I have Automatic recording"Record meetings automatically as they start" set to the off position but it still automatically starts recording every meeting. Please fix. I do not want the recording to automatically start. Thanks
I'm attempting to retrieve several old recordings that one of my students forgot to download. The recordings were done in late May and June. Of course they aren't in my account any longer, but are they still archived by Zoom somewhere? If so, how do I make contact to get them? Thanks.
Hello! Last week, I was very busy with back-to-school and Zoom gave me SO many issues that are still not resolved and I cannot get any help from Zoom Customer Support. I can't reach anyone. I am logged in but it says it cannot connect me because I'm not logged in. First issue, I needed someone to take over one of my meetings so that I could do another one, I have Zoom Workplace PRO. So I added them to my account, paid for their license, and added them as an alternative host, all on my account. That user started the meeting under their account. Then an hour later I went to start another meeting on my account but instead of starting the new scheduled meeting that I needed to start, Zoom kept launching the meeting my partner was currently hosting using his license. Desperate for a solution, I had someone else sign up for Zoom using their email and my business debit card so I could quickly send out a link on that account to start the new meeting - so adding my partner on my accou

Quando eu colocava pra gravar, quando eu abria o vídeo da gravação, no canto da tela aparecia o horário, se era 13h00, aparecia 13h00 e ia mudando tipo um relógio. Mas agora eu fui ver uma gravação da semana passada, e esse “reloginho” não aparece mais na gravação. Queria saber se teria como a gente voltar essa configuração pro relógio aparecer no vídeo gravado.
Hello, I am really confused about something. I don't get any confirmation emails when someone schedules a Zoom through the scheduler. I am guessing they get a link but I don't receive anything. I have looked at the settings and everything looks good. What am I missing? On the notifications area, the default options are greyed out and can't be edited. On some of the other settings I see options for sending to invitee and host. When I did a test at the beginning, I did receive an email. Any thoughts? Stephen

Hi, i joined a meeting via a link that was sent to me by the host. When the meeting started i pressed the "record" button and the program asked the host to give his permission. The host gave it but when the meeting endedand the program closed, i didn't find the video in the selected folder. I didn't press the "Stop recording" button when the meeting ended. Is there a way to find the video or it was never recorded?
When I'm trying to use the Google Workspace Add-on "Zoom for Google Workspace™" I have some issues. When I use the add-on to add a zoom meeting to a calendar invitation, it appears to create as usual and I am able to save it. However, when I attempt to start that meeting, it first loads the webpage (https://us06web.zoom.us/s/meetingID#success) but then I get a pop-up box telling me the meeting ID is invalid. This doesn't happen every time, and it seems to be more likely when meetings were created far in advance and when multiple people are invited to the calendar hold. I don't have this issue when I create the meeting directly on the website. Additional Info: I'm not sure if this is part of the solution, as this has happened since I installed the add-on. When I create meetings using the addon, the date is:Time: Dec 31, 1979 05:00 PM Mountain Time (US and Canada)regardless of the actual meeting date.
Ever since Zoom 5.16, 64Bit will not launch on older AMD processors. This is a known issue across multiple users and devices, which was reported almost a year ago. 32 bit will launch, but it is laggy and does not work well on my system. Since Zoom is now forcing an update, it is impossible for me to use the desktop client.I am unable to submit a support ticket, because apparently that is only available to paid users. I would like to see this issue resolved.
Hi I can't join any Zooms using Zoom Workspace because it keeps saying that I need to update the app to version 5.16.6 or higher. I'm pretty sure I've downloaded the latest version and I don't know how to update to another version. I tried attaching screenshots but can't seem to do that. Thanks,Micaela
Hello, My personal meeting ID link is sent to all my clients. In the past, I would open the Zoom app, enter the Zoom room, and my clients would enter the waiting room and I'd let them into the Zoom meeting.Now, when I enter into the Zoom room I get an email that my clients are in the waiting room but not in the same meeting. Supposedly, when I open Zoom app and enter a meeting, it is NOT the same meeting as the personal meeting ID I've sent to all my clients. I have copied and pasted my zoom personal meeting ID link and put it in the weekly therapy invitations. This has always worked in the past without fail.Now that I have a new Zoom account, this isn't the case.How do I enter into my personal meeting id link from my zoom app? How do I configure my zoom app to always be my personal meeting ID that is listed in the web portal?I hope you can help because I spent 2 weeks in communication with a Zoom represe
We recently started testing Zoom Phone for Salesforce and have been relatively pleased. It seems to be working well in our sandbox environment, but when we transferred it to production, our users are receiving the following error when they try to access the soft phone: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the problem." They are not able to log into Zoom or authorize the installed app. Upon doing some further digging, it seems this is related to Salesforce's updated CSP directives. Our production environment is testing this new release update. When I disable the test, Zoom Phone seems to function fine. However, this change will be enforced in the next Salesforce release, so I'm concerned that Zoom Phone will no longer function. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Hello, I’m currently using Zoom on the free plan while determining if it meets our needs. I’m trying to schedule a meeting that requires registration, but I haven’t been able to find this option despite following the guidance I’ve seen, including scheduling directly on zoom.us. I’ve tried logging in from different computers, but the option still doesn’t appear. Since I’m on the free plan, I don’t have access to direct support, so I’m reaching out here for any insight or guidance you can offer on this issue. I appreciate any help you can provide. Can you prevent the option of the QR code from appear at all on polling questions? A colleague believes the option to launch a QR code is too distracting and they want me to remove it from appearing at all. I am not seeing that it is something I can toggle on or off. Your imput is appreciated.
We added new licensed users for our Zoom Pro account and has completed the recommended Zoom and Calendar integration set-ups, but his status has not updated. He is not appearing on the official Zoom account list and cannot be set as the main host for meetings via Google calendar. How do we update their accounts?
My Zoom version is 6.1.6 (43767), used on a windows desktop 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz.I use the desktop app : Zoom WorkplaceEverything worked fine until I was forced to update my Zoom desktop app to 6.1.6. 10 days ago. The problem is:While sharing a power point presentation (slide show) with students, if I play an audio file inserted in that presentation, the students can’t hear a thing.I can hear the audio document although the volume appears down.Students can still hear me talk and I can hear them.The situation is the same on one screen or extended screen. Surprisingly, a small number of ppt presentation work fine but the majority don’t.I use the same software (MS ppt) and the audio files are all mp3 format.So, I can’t understand why that is happening (sound being shared in some ppt documents and not in others) Again, this issue only started recently with the Zoom version v6.1.6.Yes, I am sharin
Whenever I try to add a zoom meeting to an invite, it wants to email me a verification. Problem is that I’m in my email program (Outlook) have a new invite window open. If I close that to go look at the verification email, I have to start over again, which requires a new code from email. Endless loop of pain and frustration. It renders the integration useless. Can the verification be shut off? Also, I’m a “pro” user, and can’t get technical support? What!?!?!?

