I would like to make a kind request to Zoom Company to make the Arabic Language Translation (اللغة العربية) available on Zoom. Many Native Arabs use Zoom to deliver their lectures and host their online conferences. And unfortunately, they do struggle ALOT in utilising zoom appropriately due to langue barrier. This will be a great opportunity for zoom to expand as this will attract many users to utilise this platform more safely and conveniently. (Those users often rely on very small number of individuals to teach them how to open the zoom , mute/unmute participants during meetings and download recordings from the Cloud). Please do consider my request and I promise you, you will NOT regret it. Kind Regards

I have a landing page which is connected to my CRM and calendar for customers to book appointments with me.The Problem is everytime someone tries to book an appointment, Zoom generates a link with an Invalid ID Number. What on Earth do i do to correct this?
Hello, I join my company's zoom meeting and become the host. I am responsible for creating breakout rooms. Lately the scroll bar of my breakout room window disappears which makes it hard to set up a larger number of rooms. It happens sporatically it seems. The account used for the meeting is not mine. It is my bosses' and no one else has this trouble. Any help would be appreciated. We are using zoom workspaces and would have the latest updates installed. Thank you
Our company has some Zoom Rooms, but most employees only have meeting basic accounts.is it possible for those ‘basic’ users to book a Zoom Room for a meeting that goes Beyond the normal 40 minutes limit? If so, how do those users make that kind of booking?
I have users that are experiencing poor audio quality when in Zoom meeting (video works just fine). Looking at the audio network tests, the users are seeing anywhere between 20-70% receive packet loss. I cannot figure out why this amount of packets would be dropped coming into the workstations. Teams and GoTo meetings are perfectly clear. We utilize Fortigates running 7.2.4 and have created policies that are not performing app control, deep inspection, etc. We also have Cloud Genix SD-WAN devices running 6.0.1 and I have created a policy forcing all Zoom traffic out a single connection. We still receive the 20-70% packet loss and it appears to be only when using Zoom meetings. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any help/suggestions would be great.
I recorded my first meeting and cannot find it anywhere. The meeting was scheduled by another user and I joined her link. I pushed the record on my side but thought the recording would be saved on her end since she scheduled the meeting. Anyhow, I have checked for the recording and nothing exists. This meeting took place 6 days ago. Please advise on how I can retrieve it. It's very important.

I've enabled the feature to automatically generate an AI-powered Summary Page after each meeting. However, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t consistently create these summaries, and I’d like to understand why. Here are the specifics of my experience: 1. Automatic Summary Generation: The automatic AI summary is enabled, but it doesn’t always produce a summary after meetings. It works for some but not for others, and I’m not sure what might be causing this inconsistency. 2. AI Companion Icon Variability: During meetings, I can see the sparkle AI companion icon with a dropdown menu in my Zoom window. Sometimes, this dropdown includes an option to "Start Summary," but other times, this option isn’t available. I have searched at both the Zoom Admin level and the user level to find the recommended solution provided by @CarlaA to this issue, and the solution doesn't exist. When I search for the keyword Merge, I get this response: No Setting Found. I have people at my organization who DO NOT want their calendar and Zoom meetings to be merged mainly because they are responsible for setting Zoom meetings for other leadership in the organization, and they need to be able to quickly go in and find what they need and fix it. I need a solution to this issue. Please advise.
I have a user who works one day a week in the office and the rest of the week she works from home. She is a Hubspot user and has Workplace subscription for Zoom. We moved from Salesforce to Hubspot in February of this year. We installed and deployed the Zoom Phone for Hubspot app so that our reps could make and receive calls from within the Hubspot browser. Everything worked great for about 8 months, and then two weeks ago, the forementioned user noticed a problem where none of the calls she makes or receives are being automatically logged in Hubspot - not on the contact nor the company objects. In fact, the calls are not showing up in Hubspot at all (even though she was making the calls via Zoom Phone for Hubspot integration. Fortunately, we still had the call log in Zoom, so she could go back and manually log the calls, but that was not a real long-term solution. We recently received an approval for our new zoom marketplace app that is a bot for zoom meetings. The app is called e-chai meeting bot (from EnterpriseChai Inc). It was approved as an unlisted app.The product has a workflow that allows setting up a zoom user to authorize this app when the user wants to use this app for the zoom meetings. We are using recall.ai APIs that uses Zoom SDK to add the bot and connect our application the meeting streams. I keep waiting but the bot does not join. In the recall logs, I see the following error - that is the only thing I know. otherwise in my zoom account, I see that the app is there and healthy, but for some reason it is not joining my meeting (the meetings I setup).Really need help to troubleshoot this issue.

There is no 'Import from CSV' button in Registration section of scheduled repeating meeting for some reason.

I paused my recording (after the attended dropped off the meeting) and then resumed the meeting once she had dealt with her technical issues. However, on checking my local recording only the first section prior to the pause is recorded. The majority of the meeting the remaining section after the pause isn't! 😩 Is there anyway to retrieve my full meeting. When in my Zoom account and look at the recordings tab there is nothing showing there at all??? Any advice appreciated. Thanks
Whenever I type In chat a lot In my chemistry class, zoom closes unexpectedly and kicks me out of the meeting. When I try to join again, it tells me I have joined this meeting from another device when I didn’t. I have a Mac user that has recently started to experience a system slowdown to the point of freezing when sharing their screen in Zoom. The user said that it only happens when sharing their screen in Zoom & that the rest of the time their system performs just fine. We've already tried a general uninstall/reinstall of Zoom and checking for updates with the reinstall, and the user's tried unchecking the advanced share screen setting: "User hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing". I've read in forum posts that potentially checking the advanced share screen setting "Use TCP connection for screen sharing" is helpful, but I'm not sure what, if any, downsides that could cause. We've also reset the user's NVRAM. Does anyone have any other ideas that we could try to speed up the user's experience of Zoom while sharing their screen? I'm including the system specs below. System info: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) Pro
In addition to the 9 default interpretation languages I have added a 5 additional languages in my advanced account settings. Unfortunately, I am still not seeing the additional language options when trying to schedule a new meeting and set up the individual interpreters.
