I am way over exposed. I know there are adjustments for low light, but I don't see anything for too much light. How do I lower the exposure, other than turning off all the lights and basically sit in a dark room?
I hosted a meeting this morning and the chat history is not showing with Team Chats. For other meetings this seems to work fine... they're showing in Team Chats. Why would this not be the case for today's meeting? Does chat behave differently when the meeting requires registration?
After building the apps on zoom market place with all requirments and steps like scopes , etc.. and added all codes to my admin panel on my platform, i tried to have aclass on the platform but it says no permission and asked to contact for suupport. i use mac google chrome , zoom version 2.13.0

My Camera and Microphone stopped working in the Zoom Workplace Application. I did all the standard troubleshooting - uninstall/reinstall, privacy and permissions etc. Video and Audio work in all other platforms, just not Zoom. I even replaced my camera thinking it was defective. Same issue. No other apps are using the camera. I used the application flawlessly from July to November 22nd and then all of a sudden nothing. I am using a Surface Pro with Windows 11 and I feel like Windows and the Zoom application are not communicating or compatible?

I recently started a meeting with a free account and I recorded the meeting. But when I started the recording, Zoom automatically record the meeting in cloud. After I stopped the recording, I looked into my Zoom web portal and find cloud recordings and it stated that it needs paid account to continue using cloud recordings. I had zero idea about cloud recordings need to subscribe in order to use. Is there any way I can retrieve back the recordings and save into local?
I am using a Mac Book pro running Catalina OS. I have connected an external recorder to my HDMI output. The issue is that when I talk I can see the signal moving up and down and my colleagues can hear me. I can also hear from my headphones connected to my recorder to my colleagues in the meeting and also when I test micro and speakers. But when I talk m voice does not go through the HDMI output. in sound system preferences my output is set to HDMi device. I hope I have made may self clear with the issue. Any comments please . I am desperate. CheersJs
When I set up a webinar that requires registration, and I go to the list of registrants under Webinars>Manage Attendees, and ask to edit the registrants list, it always used to show up in reverse chronological order, i.e. the MOST recent registration was at the top of screen 1, which is very convenient. Now, for some reason, it is doing the opposite and showing them with the earliest registrations on the first screen and the most recent ones relegated to the end, which, for a large webinar is many screenfuls away. I did not knowingly change any setting to reverse the order, and I cannot find any setting related to this. Has the default changed? Can I change it back so that the most recent registrations are on the first screen?
Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions.Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo.This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session.The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking.The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Please help in diagnosing and resolving this issue to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees in the future. I've looked at other articles on audio feedback resulting from a second device picking up sound but per the webinar host this wasn't the issue.
Hi, I have a big problem with the remote desktop function on my MacBook (MacOS Monterey 12.7.6). During a Zoom meeting, I share a screen with an application (e.g. Word or Excel) with another person. Then I turn on remote desktop for that person. When he starts typing in Word, the document disappears from my display and on my panel appears a message appears "Sharing has been paused". Only when I press "Resume sharing" does the document reappear.Have you had a similar case? What can I do to prevent the document from disappearing from my screen?Please help BR
I have been using the Zoom app to join meetings for a couple of years now. I have an Ubuntu 22.04 PC. A couple of weeks ago I was forced to update the version, so I went to the downloads page and downloaded the version for Ubuntu 64 bit. After installing it with `sudo apt install ./zoom_amd64.deb` the app opens, but I cannot join any meeting. The app simply freezes in "connecting..." and after some minutes I get a message saying "An unknown error occurred, error code 5003". I already uninstalled and re-installed the app like 5 times by now, always the same. How can I solve this problem?
We are holding a virtual event and sending out meeting invites on email. We are getting an upgraded account, which allows us to have up to 1,000 attendees. I'm not sure as to whether any meeting links we set up pre-upgrade (on a non PRO Zoom licence), will be affected by the upgrade? We won’t be able to make any amends to the links once they’re set up and comms have gone out. I'm also not sure whether there is anything you can do on a PRO licence, that you can’t do with a non PRO licence? I know that not being cut off after 45 mins is one benefit. But wasn’t sure if there was anything else that the non PRO/not upgraded account wouldn’t have access to, and therefore could cause issues with the meeting links at a later date? Essentially, I want to ensure that if we set meeting links up in a non PRO Zoom account, that when the account is upgraded, then that automatically gets added to the existing Zoom account, and any existing meeting links are also upgraded automat

Someone sends me a zoom link to join, when I open the link, it shows the zoom page with the Launch meeting button. I click on the button and instead of launching the Zoom app, it downloads a .dmg file that does nothing. Clicking on the file opens the mac installer where it directs you to open terminal and drag file into terminal. this only ends up in a Volumes folder and that's it. No meeting launched! what do I do?

I was suddenly logged out, so I needed to login again.Normally not a problem, I just click on login and then on the Google button.This works fine until the screen that did get back to the zoom site that has that single blue button launch zoom But clicking that button doesn't do anything, it doesn't go to the app, not sure what really happens or if that url is somehow incorrect. It just doesn't seem to do anything
I have a session that I want to reuse, I have 200 registrants in a zoom session but I am removing them manually? If I remove them, can I add some of them again into the same session?
Hello! We are experiencing an issue when we create a zoom invitation through Google calendar. After the invitation is created on a specific calendar (not my own) and I add an alternative host through the web version of Zoom it then creates a new invitation on my own calendar. Due to the number of meeting I schedule I cannot have the meeting populate on my own calendar. When I delete the new invitation/meeting the zoom link becomes invalid. It seems like this was changed in the latest update of Zoom. What has changed? Is there a way for me to not get that additional meeting on my calendar without the link becoming invalid?
Hi, guys. I'm sorry if this question has been already discussed. After updating zoom app on mac OS, it does not show "Upcoming Meetings" on the top page of the app. My iOS app still show it, though... How can I fix this? The first image is the screen shot of the Zoom app on my Mac. The second one is on iPad. You can see the Upcoming events on iOS although you cannot on Mac OS. The version of zoom app is Version: 5.14.10 (19202). Mac OS is 13.4.1 (22F82). Thanks.
Following a recent Zoom update approx 2 weeks ago, my iPad will log on to Zoom normally via wifi, but won't log on via 4G cellular data. It gives an error code 5003. Prior to this it has worked normally. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but the error code persists when I attempt to log in via cellular data. There is no firewall or proxy. Thankyou for any suggestions as to how to solve this problem.