Hello,I am interested in having 2 individuals at different locations, removing backgrounds and combining them into a single window, adding a background to make it look like both are in the same location. Why do you say? I am a technical instructor and some of our equipment is in a different location then where I am. With a person using zoom is at the location and I am at a different location, the combining action would allow me to stand or sit at the equipment and make the training more like a live training session. I suspect most users of zoom do not spend days teaching highly technical information, but we do and using head shots and dry meeting material will put anyone asleep. I do not believe zoom has this capability at this time, but maybe this idea will get to someone in zoom and think about how to make it happen.
I just set up a recurring webinar and I need to add over 100 registrants, however the import csv option is not available. The only option I see is edit, but then I woudl have to add everyone manually. Why can't I import registrations??
Hey, I work for a school district and we have just recently switch to zoom phone system. I have researched that a single user cannot have multiple extensions. I am looking for a work around if possible. Some of the staff have multiple offices in different schools. I am wondering if there is a way to have the one user call from the different phone with the different extension? This is for example, dealing with an emergency call to 911 that they would be able to see the different extension and know exactly with building it is being called from, instead of whichever one has been chosen as their default. Hopefully that makes sense? Thank you all for any advice!
Hi Can anyone help me, I recently cancelled two re-occurring client calls via outlook, which were successfully cancelled and removed from calendars within my organisation, however these two meetings are still showing in my clients calendar as being active and causing confusion. these were cancelled over a week ago so I have no way of even seeing them to cancel them again - The client has sent me the zoom links so I have them, but no way to cancel them. Can anyone advise if this is even possible or if I will just have to ask the client to delete the links directly within there own calendars.Thanks for any help or advise.

I am trying to use the Zoom Workflow (Beta) initiating via Webhook with a variable type "Zoom User Id" and trying passing an email I receive the answear: "{"status":false,"errorCode":"-1","errorMessage":"illegal member id input"}" It is not possible send the email of the account for Data Type "Zoom user ID"? The email is the best option for a No Code/Low Code model.
