Hi,  I want to be able to add the chat to the recordings, so what people are chatting about is visible in the recordings when watched back Is that possible? And is it possible to edit recordings to add them?Thanks 

Dear Zoom Support Team, I am experiencing audio disconnection issues while using the Zoom app on my Blackview tablet. The issue occurs during meetings, where the audio stops unexpectedly or does not connect at all. Here are the steps I have already tried: 1. Checked and enabled microphone permissions.  2. Verified the device volume is not muted.  3. Restarted the app and my tablet.  4. Ensured I have a stable internet connection.  5. Updated the app to the latest version.   Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this? I cannot find an answer to this, but if I did miss a solution, kindly point me to it. Since about mid August of 2024, Link Previews are not being displayed in Team Chats. When a video link is posted, the thumbnail and video title are not showing up. There has been no changes that I am aware of to the account settings. I have tried turning on the 'Enable advance chat encryption" ... and then selecting "Enable Hyperlink Preview" when it appears and saving the change, it does encrypt the chats, but still no change in regards to the previews. Is there a setting I am missing, or has something changed globally that I am not aware of? Thank you in advance,  

Hi,Recently, the classic whiteboard (which I definitely prefer over the new one!!!) keeps minimizing as soon as I click any button on the tasklist.I believe it must be a software issue as this is a new problem which I haven't had in all those years.As Zoom cannot be contacted directly (which I believe is really bad manners as we are all paying for their service), I am asking you guys if you have any suggestions of what is wrong.Thanks in advance! 

I created some polls in advance of a workshop I was going to facilitate on Zoom.  Normally, when I set up the Zoom meeting myself, I'm able to see the option to launch polls for the audience when I'm in the meeting.  In this case, however, I was not the one to set up the Zoom meeting - someone else did so I was not the main host.  When I joined the Zoom meeting, the host made me a co-host.  I went to launch a poll, but discovered the Poll feature was not available for me.  It did not show up in the main tool bar or under the "More" section.  I've had this happen before and don't understand why I can't access the polls I set up in advance when I'm a co-host even if it's for a meeting I didn't set up originally. 

I recorded a meeting and halfway through the sound fell off. Is there a way to restore the sound?

Hello, I am currently using a Zoom account with HD video options already enabled, but I am still experiencing poor video quality in my recordings, particularly those stored in the cloud. This does not meet my professional requirements. I would like to know if Zoom offers any feature or functionality to enhance the quality of recordings while keeping them stored in the cloud. If so, would it be possible to activate this feature for my account? I am using professional video production equipment and have a high-speed internet connection, so I am confident my hardware setup is not the issue. I look forward to your response and appreciate your assistance.

I have an issue where our T46U's are not making outgoing calls using a Verizon 5g router. * The phone is connected to the Zoom portal and shows online.* The phone can receive inbound calls.* If I change the ISP I can make outbound calls.* Other Zoom supported phones connect to the portal and can make calls over the 5g, just not the Yealink we have.* Can make a Zoom phone call using the desktop app over the 5g connectino.

Hello! I need your help so much.I recorded 2 important meetings on local pc (Mac). It were records for 1 hour and 30 minutes and second one - less than 10 minutes. But after 4 hours I cannot find this recording everywhere: not on Mac and not on https://zoom.us/recording/local too! Please, share with your experience what happened and when I can get my recordings?  I have a paid account if it's important. PS I did trial recordings twice: before meetings and after, and I can find this recordings (they were less 2 minutes). But my important recordings are lost😭 

Why does an instant meeting invitation come to my phone rather than my computer?   i am logged into Zoom workplace, btw.

When I share my screen using Zoom, my screen displays pink vertical lines. This only happens during screen sharing, and when I share the screen of an external display connected to my laptop. It doesn't happen with the main display. This issue occurs only during Zoom screen sharing and not when using Microsoft Teams.    

What is the easiest way y'all are reporting your call volume per person/department? On prior systems we were able to determine the answer ratio but I am not having the best luck with the zomm analytics.

When a staff member changes departments or leaves the University,  we assign a new extension or remove that person from Zoom phone. This doesn't remove them everywhere in Zoom Phone. For example, if they are receiving voicemails for another group. Is there a way we can search on a person's email to see if they exist anywhere else in the Zoom Phone portal?

Can we make text entered in some sticky notes as anonymous? this help during team retrospectives. 

When using Original Sound for Musicians on a Mac Studio M1 Sonoma 14.6.1, the guitar audio is fine, but the voice audio becomes barely audible, registering just one red bar on the meter. Automatically adjust mic volume has no effect. Same problem with the new Live performance audio. Using a Steinberg UR44c and Loopback .This makes Zoom almost worthless for music lessons.

I am recording Podcasts with Guests and want to edit for some parts to show Both speakers in Gallery view, other parts only with the specific Speaker (2 total speakers).I have each person's audio file, the transcript, the "speaker view" download, AND "Gallery view" download.The "Speaker View" file only shows me (host) even when my Guest is speaking.Thank you for helping 🙂P.S. Has anyone else had experience in transitioning between Envoy to Zoom. We have +1,000 employees and need to make sure the transition is manageable. We have 2 months to build it out and mimic the same features and utilization reporting.

Hi I've got several Zoom whiteboards saved and I would now like to copy some content from one board to another. (I'm paying extra to be able to be able to save and edit multiple whiteboards.) Can I do this without importing and exporting, for example by using the copy Ctrl+C  and Paste Ctrl + V commands?  I don't seem to be able to do this? Thanks   

I'm getting this error for 100 users, but have no idea what my limit is. Some users will be unassigned Zoom Meetings Basic soon because you have exceeded the limit of Zoom Meetings Basic users. You can contact sales to learn about your options. What is the best strategy to provide up to date emergency service information for an individual who has two desk phones.  One desk phone is in the office and another desk phone is used nomadically as he switches from location to location.  For example, one week, he might be on a construction site in Louisville, KY and the next week he might be at a construction site in Chicago, IL.  Knowing the network details (public IP, private IP/subnet, etc.) is difficult and cumbersome to keep up to date.  When using the Zoom Workplace app, the individual is prompted for a new location, but that doesn't seem to affect the physical desk phone.   Let me know if there is a good strategy for handling this type of situation. Many thanks!
