I have spent hours trying to figure out how to save chats. They used to save automatically. Then I had a problem and was told to de-install zoom and reinstall it. Since then I cannot save them. I cannot even copy them to paste. There are multiple places that seem to have options to save chats, each requiring a different application. The one time I got past Bolt/the gatekeeper, who cannot answer a single question, I spent an hour online with someone who felt my questions were not worthy of an answer, so he chose to answer his own questions. I've spent hours on this. If I click on the icon to save the chat, it shows me the options and they don't work. I'm beginning to think that Zoom Customer Care is really being paid by the competitors so everyone leaves zoom.
I am trying to share a second camera but can't change its source.I have 6 possible video sources listed (I'll just call them source 1-6 for now). My main video is on "Source 4", but I want to share "Source 2" as a second camera source, but it keeps defaulting to "Source 1". Or, if I try to switch camera, change source, then switch back, it seems to pick a random source!How can I select a different source for my 2nd camera? When I try to change source it changes my main camera (PiP image) instead.Failing that, how can I remove video sources from my list of video resources?Thanks

I ported my office number over to Zoom a few months ago. Since that time I have not been able to access any calls and even more importantly my voicemail. Fortunately most client have my cell number but not all. Somebody please give me some help. There is NO customer support that I can contact. I don't know if there is a plan where I can upgrade for help?
At the start of February I was forced to do an upgrade and now when no one can hear me, although I can hear them. Zoom has worked perfectly for me for years and now this forced upgrade has broken it. I am now on desktop Zoom for Linux (Debian) version 6.3.10. When I go into Zoom audio settings I can select the microphone and when I speak I can see the blue bar move. However, there is no "Test mic" button to do a recording. So, obviously Zoom is picking up my microphone but not sending it on to others or not doing so properly. Also, the microphone works perfectly in other applications. For instance, I can record and playback from a terminal or using VLC.
All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?
I am not able to share sound while sharing screen on zoom anymore. I am a Mac user. I am used to share my screen to watch videos with my friends but one day it suddenly stopped to share my computer's sound. I have tried everything I could find out on the app. I have tried re-installing the zoom app and restarting my computer. I have selected all the different types of audio sharing options(Off, mono, stereo(high-fidelity)). When I select mono or stereo options even I can't hear sound of the video but when the "OFF" options is selected while screen sharing, I can hear the sound fine but other people in the meeting can only hear the dialogues of the video and not the background music, which is very strange to me(I was playing the video on VLC media player). I am not sure of the uniqueness of the problem so if anyone else have faced it and knows how to solve it please help. Thanks!
We have zoom rooms that have started playing the recording disclaimer. We have a enterprise account and have turned off the following setting. It states it should turn off the spoken disclaimer but it doesn't work for our zoom rooms. We have made sure they are licensed and joined to our account. We are trying to disable this so it doesn't cause a disturbance during court. Our current account setting is below.
Hello, I have read about a similar error with many other users historically and some that are in different situations than myself. I have an individual business license for Zoom (and am the administrator of my account) but am missing the recording (and whiteboard) buttons. I have tried a few troubleshooting steps so far. For the purposes of this discussion, I am talking only about local (not cloud) recordings. 1. I've checked the storage location for local recording storage (and the folder exists).2. Under the web profile settings, record to computer files is enabled.3. If I turn on automatic recordings (which I don't want to happen all the time), recording does start. This doesn't add the recording or whiteboard buttons.4. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the application, without success. Does anyone have any other ideas or steps I can take to troubleshoot this? It is frustrating. Thank you.

Hi all. I'm working on an integration and am trying to add a module to update meetings. I'm receiving a 200 response but meetings aren't actually being updated with the changes. При этом, звук работает во всех приложениях zoom. В настройках также не воспроизводится звук при проверки (проверяла динамики ноутбука и наушники).Микрофон работает, а звука нет. 2 раза переустановила программу, перезагрузила ноутбук несколько раз, искала ответ в интернете, спрашивала у знакомых. We have an Amazon Fire TV 65" Omni Series 4K UHD smart TV with built-in Zoom. We use a Logitech C920 Hd Pro Webcam, which is recommended by Amazon.The tv works great when you are doing a normal Zoom meeting, even with multiple attendees. However, there is an audio problem when we use the break-out room function in Zoom. To be clear, there are no audio problems on our side; the problems are experienced by the people in a break-out room. That is, the people in the break-out room complain of two different things:Hard to hear me when I am speaking and/orFeedback when I am speaking.We have found that the problem goes away if we mute when the people in the break-out room are speaking, and they mute when I speak. Hello, I have a question. I currently have a plan with you that allows for 500 attendees in a webinar. If I create a registration link with that plan and then upgrade my plan to 1,000 attendees, will the registration link I created allow 1,000 attendees or only 500?
Hi, This morning all of our zoom meeting and webinar cloud recordings have disappeared from the Zoom system? We had 40+ recordings in there last week and this morning there are none. Nothing in the trash and I'm the only one with access to the account and I know I didn't delete anything. Last email from Zoom was telling me my latest recording is now ready, so isn't a billing or license thing?

I just upgraded to the Pro service from using the free service. I recorded a meeting tomorrow on the cloud and received the email below a few hours after the meeting. When I go to my recorded meetings within my account, no recordings appear. I really need access to the recording from yesterday. Is there anyway I can recover that recording from the cloud even though it was over my storage limit? If I upgrade to another tier service will my recording show then? Thanks for the help. I have seen a feature called "reconnect" on webinar tutorials. However, I don't see that on my screen next to "record". What plan do I need to use the reconnect button
I recently changed my password as I couldn’t remember what my old one was. I went to your site and made a new one. When I try to sign in with it on the desktop, it says that I am unable to connect and to check my network connections. My connections are stable, but I am still unable to get in. I also tried uninstalling Zoom and then reinstalling it on my desktop. That didn't help either.
Registrants all have the same screen name when being admitted to a Zoom meeting,. They all show up withthe name of one of the meeting registrants., who wasn't on this run-through today for a 250-person meeting that will take place tomorrow. I'll spare you the details, but it's not as simple as telling everyone after they're admitted to change their screen names. Googling indicates this is a known problem, but I'm not easily finding the resolution. I saw somewhere that instead of starting the meeting, I should instead open the meeting by joining it through my desktop app. I tested that and it didn't make a difference. I'll be happy to learn the solution. Thank you.
My company uses Zoom for some customer webinars and we've set it up so that if you register for the event you get the email that includes all the meeting information. It also includes options to Add to calendar .ics, add to google calendar | add to yahoo calendar. Is there an option to add to outlook calendar? I am trying to solve having a meeting invite created associated with this event.
