Hi,I'm trying to use Zapier to take my AI Meeting Summary and put it in my CRM, however that requires the invitee email address to be pulled into Zapier, which doesn't currently show.Any idea how to get all the fields we actually need to be pushed from Zoom to Zapier? Otherwise, the only way to get these summaries is a manual upload of a doc, which is crazy in this day and age!

Hello, I’d like to ask about a technical issue that happened during a one-on-one Zoom class in January 2025.Here are the details:It was a 1:1 class with only the instructor and me.The instructor joined with two different Zoom accounts – one for sharing a PowerPoint (PPT) and another for speaking as the presenter.I also joined using two of my own Zoom accounts – one on my PC and one on my iPad.During the class, the instructor said that the profile picture of my PC account displayed the “OBS” logo, and they assumed I was recording the session.However, I was not recording, and OBS Studio was not installed or running on my computer at that time.For your reference, I used OBS Studio a few years ago during the COVID-19 period to record casual online meetings with friends, but it has not been installed on my current computer for a long time.I would like to clarify the following points:Can Zoom automatically display a third-party application logo (like OBS) as a participant’s profile picture u

since the AWS outage, we have not been able to provision any phones.  They aren't reaching the provisioning server.

I set up our meeting to include the "registration required" so that I could track the log-in and log-out of each participant. Everyone registered; however, there is no report available. I've used this feature on other Zoom accounts and it work fine. What exact setting do I need to make sure it enabled so that I can track the attendance of registrants/participants?

when I'm presenting my ppt on zoom, embedded videos on my ppt lags. both me and the attendees can see the lagging. sound does well but video is choppy on ppt. if I select video alone there is no problem. ıt flows. but video on ppt while on zoom lags. can you help me? 

Hi. I recorded a Zoom meeting on cloud while I was using the free version. Now, I really need to rewatch that recording. Could I access the cloud recording once I have made payments? The meeting was less than 24 hours ago. 

I would like to use an informational slide presentation before our program. I am not sure about about the equipment I might need.This is my agenda:In opening Zoom portal I plan to show information (Announcements) slides as guests enter. Do I begin share screen before or as I allow participants entrance?Following the opening slides, I begin my program with introducing speaker. Now I must prepare the presentation for viewing.  My question is how do I make the transition from opening slides to speaker presentation. Do I need two computers operating? I own and administer a Zoom Work Pro account. But lately, when I try to start/host a meeting, it tells me the host has ended the meeting and so I can’t start a meeting. But I’m the only host! And my account details(password) are safeguarded so I’m certain I one else has access to the account. So, then, why do I keep getting such a message?Second, to try to resolve this, I signed out and tried to sign in again, but couldn’t. It kept saying my email is invalid.Third, even when I get to start meetings, my guests can’t log in— not even with the correct login details or invite link. It keeps telling them it’s an invalid meeting ID.Lastly, I keep getting error messages when opening my whiteboards and so can’t open them.

Hi there fellow zoom users,Today I had to abandon a meeting and switch to another platform, because when I started the meeting the system shut it down displaying ~ 5second timer notice. Participants saw an Invalid meeting ID message. Have never encountered this before. Is there an issue with zoom today (20 October 2025) others are aware of, or why is this happening with no change in settings or meeting setup approach? Once I finished the meeting on the other platform, I came back here and tried to set up another and got this message:Invalid meeting ID, (3,001)Appreciate any insights to what is going on.Thank you

Hi there,I've just done an update of my software Zoom and now I can't open a whiteboard anymore. If I start a meeting on Workplace, it doesn’t open for anyone and shuts down on its own. This happens not only to me but also to others. Is there some problem with Zoom?

Hi, when creating a new meeting, I'm not able to save it as I get an error "Execute SQL error, method PRIMARY MeetingOccuranceInfoMapper.getItems, rawSQL: SELECT meeting_number, occurance, account_id, meeting_id, create_time, modify_time FROM ZMWEB_MEETING_OCCURANCE_INFO WHERE meeting_number = # {meetingNumber}"  I'm filling all fields as usually, in the web browser. Can anyone help or advise? It's quite urgent. 

Ysterday was recrding there and today is not even in trash. It there any possibility to recover it?

I've been recording zoom clips all morning to send to my clients. I finished one recording and It came up with that error and now all of my recording have disappeared. I've tried everything and even recording from the past month are all gone. How do I get them back ASAP
