on to use up more of the sticker (we are running the DK-1234). There seems to be 3/4 to 1/2 an inch on the sides and a little over 1/2 an inch on top and bottom that is just white space. Figured if I can make the printing area larger then the text could be bigger or scaled better to make it more legible or possibly make the pictures look better (from what I read that is doubtful though).
Hi there,my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.
