Hello all, The most current Zoom 10DLC support was updated in May. It states that "Campaign approval is taking 2-3 weeks due to a backlog with downstream carriers and providers." My brand was approved instantly on May 5th, 2023, but my campaign is still pending after all this time. We are now sitting at 5+ weeks since my submission. Does anyone else have recent data points for how long it's taking to get a campaign approved? I have a non-Zoom datapoint of a one week turnaround time for an AT&T Office at Hand/Ring Central campaign I was working on for my day job back in May. Appreciate any input everyone has!

We have several other model Zoom phones we tested over a Verizon 5g connection and they all worked perfectly. However, we have a new Yealink T46u from Zoom and this phone cannot make outgoing calls. It can receive calls and it connects to Zoom just fine. It will error out eventually when trying to make a call saying "No Invite Response Received!" I initially thought it was the router however there is nothing being blocked as indicated by the logs, and the packet captures show successful communication to the Zoom servers. The T46u has the latest firmware and multiple factory resets have been done. Any ideas?
When I am hosting a Zoom meeting and there are enough participants to span multiple screens, the person speaking is moved to the page I navigate to. I would like to stop that behavior. I want the participants windows to stay put no matter what screen I navigate to.
We have just recently noticed that Broadcast Messages which are sent to all Breakout Rooms are also being seen by people still in the main meeting area, which we didn't think was supposed to happen (and I'm sure it didn't some time ago). Please can you advise whether this is expected behaviour, and if there is a way to communicate with just all the breakout rooms without the other participants in the meeting seeing the message.We use the breakout rooms for individual interviews while retaining other candidates in the main meeting area. We use the broadcast messages to communicate with the interviewers between candidates so that they know what's coming next. There is no requirement for the candidates to see these messages, and essentially we would prefer that they don't see them (just in case there's any issues with a candidate).Equally, it doesn't help that the broadcast messages only stay on screen for a few seconds - are there any improvements planned to extend this viewing time?&nbs
I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I used with previous version of Zoom meetings and on Windows 10 with no problems, but I have been having a hard time getting them to function as the speaker and microphone in Zoom. Pertinent System Information:Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 8OS: Windows 11 Home Edition 64-bitZoom meetings version: 5.9.1 (newest available)The headphones are recognized by Zoom meetings and are available in the drop-down menus in the Audio settings. I have also tried using the "Same as system" and "Bluetooth Headphones" options for both the speaker and microphone functions and have not been able to get them to operate correctly. The headphones do work fine with multiple other apps on my tablet, so believe it is a Zoom meetings issue that is precluding my usage of the headphones. Dears, we have Zoom Rooms applicaiton running on the Poly TC10 linked with G7500 codec. and we are trying to get the Mic mute feedback from the Zoom Room with API control from Extron Controller driver . But in the trace window we can see that Connect failed ,. i mean Extron controller is not connecting to Zoom Room via API . can you help us to solve the issue and let us know if Zoom room native GUI and API control is possible simultaneously.

Or create a meeting on behalf of another user, but be able to receive data about it, including a recording of the meeting?
I recorded a 30 minute Zoom meeting yesterday afternoon to the cloud. After the meeting concluded, I noticed a new Explorer window pop up (I have Windows 11 Pro). I assumed it was the transcript and recording but I didn't look at it but just left it. This morning, I accidentally closed that new Explorer window. I found my cloud recording in the Zoom web but I cannot find the written transcript. I checked the "Transcripts" tab but it is empty. When playing the recorded version, I see there is an icon at the bottom to the left of the Volume icon which looks like a half page document but it is greyed out. Does the written transcript still exist?
I have Zoom pro. I have "Meeting-HD Video Quality" enabled. When I record to the cloud, it records the gallery view in 720p and the speaker view in 360. How do I record both in 720p?
Looking for help understanding documentation on account consolidation. we have acquired a new company and need to move their zoom account data from their old domain x account to their new account with us on domain y. Does this require the invite to organization and that part first? Really trying to move the data over in bulk from email 1 to email 2 even if those are 2 different email domains?Their staff have a lot of recurring meetings that we need to move to their new accounts. Bonjour,Depuis la dernière refonte de l'interface, il m'est arrivé à 2 reprises l'erreur suivante.Je commence une réunion, je veux enregistrer et je clique sur l'icône "enregistrer"... sauf que rien ne s'est enregistrer car il faut aussi cliquer sur la pop-up "enregistrement dans le cloud".Ce n'est que la 2e fois que j'ai compris mon erreur et que celle-ci était dû à cette nouvelle interface.Avant, c'était beaucoup plus clair car il y avait un choix à faireEnregistrement sur l'ordinateurEnregistrement dans le cloudMaintenant, il n'y a ps de choix à faire et juste un pop-up qui indique "enregistrement dans le cloud"... sans indication qu'il faille cliquer sur la pop-up !!!!!Suis-je le seul à qui cela arrive ? When I am in a Zoom meeting and press lower case x then the video automatically starts, how can I stop this from happening?I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise v22H2; Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.2.3 (47507). I'm also using Open-Shell (so menus and look is on a previous Windows), but I can't see how this would affect things as no short cut keys.I haven't had this with other programmes.
How can I ensure that registrants are not sharing the zoom link with outside attendees? Can a unique link be provided to registrants?
I would like to know how I can make it so that when I send my students an email with the day's Zoom link, they have to sign-in with their first and last name before joining (everytime). This way I can print out the attendance. I know there is a report I can print out, but I have a lot of students that use other family members computers or public computers or their iphones and their name does not appear. Hi Team,We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users.It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.
