I just upgraded to zoom Version: 6.2.11 (5069) in Zorin OS (.deb package)Share screen options have changed and there is no option for annotation, I need that option to take online classes. Is there any way to fix this issue and how long it might take to get these fixed from a new update ?And also i sometimes experience sudden freezes while taking online classes, everything stops working and i need to force restart to use my laptop again. My laptop is fast enough but this is happening due to some issues with zoom or any other thing that I may not know. Any help would be appreciated !

Good morning, I have a problem, when entering a chat on everyone's screen the name of the Windows user folder (C:\Users\NNN) is seen as the name and not the one configured in the profile, it does not happen always, usually when my camera is not activated, could you tell me how to prevent this from happening and so that the profile name always appears?

Hello,During every zoom meeting I am connected to or hosting, zoom crashes and I get an error message that says "Aw Snap! something went wrong while displaying this webpage."  Please advise as soon as you can!  This is only happening with Zoom website and also the app from the Google Play store.Thank you!Melissa

Hi all, How might one fix the issue of zoom provisioning every day, which removes the other SIP accounts I've added to my T46s Yealink Phone? They aren't Zoom accounts they are PBX accounts, etc. Is there a way to tell Zoom not to remove the account settings on my IP phone? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello, everyone.  Thank you for your help with this.  Here is my issue.  Until a few months ago, I used to be able to do file sharing from a file that was saved on my laptop -- I could put it up on the chat window by clicking the YOUR COMPUTER option, find the file that was saved in my laptop and then upload it onto the Chat Window for everyone to access it and download it.  But I can't  seem to do that anymore.  Does anyone know what's going?  I have a MacBook Pro -- iOS Ventura (ie: above 13).   FYI:  Yes. I tried EVERYTHING in the FAQ's -- including (among many things) going to Account Settings... and enabling File Sharing.  However, it was ALREADY turned on.  Either way, I turned it off.. then turned it back on... nothing.  So, after that... I even logged on and off ZOOM to see if that reset it... nothing.  Changed nothing.  I even then went into the Chat options... checked every area whe

I used to be able to click on join a meeting and drop down the window to see past meeting id's. Now, I have to go find the ID for each meeting when I use the same several for different meetings throughout the week?  Why isn't it remembering?

I use a Mac Mini running Sequoia. I use NDI virtual input as an external camera for Zoom. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago and now although I can still select NDI video, and although the camera works fine in PTZOptics, NDI video monitor and OBS, Zoom only displays a black/blank screen.

Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all.  Thank you

I've been asked to set up a space where people can wirelessly share content to a local display. No cameras, no microphones, no controller. Just a hidden PC running the Zoom Rooms software. We have plenty of full Zoom Rooms.There are plenty of 3rd party hardware solutions for this situation, but I was wondering if this could be done with a minimalist Zoom Room.You would just start the Zoom app on your laptop, select share, and enter the sharing key on the room display.

Sometime within the last day or so the screen sharing option has disappeared from the Zoom browser client when using Brave. I don't think it's a Brave issue as I can screen share with other browser apps just fine. There is no chat option in the meetings of any other participants or co-hosts. I tried to change every setting I could find, but still: Chat messages that I send in meetings from my (pro) host-account do not show for other participants, and they simply don't have a chat button in their screen.What setting can I try, to use the chat option again? 

Sir, during the meeting, when we turn on the mic from some students' phones, we can hear their voice, but when some students turn on the mic, their voice does not reach us. Those whose voice does not reach us have to first call a random number. Then when we open the Zoom app and turn on the mic, the voice comes. This is a strange problem, sir, please fix this problem soon.

I currently have the Zoom Pro package purchased and I cannot record Breakout Rooms sessions to the cloud (only on current device). I need this functionality as I want to record 10 Breakout Rooms at a time on Zoom to the cloud (not on current device). The recording should be able to be turned on by any participant I assign this role to. Will I have this option in the Zoom for business version? What can I do to gain this functionality?

I'm a Pro account user, and my meetings are limited to 40 minutes, in addition I no longer see the option for participant registration. I've been in touch with tech support via email which is slow.  I've downloaded updated release but that hasn't made a difference.Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

Settings in request body looks as follows. "settings": { "host_video": True, "participant_video": True, "private_meeting": True, "join_before_host": True, "jbh_time": 0, # Join at anytime before the host "waiting_room": False,},Admin board settings looks follows Bypass the passcode setting has been turned on this entire time. Whenever we create meetings and the users try to join the meetings, it always requires passcode. What needs to be changed to bypass the passcode settings for all the meetings created via API? 

I'm trying to create a use case for reduced file storage needs with zoom docs. When I share a zoom docs file on zmail or in chat - does it create another copy or is it accessing the same file? 

Hi there! I'm developing AI Wardrobe app using flutter framework in which zoom audio/video calling and screen sharing features are required. I've integrated zoom SDK and followed all it's required steps in order to achieve this functionality but the main issue I'm facing is that I'm unable to see screen share extension in the meeting control panel or toolbar of IOS devices, even after following all it's required steps. (On android device, screen sharing feature is working fine).
