I do not have time to click person by person during a discussion meeting.Most times their suggestions come to me (the host) via the chat and I do not want others to see their inputs.Now, I have to click name by name to check their inputs. Ridiculous when I have almost 100 people in the meeting.I need to be able to read all incoming messages quickly at a glance as we are discussing stuff.Please allow us to choose if we want to see all messages at a glance instead of having to click user by user!
I installed zoom on my freshly installed ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I faced a issue where i was only able to share whiteboard instead of my screen and there is no option other than that. How can i enable screen share? Is there any problem because ubuntu adopted wayland instead of xorg?
The zoom timer app is not working on my mac. It comes on when I start a meeting, but once my mouse moves off the app, aAll I get is a black screen. I can't change the time duration, I can see anything, and the display on my video does not change. The OS is 10.14.6 (Mojave).
I'm running MacOS Monterey. Several times in the last few weeks, I've noticed the orange dot indicating the microphone is being used by an app, and I click on the Control Center and see that Zoom is accessing the microphone. I'm not in a meeting and simply have the Zoom app open. Why would Zoom be accessing the microphone when I'm not in a meeting?

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to troubleshoot an audio issue. I have an issue where every so often my Zoom audio will cut out for 1-3 seconds although the video continues. While not frequent, it means I can miss key pieces of information. (a) This is not a standard connectivity issue -- the video continues without lagging or interruption(b) This is not a standard speaker/audio source issue -- it lasts only a few seconds and it does not occur on other programs, only on Zoom(c) This is not an issue with the speaker's audio -- it occurs across a range of meetings I'm in and I'm the only one who experiences the loss What can I do to troubleshoot?
I have a recent issue with the Android App of Zoom. I am using Bluetooth headphones (I have used multiple pairs to rule out its the headphone issue), when I enter a meeting, will connect to meetings & receive audio from the meeting, however for some reason it is using my phones microphone (despite audio coming through my headphones) vs my headphones microphone. I have tested just making calls on my phone through my Bluetooth headphones and it works just fine as the Mic is picking up from my headphones. I just can't seem to solve this issue. Never was a problem until about a month ago. Using same phone S21 Ultra. I can call into meetings, then video in with my phone. It just isn't ideal and the audio quality isn't nearly as clear. HELP!
I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office. I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup. I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have. This is also *only* a Zoom problem -- all other applications that use the camera accept the LogiTune settings without issue. This is also an issue with alternate Logitech software (G Hub) that again works with all other programs. T

I have tried all ZOOM troubleshooting and I have called Apple, however, my AirPods won't connect to ZOOM meetings. They connect on EVERYTHING else on my MAC and work great, but I need them in use for my ZOOM meetings and they WILL NOT CONNECT even though it shows chosen microphone AirPods, etc. Any ideas?
Hello, Every time I share my screen other participants cannot see my screen, despite it showing up as shared on mine. As well, shortly after I screen I keep getting a notification that "Zoom has quit unexpectedly". I have tried restarting Zoom, exiting and rejoining, etc. Please help!

I would like to disable two factor authentication. I have followed the Advanced, Security, click the toggle, and have received an email today the TFA has been disabled. Yet, when I next went to log-in to Zoom I was asked to enter the TFA code. How do I actually disable TFA please?
Since I upgraded to MacOS Monterey (12.0.1), my Blue Yeti microphone is not working when I start Zoom (latest - 5.8.6). However, if I switch to another microphone, such as the system (built-in) microphone, and then back to the Blue Yeti, it works fine. This didn't happen prior to upgrading MacOS. Anybody else have the same issue?
Help!I just updated Zoom to 5.9.1 (3506) on M1 MacBook Pro running OS 12.0.1 (Monterey). I can no longer make any window in the Zoom app smaller vertically than half of my screen. I usually shrink the meeting window to a fairly small part of my screen so I can use the rest of the screen for note-taking, so this is a huge problem for me. Tech support couldn't understand what I meant about "Window size" and just kept suggesting I change "View," which is not relevant or helpful. Is there anything I can do, or does Zoom now require Mac users to use up half their screen with any Zoom meeting? Thanks for any advice.
Hi, I can have a regular zoom meeting with no crashes, however when I turn on recording, the app will crash within 30 minutes. Usually its as a quick as 2 minutes. Please advise.
When I use the plug-in to add a zoom meeting to a google calendar event the time always goes in as Jan 1, 2099. I have tried this on multiple browsers and different computers. There is no way to edit that date/time. If I edit it in the google app it does not update in the google calendar. I have a paid zoom subscription.
I see Horizontal dashes - dashed lines like this on screen over other participants. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Still persists. Anyone else seen this and/or solved it?
I was the only host and had the settings so the participants could join at any time. I had only 2 participants currently in the meeting and waiting for a third. The third participant received the message that the host had another meeting in progress. The third participant tried several times but was never able to join.
Hi-All of my upcoming scheduled meetings are deleted- totally gone. And under Previous - nothing exists either! I have dozens of recurring scheduled meetings with clients! What the heck? Another post suggested clicking on "recently deleted in the top right area" but I see nothing like that. Pls help! I need to get my meetings back!
Instructions say to check what version zoom you have go to your profile picture and click help and then about to get to that option.When I go to my profile picture there is no option for help. Any suggestions welcome. Trying to determine what is the latest version and download it if I don't have it. When I go to the download center nothing happens when I try to download 5.9.

Hello, I have often used recurring meetings as a way to meet with people at a non-specific time or date. We both have the link and it is saved in my recurring meetings. But now when trying to make a new one it only seems to allow me to do it if i set a time and date. I used to be able to indicate there is no fixed time or date, but that feature seems to be gone. How do I remove date and time details? Is this feature gone in order to get people to now pay for the additional Zoom Room feature? This is very frustrating as that would mean that Zoom literally downgraded the features on my plan. I am all for adding features to entice me but making the product worse when I already have a paid subscription is not ethical. Please advise and restore faith and respect with Zoom. Thanks
Hello: I have a number of Zoom Meetings (and Webinars) already created/scheduled. Ever since the new Survey & Polls upgrade, whenever I create polling questions in one of the meetings, the polling questions are populating in ALL of the meetings and webinars I've already created. How do I stop this from happening? Each meeting/webinar needs to have a unique set of polling questions. I don't know why this is happening where I add a polling question to one of the meetings, it's showing up in all of the meetings. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
